      I love the ideal of being able to shop online, what i do not like is having to pay out of pocket for labor and supplies for my cars engine and transmission removed seperated and reinstalled to have a second clutch returned and refunded because it did not work as specified. Their falsely advertized item from their online store is going to cost me thousands more to have replaced with a third alternative. Wishing my first purchase would of worked, and ** probably would not be paying for this a third time.

      Amazon has gone down hill. I have to order to my daughters address to get my stuff the next day. She literally lives 5 minutes from me. It comes from the same dang warehouse! My address is the default seeing I am the account holder! This bait and switch if I got something ordered and not coming till the following Monday! They send my next day package then so I have to have it shipped to another home! This is ridiculous especially when its queasy medication for chemo! There needs to be a class action against this crap! I only caught on cause I accidentally shipped it to my daughters address ?? canceled and switched to my address. Its ridiculous!

      3/18/2025 mistakenly ordered 12 pack 9v batteries. I called to cancel the order, but was told that the order had been processed and could not be canceled. I was informed to reject the package with the Amazon delivery driver, which I did on 3/19/2025. I even called Amazon Customer Service and informed them that I had rejected the package delivery with the Amazon delivery driver. Even though I rejected the package my credit card was charged for the purchase. I called Amazon today 3/21, but could only speak with a overseas agent who I could not understand. Had to submit a charge dispute for resolution.

      I like Amazon except for their TVs that steal photos from your phone and make screensavers with them. There is no way to stop it. I am incredibly angry about this issue. You can disable the screensaver but you can't delete photos or stop the theft. I first had to chat about it with a computer and then with a so called tech that ran me around in circles for an eternity.

      Amazon has been my go-to online shopping platform for years and they rarely disappoint. The selection is top notch. I've had a few instances where arrive much after the predicted delivery date. But otherwise it's trustworthy.

      Viofo Dashcam for a car as a gift from amazon It was a overnight shipped item i expected the item around 11am max then a day went then two then i cancelled as they suggested. Still no refund back. Wanted me to give my id to verify my identity... my current id is expired and im just not in the mood to waste more time on this ******** that shouldve been instantly refunded or atleast sent a replacemt as soon as 2 days passed. I had to reorder the item and did get the 2nd order but now i have 2 f****** charges of the same item when one got cancelled and they refuse to f****** refund me my credit unless i do this ID ********. Im a LOYAL PRIME MEMBER of this f****** shitstain and they wont even REFUND ME MY CREDIT.

      Ordered front and rear brake pads and rotors. Never received the rear brake pads. Didnt attempt to install them until today but the rear pads are not there. Tried to call Amazon but they said its past 30 days so Im out of luck pretty much. So I guess they stole my money. Wont be buying anything else from those thieves.

      The product itself is great and exactly as described, but the delivery took longer than expected. It arrived a few days late, which was a bit frustrating. However, the item was well-packaged and in perfect condition, so overall Im happy with the purchase. Just wish the delivery was more reliable!

      Refuse to help replace broken furniture. It broke in 2 months, but outside their 30 days and they do not want to help. I reviewed product before buying and did not see any horrible reviews. They need to change policy on furniture returns or replacement parts.

      "POOR" customer service. Not accomodating at all. I have give up amazon altogether and gone to *******. They make it very inconvenient to do returns, they don't care how inconvenienced you are. **************** agents have actually told me, if you don't like our policies then don't purchase from us... WOW!!!
