      If there was a no star option, customer service and ********************** integrity would get it. They are now blaming 3rd party sellers for not fulfilling commitments. I didn't make a purchase from *****. I made a purchase from Amazon. Impossible to get ahold of a customer service representative in the **. Doesn't matter any longer how long you have been a good customer. ********************** has just jumped off the "take care of the customer and they will take care of us" wagon. Just another, don't care anymore, who needs you outfit. They have went from great and efficient, to who cares, we are billionaires kind of folks. I mean really, if you dig into it these days, you can actually find the same items, usually a little cheaper at *******, *********** **** *****, everywhere a little cheaper. Just a little leg work. They just made us lazy, then transferred all customer service to whatever 3rd country world that is useless and said sukitup buttercup. The worst correspondence ever these days. It's okay, there will be another greedy company coming along and make the same false promises before you know. So frustrating.

      I have been shopping with Amazon for years and spent a great deal with them. one of their drivers damaged my rental property automated gate by deciding to climb over it and jumping landing on the conduit piping and the 911 box. It was $1200 to repair not counting the security headache they created. I filed a claim with them and gave them my tenant's information who saw the whole thing: the Amazon truck, the young driver climbing over, tenant running to him asking him not to jump and telling driver he would allow him in via code; but the driver jumped anyway to deliver a very small amazon package which he could have thrown inside the metal gate. Our security camera failed to capture this event so Amazon insurance denied our claim leaving us with a $1200 totally unnecessary and reckless bill. Very unethical company. They have the entire timeline and order tracking information, but they refuse to take accountability for ruining an entire 10 days of someone's life. They did not contact witness nor spoken to their driver.

      Please help if you can. On the evening of March 4th I placed an order. On the morning of March 5th, I realized I ordered the wrong item. I cancelled the order and have note of this. One March 6th an email sent to me stated my order was being shipped. I contacted Amazon immediately and was told item was cancelled. I repeated the order included 3 of this product. The three packages were delivered on Saturday March 8th. I called Monday morning and I was told item was non refundable. I spoke with supervisor named ******. He talked of confusion with the order. He stated that product is non returnable and will not refund my money $290.98

      Bought a bed frame , it had several missing parts . I only found out while I had already started building it. Contacted customer support and they said that they would give me a refund within 24 hrs. Nothing happened ,Contacted them again and they start denying about the refund. They are not even willing to give me the manufacturers information so that I can get the spare parts

      I haven't received thousands of dollars in returns from Amazon. I've submitted disputes, incident reports (ridiculous), call CS, chatted with them, although they don't know how to speak English. and I haven't received any of my money. I have 87 documents to submit. How do I get help without getting scammed? This is RIDICULOUS!

      My Amazon account was hacked and my email was changed to an unknown email account. I called ********************** and they could see my account information had been changed but stated they could not close the account. They stated I was the only one that could close the account however I was hacked so I can no longer access my account. Ive had to close all my credit card accounts I had loaded in my Amazon account. They have poor customer service and nothing in place concerning a customers account being hacked. I will never do business with them again.

      I am aware of many family members claiming that their recent experience has been the same as myself. Once an item is purchased via Amazon we are seeing the delivery dates changing with each new update. I have been told many different dates since my purchase was made on th 15 of March. I talked with customer service twice this morning and I received two different delivery dates. One for delivery today by 9:00 A.M. . I did not get a screenshot of that conversation, but I did get the screenshot of the second conversation. The second conversation changed the delivery by another week. My item is sitting in Chicago and has been since the 23 of March. Less than 2 hour drive for me. When I added a review of my experience with the item Amazon denied the reveiw.

      I tried Amazon Prime. During my trial period, Amazon had two of my orders messed up. Trying to resolve these issues each time was a nightmare. I tried the Amazon "Chat". Not a good experience. To contact an Amazon representive is difficult. Lots of obsticles to jump through. Not a good experience. Would be nice to talk to a person from the ***. I don't speak Spanish. My last order was for 2 pairs of pants, 2-day Delivery. After over a week of not even being shipped yet, and speaking to an Amazon representative, and I somehow ended up with a duplicate order. I was told to reorder the items and the first delayed order would be cancelled. The person said there was a mistake and they would be sent Next-Day. The representive gave me a "Direct phone number to contact" if there was any problems, but turned out to be a general number and all of the hoops jumping delays. I had thought the duplicate order was canceled as told, credit card credited, but the second order was delivered yesterday and then checking my bank account found there was a second charge for the same items. I would like to return the duplicate orders, but now now afraid of trying to contact Amazon because of my terrible experiences and results in the past month.I don't need a double order. I canceled my Prime trial because of my past month's issues. I feel very mislead by a respectiable ***************************** an older senior, I don't hear well and understand phone conversations well enough to speak with a non-English as a primary speaking ********** What?

      The company has become less and less reliable over time. Higher prices, unreliable delivery times/days, poor customer service. Most recently, they delivered a pkg to an unknown address(per the picture they took), and refused to even look into it until the end of the day on Tuesday, this was delivered on a Sunday. Good business practice would have been to send a new pkg out immediately because you can see from their own picture, it is NOT my house. Instead they wait and hope whoever got the pkg will get it to me. I canceled my account with them after several years. I don't need the hassle and they sure don't need my money.
