      I have an Amazon prime card where the payment is due on the 1st of the month. I pre-scheduled my payment on February 19 to be paid on the 1st. On March 1, it showed under the account payment processing. On March 2, I receive a message from Amazon prime card saying my payment is past due and this is an attempt to collect a debt. It is still showing the payment as processing after 24 hours, but regardless, the payment is not late by any stretch of the imagination. I got the run around from 3 different people before one was like well, don't worry we're showing the payment and it will "probably" process in another 24 to 48 hours and you can just ignore the late payment message, but I can't just ignore it. Because they've flagged it as late, when it's not late, I can't use my card. It says online you even have up until 5 p.m. the day of your due date to get a payment in, which is moot, because I scheduled my payment on February 19. Just pure ignorance and for company that has SO much money, to not be able to design a payment recording system that can acknowledge, even if the payment is due on a weekend date, that the payment was scheduled, made and processing on time...

      Tired of getting used stuff listed as new from Amazon not a third party seller. You should tell people if you do not have the product so I can purchase it else where. Ordered two new products listed as new from Amazon. One came within a week was new came in its box, the other product came three weeks later out of the box with fingerprints all over it had an LP return tag on it. Called customer service and said what's the deal. They told me sometimes things get sent back and they sell them as new. I told them I did not order any used like new product. I ordered new and expect new. Because I paid for new. They said they would send me a new one for free. So I sent the used product back still have not received my replacement or a refund and they did receive the return, but its still processing. This gets to be frustrating because it should never happen and as a customer I have to take time taking back the used one. This is going on the second month now waiting for the new one which they probable don't have. This is not a one time mistake but is happening a lot. I would advice customers to check the products they receive and see if there is a LP barcode on it, that means its been returned. A new item will have a regular barcode on it.

      I recently contacted Amazon customer service about a sprayer I purchased in 2024. It was advertised as heavy-duty and chemical-resistant. However, the first sprayer they sent was damaged, so I had to throw it away. I never opened the replacement because I doubted its quality.I'm receiving notifications that I owe around $72 because I didn't turn the damaged sprayer in. I didn't know I had to send it back. When I explained my situation to a representative, she wanted to know why I took so long to call. My mother passed away from pancreatic cancer, I lost my business, left my job at a hospital, and I'm struggling to keep my house and care for my kidsthey didn't offer much help. I want guidance on how to proceed, but I refuse to pay for a product that doesn't meet its claims, it got to the point where I even spoke to a lady named ******* in a department I guess that handles situations she did not let me talk I got so frustrated at the end of the phone call I did I used profanity Because if I spend $20,000 in products in 2024 I feel that I should be treated with a little more respect I got hung up on and I've worked multiple jobs in customer service and we were never allowed to hang up on customers no matter what the issue was she took over the conversation and I was trying to express the way I felt at the time I don't like wasting my time nor do I do this at all but I feel that this time around the way I was treated horribly and I felt as if I was trying to either get something for free or not pay for something but what I was trying to explain to him was that out of all the sprayers that was the one with the most reviews says that that can take as much chemicals so that's the reason why I bought it So if that's what it states I feel as if that's false advertising I just wanted to express my feeling and the way I felt but she didn't allow me to talk her name is ******* the she even told me that **** ***** is no longer the CEO.       I recently purchased a R36s Handheld Game Console from Amazon and it completely just stopped working out of no where!? I feel like Amazon over charge's on alot of, if not all of their products because the same products that Amazon sells for so much, can be purchased on another website for cheaper and I've also learned from my personal experience that Amazon products are most times faulty. ?? I am definitely not satisfied with their products. I contacted Amazon regarding the faulty game console that they sold me but nothing done about it yet. They didn't hesitate to take my payment to them, that was done quickly... But when someone is unhappy with a product they make it difficult to even refund your money!? I know I be purchasing my stuff from a different online source. Amazon lost my business.

      They take multiple days to receive prescriptions and multiple days to fulfill. **************** will not do anything to help you. Mass communication issues where they dont tell you accurately what the issue isand every step from receiving, processing and fulfillment have issues every time.

      I have video of their driver throwing my fragile package up the stairs and on the porch. When confronted they said "I said sorry" and walked away. They never even said sorry. Just that they "said they said sorry." Awful employees. They need to be fired.

      Every time I order something. It never arrives on promised date and time. Always late. Which is why I only order things from Amazon that I cannot find any where else. I do not recommend this company and advise people to stop ordering things from them. Their customer service representatives do not speak English. They do not hire English speaking people to work as a customer service representative.

      This company has allowed dishonest business practices in ******. I ordered a ******* S24fe from them down here where I live in ***********. On two occasions they have sent the wrong product. I believe they are allowing stealing and bad management and they are refusing to do anything about the problem, I have written them an email and they have not responded at this time. How could a company this well known allow these things to happen. They need to step and invistagate this issue.
