      I've used Amazon for years just like millions of other people. I have consistently experienced issues with their logistics / delivery services. Issues have ranged from orders being marked as delivered when they're not, items being delivered to the wrong address, items being marked as delivery attempted (which my Ring camera proves is false), and incorrect items being delivered.I normally wouldn't have written this review because, honestly, I'm one person and it's freaking Amazon, not much will happen, but if I can cause one person on their team to see this, I'll consider it a win. The logistics manager I was transferred to was beyond rude. **************** was phenomenal prior to being transferred to logistics, but that manager was rude, dismissive, and multiple times told me to "calm down" and asked if I needed to "take a minute to calm down". I've worked customer service and I NEVER never never never yell at phone representatives because I've been there and it's terrible. The way this logistics manager spoke to me, a frustrated customer (not angry or irate) was beyond unacceptable and he should be reprimanded and retrained.

      When u try to cancel a order they don't let u even when it hasn't shipped i even took my card off there site an they still charged my card .this is the second time this has happened to me also customer service lies to u an makes excuses it took over 2 week to even receive them not happy .

      Paid $2.99 fee for a delivery between a certain. It was not delivered on time and they refused to refund the fee.

      Amazon has lost all their minds. They made me wait on the order that I purchased that they already gave me a day for then changed it several times then after I called and made a complaint about it . They issue me a credit of $34.95 then when other order didnt come the day that is a promise to deliver they canceled the credit and told me. Im unable to get a refund on my Amazon prime.

      I requested a return by phone before the return window was closed, however, Amazon kept delaying sending me a return label for days until after the return window was closed. When I got the notice that my account was being refunded, there was a deduction for a restocking fee because I supposedly returned the item after the return window. So, it seems that the delay in sending me the return label was intentional. I have called and emailed to resolve the matter, but did not receive any due consideration. I do not believe that anyone at Amazon has been truly listening to the timeline of the issue. I am getting dismissed outright.

      Amazon says item arriving by a certain date and then after your order the item/items the date is pushed up one or two weeks! I conceder that to be false advertising to get a Amazon customer to order their product!! Drive by date means it will be arriving by that date, not a later date!

      Would leave zero stars if I could. I literally went through three different agents and all of them hung up on me. This is the worst customer service contact *** had with any and all companies *** dealt with.

      i didnt mind amazon until i accidentally clicked a button, it gave me no heads up, and charged me for prime. i did not want prime i was simply curious

      I got notification that my package was delivered /placed in my mail box but I never received it.This happened 2x.I got a refund but not full. It use to deliver in front of my door and they take picture of it,not anymore. also on ordering it would say will be delivered the following day or so but never happen. what is going on with Amazon?

      If your service is unable to deliver a product as promised, I believe it's essential to reexamine your business practices. Failure to meet delivery deadlines can be perceived as false advertising. It may be necessary to reassess your role within the company. I'm frustrated with the consistent shortcomings. Charging a premium for a service that underdelivers is not acceptable.
