      They do not stand behind refurbished products. They refuse to contact you back and only say give it 48 hours to get back to you.

      I ordered an Item through Amazon and It was supposed to be shipped from the closest warehouse to my location but when the date of delivery arrived the item kept getting delayed for weather even though Amazon's map showed the delivery driver with my package was currently on my street, and this kept happening and the delivery kept being pushed back, It didn't matter how many times I contacted support to try and figure out what the issue was I kept getting told the same thing that the item was delayed for extreme weather even when the weather was clear and there wasn't a cloud in sight my package was delayed, it wasn't until my package getting delivered had been delayed for the 20th time in 3 months that someone at Amazon decided to look into it and low and behold the driver that was supposed to deliver my package all those times was the same person and the actual reason that they didn't want to deliver my package was because the didn't to drive all the way up the hill to my house.

      Complaint Against Amazon.com, ************ Name: Amazon.com, ************ Address: ********************************************** Issue: Unjust Account Closure and Forfeiture of Gift Card Balance ($1,090)Dear BBB,I am filing a formal complaint against Amazon.com, **** regarding the unjust closure of my Amazon account and the withholding of my (LEGALLY) obtained $1,090 Amazon gift card balance.On (3/17/2025), Amazon abruptly closed my account, citing a violation of their Gift Card Terms and Conditions. However, I never engaged in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized activity. The Amazon gift cards I redeemed were legitimately earned through User Interviews (******************************), a reputable research platform that compensates participants with Amazon gift cards.I contacted Amazon customer service multiple times to request clarification, but I was repeatedly given vague responses with no specific explanation of the alleged violation. I also requested that my gift card balance be refunded, but Amazon refused, essentially confiscating my legally obtained funds.Resolution Sought:Immediate reinstatement of my Amazon account OR A full refund of my $1,090 Amazon gift card balance I believe Amazons actions are unfair and possibly unlawful, as they are withholding funds without clear justification. I kindly ask the BBB to assist in resolving this issue and holding Amazon accountable for their business practices.Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to a fair resolution.

      Amazon uses **** for most of their deliveries knowing that **** cannot fill their promises. Amazon Prime is a scam at this point. I am paying for a service I am not getting. Good luck going through their automated AI to get a solution. Amazon simply does not care. Amazon dumped *** for the postal service? What a joke!

      Unfortunately doesn't matter how many times you try to chat, email or even request a call or call customer service yourself none of the employees can evidently transfer calls. And unfortunately doesn't matter if you call one time or 20 times or how many times you ask you will NEVER GET A US CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

      If you go to their website and try to find customer service to get a hold of something, They give you 1 million options. No idea who to talk to. Its confusing on purpose. Why am I getting email updates at four in the morning? Unacceptable.

      I ordered (2) Fluke ST120 meters at a special sale price. The units never arrived, and I finally received an email explaining that they were damaged in shipping and had to be returned. There was no mention of the units being re-shipped, and when I tried to re-order, the price almost doubled. This is the third time that something like this has happened, and curiously, they were all sales being fulfilled by Amazon.They should have made an offer to re-ship the items, but instead I just got a refund with no other explanation. This also happened with the prior two orders that had this problem.I know they are big, but this is pretty poor customer service.

      Amazon has become a business that has no interest in the quality of the products they allow the sellers to advertise on their website and sell on their platform. They have no loyalty to their customers. Their objective seem to be; get more customers and money, and make the sellers happy. I have had to return more merchandise purchased from amazon in the last year than I have in the 14 years I've been a LOYAL PRIME MEMBER. Prime membership fee is drafted from my account every month but I don't get the promised prime benefits. Items are constantly being delayed, delivered late or not delivered at all. The logistics team can't get any worse and the customer service is just horrible. Now you can't get a refund without the permission whoever the 3rd party seller is of the product you are purchasing even though you didn't deal with the 3rd party seller when you made the purchase. Amazon has so many sellers on their platform that falsely advertise the items they are selling and it is irrelevant to amazon. They don't have quality control, and if they do, it's definitely not in use. Do not order anything if it is of any importance to you. They have put a huge hole in my son's first prom and graduation. No longer a legitimate company.
