      This company is trash this is the 5th time the held my delivery talking about it was the wrong address like how is it the wrong address when I literally just received a package two days ago make it make sense

      I use Amazon all the time as I dont have much time, so I order some stuff just because they can arrive at some certain time, but it seems that information is not true. This is not the first time that I get tricked into buying something because of the delivery time and that just after I order it - it changes for later day, not even time, but date! I lost a lot of time today and it is precious for me!

      It used to be a great service, guaranteed 2 day delivery, now? Ya get your stuff if and when we feel like. No sorry, no refund, nothing. Time for a new competitor

      Amazing prime promises rapid delivery and regularly says there is a delay in delivery. In addition, my kindle unlimited subscription that provided free audiobooks now claims that my device is not compatible for every book I try to download. Suggestion is to now pay the exorbitant price for audible. Therefore I cancelled my semi worthless unlimited mited subscription and will use my free local library audio books. Once upon a time amazon was great, no longer! Beware and earch the internet for better prices, they ate out there.

      Amazon is clearly committing fraud by not full filling pre-orders and jacking up the price when the delivery is do. I have several Amazon representatives admitting that this is fraud on record. Amazon is now fraudulently extorting their customers and they clearly dont care. Their customer service is a joke.

      I had bought a laptop in early march ( march 1st ), and it was supposed to arrive the next day. A few hours after Amazon cancelled my order saying it was an unauthorized party even though it wasnt. Ive been trying to get my money back for the past month, the customer service is completely useless, always talking about how they are going to escalate the problem to another department, and in 48 i was gonna get an answer. Ive already called more than 15 times, and it got to a point in which the person who was supposed to help me hang up the call after a few minutes. seriously considering legal actions.

      Im not sure this does anything because I dont think Amazon really cares about the poor customer service they provide, but I guess Ill share just to hopefully encourage more customers to cancel like me. I order a couch from Amazon due to an upcoming move. On the app everything seems fine and ready to deliver on 4/2/25. I wasted a vacation day at work to be home for the delivery and nobody showed up. I received a call from Amazon stating that the truck couldnt get to my house. I was upset so I called in a spoke to an agent who assured me this would be handled and the sofa would be delivered tomorrow (4/3). Once again I took off work to be home for the delivery and in the morning I received a voicemail from Amazon (automated) that stated my package was delayed. I called in again and was told by an agent that this was most likely the message from yesterday and everything she showed was that my sofa would be delivered. I was skeptical and asked if anything she could do to check and make sure because it showed on my end that it was still at the facility. She said thats all she could do and transferred me to a supervisor after my request. The supervisor (*******) couldnt have care any less about my issues. He repeated what the agent said, but then advised me actually the order was delayed again and it was showing now that it would be delivered between 8am-8pm on 4/4. I expressed my frustrations and ******* just repeatedly read the same statement that my package should be delivered 4/4 and there was nothing additional he could do to help or assure me that my package would be delivered. I proceeded to complain on Amazons X page and received a quick reply. Im assuming it was a bot, but either way the reply gave me a link which resulted in an email from an Amazon escalations team. The team member (****) just repeatedly read again my order status and said if my order want received by 4/11! To let them know and they could possibly refund me. What an absolute disaster!

      They are getting worse. They constantly lie about the shipping date. I pay extra for a specific shipping time, and no item arrives. Getting a refund from them for items that never show up requires you to wait and pretend that the item is coming well after a week of when it was supposed to show up. The quality of customer service has decreased significantly. They take your money and do nothing.

      I purchase items in July and the returned some of the items in August. Assuming that the funds were going to be returned as the item clearly stated that it was processing and dropped at *** that my refund would arrive, after a month I contacted Amazon and they said that as soon as the items were processed the return will be issued. Following this conversation the return was then deleted and when I asked about this they said it was impossible however I have screen shots. They still refuse to issue the refund and when I asked for clarification they hung up on me.

      Would leave no stars if could. This involves my book reviews. I have tried to communicate with the Amazon staff by email. Contacted help at amazon.com and through the community guidelines. For about a year now. They keep telling me I havent followed the guidlines but not how I havent. I tell them the ebook reviews have nothing to do with regular reviews. I tell them its a synopsis and not a review on the qwuality of merchandise. They dont seem to understand and I cant get anyone higher up to answer me. If they give you an answer its the same answer for any question like they cant think outside the box. Im at my wits end and dont know where to turn. I wish they had a person to talk to that understands the difference.
