      I have Amazon at a discount price because of my disability and limited income. So I qualify for the half price Amazon membership monthly. The Amazon is charging my card twice. One at full price of $7.65 and the other at $3.83. I never signed up twice, yet when I call Amazon customer service they said I signed up twice. The customer service said they removed the one account for $7.65 but I keep getting changed. With the $3.83 account being charged monthly also. Amazon is unlawfully using my card details to double charge my Amazon account with my permission. The company will not rectify this issue.

      I ordered a tent had to return it because it wasn't what was in the picture told them I wanted it back on the original form of payment for the refund they gave me an Amazon credit and I have been fighting with them for over 4 months now to get the money back on my card they have lied to me they told me they put it back on my card it's not there they told me they couldn't do it then they told me they would have a specialist get a hold of me in two days and that was 4 months ago I have called back every two days since then and I get the same response we will have somebody respond to you in two days and nobody reaches out to me and then the other day somebody told me there was a hold on them returning it back to my card I've been lied to they have their tent and they have my money I never want to spend money with them again and I told them that they have put me through h*** and they're trying to keep my money and they have their items

      Bozo, Bezos, took over our *********** next door and turned into a living nightmare. Our carrier wasn't happy with this and took it out on their neighbors damaging, delaying and even stealing our mail. My complaints to the Post Master General were ignored while my complaints just made things worse. An Amazon driver literally attacked me while in my wheelchair breaking my nose, right hand and foot and then tipping over my wheelchair. And I was arrested for assault. Fortunately the judge saw through it releasing me from jail. I was afraid to sue the b****** because if he was ok with nearly killing me then I worried that he would kill me if I sued. Amazon apparently will hire anyone short of a murderer. And then he stands next to *****, **** that is. What an asshole!

      On March 26 I ordered two pairs of boots from Amazon and used affirm and they kept saying I used my debit card for payment I went back and it was for affirm so I explained this to the customer service guy he thought everything was funny said I wasn't listening did not help me then told me everything was taken care of I checked again and it wasn't I then spoke with a supervisor who also didn't help and hung up on me I ended up paying for one pair but still have to pay affirm for both even after I told them what had to be done I was not happy I have been a prime member for a while

      I purchased two electric scooters from Amazon that were later recalled by the **** due to serious injury risks. On March 23, 2025, around 10:30 AM PT, I contacted Amazon phone support. The representative clearly confirmed I could dispose of or donate the scooters and didnt need to return them. I specifically asked multiple times if a return was necessary, and she reassured me that it was not. She stated a refund would be processed regardless.However, when I followed up with Amazon via chat and phone again yesterday, I received completely conflicting information. One rep said I needed to return the product to get a refund, another said the return window had passed and nothing could be done. This inconsistency is unacceptable. Ive been an Amazon customer for nearly five years and expect clarity and accountability.I initially contacted Amazon not to seek a refund or return, but out of concern due to the recall. But after being told to dispose of the product and promised a refund, I expect that commitment to be honored. Amazon sold a product that was later declared unsafe. Regardless of the manufacturer, Amazon has a responsibility to its customers when selling hazardous ******** asking for a clear resolution, not contradictory statements from different ***** I followed the instructions your representative gave me in good faith. Now Amazon needs to take ownership and deliver on the promise made.

      I had bought my daughter a ******* A35 phone and a phone case for her birthday from Amazon and also my son Nintendo game boy , gray with two game Super ***** land and Tetris for game boy. Gravity falls B-day cake topper and gravity falls back drop, Yu-gi -oh Trading cars two of them. Plus was in the hospital for tumor taken out of my head. Thinking I was going to pass on - I purchased 3 catholic bibles,3 rosaries and religious books. A total of over ****** fuming I never received my order and my bank is still working on it!!! Never again ordered from them. Taking legal action

      Amazon is disgusting they guarantee overnight delivery or next day delivery or even two days delivery how is it that my package won't arrive until a whole nother week this is a consistent issue with Amazon and I've been a Prime member for as long as I can remember Amazon take people money and playing people faces and I wish I knew how to start a class action lawsuit against them because they get money from my account every month but my services **** either they late or they don't show up at all we need to put a stop to this billionaire company taking our money and playing in our faces

      Never received item ordered. Amazon customer service says they are not responsible since the item was sold through a third party. So basically Amazon is now a middle man that supports fraudulent companies.
