      I have made several orders over the last 6 months. Have been a prime member for over 5 years. Nothing is delivered in the time they say it is going to be delivered in. When you reach out to them you get canned responses, and no real resolution to the issues. Just apologizes and empty promises. I do not know why they get to do this. I guess I will be better off paying shipping and going directly to the company to order the product.

      Refused to give me a refund for a $20 item I bought for my business. Amazon is worth trillions. Also, its illegal to not give a refund or product replacement but they didnt care and hung up on meseveral times

      Amazon and Amazon prime is decent. AMAZON KINDLE exhibited discrimination against my religion, Islam. They used xenophobic suggestive searches to associating literally Islam and Terrorism. I have screenshots. You guys said you would fix it. When it got updated it was despicable finding out what fixing it really means. Screenshots would do a lot more justice for the context.

      Amazon customer service is second to none in how awful it is. There driver today stated my delivery was wrong. By wrong, the driver meant they were too lazy to walk it drive to the other side of the building to where my door was actually located. Called customer service whose automated line is every bit as horrid as the driver. After 2 minutes of it asking questions, it finally got me a *** who started asking me the same questions as the automated line. Then the *** wanted to send verification codes to my email and text. She refused to answer the very basic question of why wasn't my package delivered. I called from my phone, which amazon has, from my home, gave my name and offered my address but she's still insisted on sending verification codes. To go through 6 minutes of h*** without getting that very basic question answered is pathetic on Amazons part

      I never received my order and have been in contact with customer service over 3 times with no results they will not refund or replace my item... And to add there asking for proof of identification.. with false links to verify

      I have a feeling they let you order something & keep you in limbo for as long as they can before refunding your money. With the amount of customers they do this to, they can cash in on the interest with this trick.Lots of my orders do arrive, but in the past 3 months, 1 order and 2 subscriptions, all sold, managed & shipped by Amazon, with a warehouse < 4 miles away, managed to loose the item before shipment. The item I bought as a 1-time purchase were some headphones on sale, so I figured they wanted me to just cancel that and re-order at the new higher price, but I kept on pushing the agent until they issued a replacement that finally ********** for the first subscription item, some Vinyl Gloves, I had 2 agents promising me that I would receive them the next day, free of charge. Never got any email updates, never saw any updates in my account, and the gloves never arrived. I finally after several months delay, cancelled the subscription & ordered them from *******. I got those the next day.The new subscription I just setup for some ********* yesterday was supposed to be delivered this morning. Again, I am less than 4 miles from their warehouse. Before there was any tracking information available, it stated that it was LOST. I got with a customer service agent who hinted that they don't always have an updated stock count, so he suggested a refund. This got done and I will receive it in 3-5 days, but I then checked the item page, and it says it's still in stock and can be delivered this afternoon. I told him about this, and he said "oh yes, you can go ahead and order it". This made no sense, so I asked him if he could adjust my subscription so that a "new" delivery could be made today, but the best he could do was one tomorrow, but he would do this free of charge. I have heard this exact promise twice before, and I don't believe it. It's been 1.5 hours, and there's no update on my order/subscription page, nor have I received an email. This is NOT right!

      I will be cancelling my Amazon account over $50 that they would not refund to me. This year alone I have spent almost $3000 on items and have been a valued member for many years. I noticed today that I was being billed for a service (Prime Video) in error. Apparently I set up another account for ********************** video in error. Keep in mind this is a free service for Prime members which I have been for some time. Instead of confirming that the email and phone number belong to me, I was told that since one account has my email address and the other my phone number, they could not refund me for the duplicate payments. Then I was told that they could only refund me for one payment. Keep in mind I spend a lot of money with this company and it would not take rocket science to confirm that both account ID's are mine. I cannot believe that they would rather lose a valuable customer over $50 than to refund me my overpayments. It's a shame to the sellers on this platform since I have many more purchases that I planned to purchase this month. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SAY THE LEAST!
