      Promised compensation for deliveries continuously being messed up. Spoke to 2 supervisors. And was told 2 days later I cant be compensated even though Amazon and how it was never processed. I have a whole message directly from Amazon confirmed this compensation would be credited and yet Im still being told no. Very frustrating considering it was a supervisor who originally okayed that compensation for multiple wrong deliveries.

      I bought an item and was late then was told if not received by March 29 I could request a refund. I do so and ***** tells me I'll get $20 refund which i never got. I reach out again and I was denied a refund like cmon how's that my fault. This is not the first time it happens. Why am I paying for prime membership if I can't even get my things on time then I get told lies! 2nd ***** was completely ignoring me. I even have screenshots of conversations but they did not care. Horrible service.

      I purchased a phone on December 19, 2024. The phone I received was defective, and Amazon customer service, via multiple chat interactions, instructed me to keep the defective device without incurring additional charges. A replacement was sent accordingly.Following that guidance, I later spent $80 to repair the original phone. However, on March 3, 2025, Amazon unexpectedly withdrew $178.50 from my account, claiming I failed to return the device, despite being previously told to keep it. I reached out to customer service numerous times and was repeatedly assured that a refund would be processed within days, but that never ************, Amazon don't want the phone but hold the payment,, This contradictory and misleading treatmentfirst allowing me to keep the device, then penalizing me for doing so, then refusing the returnhas caused significant emotional distress, wasted time, and financial loss. The inconsistency in Amazons communication and handling of this case is deeply concerning, even their team has no unity among themselves, one says to keep the phone and the other opposes each other. I am prepared to escalate this matter through formal consumer protection agencies, legal channels, and court proceedings. I am sharing this information with your legal team in good faith, should Amazon wish to resolve this matter amicably. I will proceed with filing a legal claim and lawsuit supported by all documentation and communication records.

      I purchased a sneaker at Amazon.com, but it was too narrow to fit, so returned it. I called amazon.com customer service and asked to refund to my original payment method which was to my Amazon credit card account and said it twice to the Rep. Because Amazon most likely just ignored your request and handed you a Amazon’s gift card. It did to me before, unfortunately it did again this time even I called them. I made a call again an half hour ago, asked why the refund went to an Amazon’s gift card, the Rep. didn’t answer and just said the refund will issue to my credit card. I have to wait for another 5-7 days to see on my account. Just wasted my time, Amazon too. What a shame.

      I went from **** to Amazon about 7 years ago & Amazon was amazing! shipments were next day or 2-days... of course -it was a gimmick - now packages are almost always damaged or missing items... they go through doordash for Whole Foods deliveries and ppl steal your food and money for tips. it's a disaster. AND AMAZON LIED to me! They wouldn't even give the $20 tip back to a federal worker who was forced to be on food stamps for 1 month...$20. Is this how we want our country to be?

      I am absolutely appalled by the unbelievable incompetence and lack of accountability displayed by Amazon and I have been dealing with this nightmare for over a year now, with zero ************* December 2023, I purchased an office chair that was missing parts, so I returned it. Ever since, Ive been trying to get my refund, and NOTHING has been done. My card was canceled, so I requested a check be issued to my company, which was to be sent to company address. Instead, Amazon sent the check to the wrong address, and it was never delivered.I then requested the refund be processed to my bank account. Over ***** months, Ive made ***** calls to customer service. Every time, Im told the issue is escalated to the accounting team, but I still havent heard a single word from them.This is completely ridiculous! The lack of urgency and the empty promises are beyond frustrating. I agreed to receive the refund via gift card at this point, and yet Amazon has done NOTHING to resolve this ********* done waiting. I demand immediate action. A refund is the bare minimum here, and I expect Amazon to go above and beyond to make this right after over a year of frustration.

      Amazon needs some competition in the market place. Please someone out there compete with this giant so that there is a company with better customer service. ********************** customer service used to be amazing. Now, it is worse than awful. It's like talking to AI--I understand, sorry to hear that, let me expedite this, let me see if I can help, and 30 minutes later, five phone calls, wasting my time, and getting increasingly frustrated due to the lack of help, they do absolutely nothing. NOTHING. No resolution. No problem solving. I bet you have all heard the same thing--I am sorry, let me get this figured out for you; I am here to help; I understand your frustration; I am sorry if that was what someone told you, but it isn't true. And, what happens in the end, NOTHING. I spoke with five representative, each for about 30 minutes over a two weeks, who used the same bunch of vapid responses with no real skills at solving problems. I am not sure they even have any autonomy to help solve issues. They only seem able to do the things you can do on your own, without their assistance.

      Promised delivery twice and did not live up to that promise. Then did not try to even deliver and damaged the product. Refused to have another order shipped and returned original product, cancelled order. Now funds are tied up for customer and must wait longer to order. ********************** does not care about their customers or the service offered to them.

      Amazon Prime Video abruptly refused to work after a day, asserting that I was using a VPN, though I was - am - not. I canceled my monthly subscription after one day and was refunded $4.06. I'd like the balance of my subscription, 29/30ths of it, anyway, grr.
