In my opinion (after this experience): Would be NO STARS given! Many issues from changing Account Owner/removing line, to being charged for items that we were told were 100% FREE only later to see the Bill/Account & all these things were NOT changed as discussed. Not until today when I had to once AGAIN call 611 that FINALLY got a Rep. who helped, going thru each issue 1 by 1 and providing some sort of resolution.Customers are treated VERY poorly (especially when having issues) & completely taken advantage of. Certain things have to be done IN-STORE while other issues you must call 611 (Makes NO sense). After speaking to 3 different 611 Reps. just to get the Account Ownership issue resolved, we also attempted to REMOVE my deceased Stepfathers Line/Insurance from the Account (which did NOT HAPPEN) therefore, this continued to be charged to the bill. As for various other issues, several calls were placed to 611, again each time having to speak to another ***** ******* Rep. and/or Supervisor. I was advised on 1 issue by 611 that I had to go back to the Store to return PROMO items only to do so and be told by the Store Reps/Manager that they could NOT HELP me, I would need to take the items back, etc. - Again....NO help!!! -- I REFUSED to take items, left the Store (hoping NEVER to return). We were ASSURED over and over (as we clearly asked over and over about what the Monthly Bill would be - (out the door). We were told 1 thing and that too was UNTRUE (the bill was $40+ more than we were told it would be). We also traded in/upgraded our phones (another total Cluster F%$k!) as we were at the Store from Opening at 10AM until 1PM that day. We were given items we did NOT ask for and told that they were part of a PROMO and 100% FREE -- LIES! I stated, "IF NOT TOTALLY 100% FREE", we did NOT want! - Bottom line, we were LIED to! We have been ******** Customers since inception and to have been treated like this is TOTALLY 100% UNACCEPTABLE!!!

TMobile Business came to me with an offer of $54 month for unlimited wireless internet. They also included 2 phones. They were never able to get their wireless working, we brought out our IT guy and they sent theirs - we never go their service to work with our POS system. We went back to ********. They sent me a bill for $258 ! I complained and they credited my account over $500 and said they would cancel the service, refund my money and I did not have to pay. I tried to return the 2 phones ( still in the boxes but they refused to accept them). The business rep called them , the store called them but no help. They have continued to bill me monthly $151! The credit is used up and now I just get bills. I have never had ******** but they keep the account activated. My service is with spectrum and I pay monthly. No one at Tmobile seems to know how to close out this account and they refuse to help. I get bounced around on their automated system and have wasted many hours trying to fix this but cant. The fake account they have for me is ********7903. ***********. I do not have ******** but new charges are $256.72

I was promised for months since October 2023 that my bill would only be $129 plus tax and it was promised that the tax wouldn't be more than $10. Every time I call back I was told that you guys would fix it. Many different employees said you guys would issue of a manual credit going forward if you had to. I even had one employee promised to call me back the next month. Nobody ever keeps their promise every single month I have to call back and get a credit. Now you guys are saying you won't do any more credits. It's not my fault I was lied to about changing plans. At several different points I was told it was an employee discount that was missing but multiple times you guys have looked into that and my bill has never changed. You guys have also advised that I need to remove the insurance from my phone. Why would I do that. Insurance has nothing to do with what you guys told me. You guys give me an accurate information over and over and over again and promise to fix it over and over and over again and you have not.

I signed a 24-month contract with ******** and bought two mobile phones. I pay monthly for one mobile phone. For the second phone, I traded in an older phone (free of charge). However, I have been paying fees for both mobile phones, for almost two years. I went to ******** very often (sometimes 2-4 hours waiting and discussion) to find a solution, and the manager in charge assured me that I would get a credit every 6 months. Since the manager in the store changes (every 4-6 months), I always get the same answer (sorry, there's nothing we can do now). ******** online service doesn't help me because the store in ****** is a third ******** provider. I pay about $36 every month for nothing. That's over $800 in two years .... only because I had good faith but I'm also learning ... for me and my friends (who I persuaded to switch to ********) the contract with ******** will soon expire off and ******** never again.....What i don't like is, the employee in the ******** Shop in ****** all arrogant und not willing to help me. And now i know why the Manager change twice a year in the past

I know I know your thinking of switching carriers and tmobile has a great deal. Your wondering should you try them, after all, there are positive reviews for them as well as the negative reviews. My review is the only one you will ever need. I have tried all the top carriers and I am experienced in electronics, professional level. That being said, tmobile is the worst! I have a complete review of this company on sites, but BBB does not give enough space so I have to just tell you check out my sites. I have provided proof of how they are crooks at tmobile and how they care nothing about the customers. I have wasted more time and money dealing with this incompetent company. I have spoken to ***** *** level executives, tech support, and so on and no one knows what they are doing, nor does anyone care. I have posted examples that will change your mind in a heartbeat if you are thinking of making switch to Tmobile! I use to own stock shares in Tmobile, which I have sold once I saw how they are running this company into the ground. I would guess this company will not be around this time next year. Want a provider that wont be here in a year???

I am through assurance wireless and that company has no professional accountability in them. I called to let them know I broke my phone on 4/29 and was told that I was able to get a new phone and was given a confirmation number and told it will be sent out ****** I call today and come to find out everything that was told to me on Monday was not correct and that I can not get a new phone. The only thing they can say is sorry someone lied to you. How can a person trust a company that operates on that type of business orientation.

I paid ******* for my phone month after month, after my Phone was paid off, they unlocked it, it was unlocked for months until the day I went to Spectrum and wanted to keep my device, the day I called **************************** to ask for my account number because Spectrum needed it to port my phone over, they locked my phone up! The phone I paid ******* for in full and was unlocked until the day I asked for my account number. They locked it up and I could not use it. Then they had the audacity to bill me over 600$ that's now in collections, they are crooks, scammers, another company trying to get over on the consumer. Then put 600$ in to collections on me. ABSOLUTELY NOT. when they refund me ******* for the phone I bought and could not use, they will get the 600$ for whatever charges they seem to come up with after I switched to Spectrum. They are terrible. No matter what your getting a bill that you don't owe! Beware they are crooks
