Whats the point of same day delivery if it doesnt work? So frustrating that my packages are delayed. If I knew it wouldnt come when I needed, I would have made time to stop at the store! The company is following in Americas footsteps and going down hill. I used to be a huge Amazon fan and spend so much, but now its so messy and justbad. Just another harsh reminder on why we should all just shop local!

I have a bunch of unknow charges on my account from the ********************************* from AMZN Digital. I am told they can see the charges and since I have cancelled my card the account has now been closed. They act like they will help you but they hang up on you. No one wants to help me with getting the money back that they stole from me. I would never buy from this establishment and is giving Amazon in a bad name and reputation.

Amazon regularly practices bait and switch pricing just to lure you in. I filed an *** complaint due to them having an advertised price $200 lower than what they'll actually sell the item for. They're a bunch of wealthy scammers than want to have all society's money.

I have dealt with Amazon in the past and was quite pleased with most of the products that I ordered from them. If I was dissatisfied, I was quickly given a refund. However, recently, my experiences have been absolutely horrible. Theyre sending out very cheap merchandise and then charge $7.99 to return the item even though their website says FREE RETURNS. If its free returns why are they charging $7.99 to return the item? When I complained to customer service, they always had an excuse. I just recently sent back three items, all very cheaply made, and they charged $7.99 fora return. So in the last couple of months, I have paid over $30in returns. They have gotten the last dime out of me. I will never shop with them again for anything.

Made an purchase in Nov. 2024 for 11 items. Received 4 items. And was told that the other 7 items were undeliverable a couple days after the 1st delivery. Amazon has made NO attempts to honor the delivery of the remaining 7 items or to reimburse my monies, claiming they are protecting themselves from FRAUD! When they have become the actual FRAUDSTERS. Taking from their customers had became the new norm. It's truly sad and pathetic because years ago they were an pretty reputable business and my go to business to frequent. Now they are the STAY FAR AWAY business in my opinion.

Multiple attempts to close my Amazon account are still unsuccessful. Received email of open order (I had none). They confirmed none open. Had to repeat same procedure they gave me several times, was told that I would get account closure confirmation via email in ***** hours but have not. Calling an offshore **************** is useless, they cannot view if closure is progressing or anything else. They refuse me to talk to Supervisor. Reported this to my state Att General.

I returned my item a month ago and Amazon is refusing to refund my money and are requesting outrageous private information from me just to get my refund.

I purchased a **** 27 4K UHD Monitor from ************************* with an expected delivery window, but it arrived much earlier while I was out of town. After setting it up and using it for a few weeks, I discovered major defects, including flickering, poor colour accuracy, screen tearing, and a dim display.Amazon customer support took a week to respond and then redirected me to the third-party seller, who refused a return, citing their 4-week return policy. I then filed an A-to-Z Guarantee claim, which Amazon initially approved, promising a refund. However, after waiting several days, I never received it. When I followed up, I was informed that the claim was denied, as Amazon would not take responsibility for third-party sales. This experience has been extremely frustrating. Amazon first approved a refund and then declined it without any resolution. I expect better customer service and a fair resolution to this issue.

Amazon has sunken to a new low. They started out having US based customer service **** working at an office, then they sent them home to work, then they sent calls outside the ** but would transfer back when asked. Now they send you outside the ** with no way to get a transfer back to the **. It is not ok to outsource American jobs and force your customers to deal with language barriers and put them at a security risk so Amazon can maximize profits. Try focusing on the 50% of bad goods I receive due to bad packing or poor quality control. I wish ****** ***** would place a tariff on any company that sells in the ** but fails to provide US customer service.
