They keep sending defective phones that do not operate. I have need try to get a replacement phone since April 31 2022. They keep sending the defective product that stops working with in a day. I had to buy this phone and they will not refund my money. And they sold me a cover that they do not even carry. So as of June 14th 2022 they are sending another replacement but cannot tell me the model they will be sending, so it could be the same defective phone. They are ripping off people's money. And each representative has been lying about what they are selling. They always say "Rest assure we are fixing the problem, and they don't even know the models they carry.Review fromRandy H

I bought a phone first from ******** and had lots of trouble with it my **** was always high it was never supposed to be that high ever I kept complaining I kept talking to managers and I've had no results of fixing the problem. I recently got a hotspot box all day Mini Wi-Fi box it did not work I took it back to the store multiple times they supposedly repaired it. They did not. They decided to send me a new one it did not work as well. They took the new one back charged me for the old one even though it didn't work and it was a pile of c*** they refuse to do anything about it I talk to managers at ******** and through customer service they was rude vile disgusting chauvinistic and didn't want to work with the customer and they sold me a faulty product.Review fromLana R.

Fraudulent practices are being done at this company. I purchased a phone and new service and decided to return the phone immediately upon receipt, and not activate the service as advised if I changed my mind. I returned the phone to *** who told me to be sure and hold onto my receipt because they are notorious for losing the phone being returned. I did. I cancelled the service and STILL every month they attempt to debit my card for $195 for services I never used! I called and spoke with an agent who told me he would fix the problem, and then after 45 minutes on the phone with him, the call dropped and he didnt call me back. I cant stand this bs, and refuse to continue to waste valuable time trying to resolve a non issue. What happened to this business. Once upon a time they were decent! Enough already. I am sure they will be out of business soon enough but right now I need my matter to be handled!!!!! Not worth your trust.Review fromBernadette T

The service ***** in the area where I live and it all started when they merged with ********* I've attempted many time to have the issue resolved this week and have been told technical support would help but they haven't. I am waiting on a call back, but is very frustrating to have to deal with all this. This never happened when sprint was a stand alone company.Review fromCiara Q

I HAVE BEEN WITH THIS COMPANY WHEN IT WAS SPRINT SINCE ****. I WAS OFFERED A PLAN BY 1 OF THEIR REPS AND HAVE BEEN PAYING ON TIME FOR THE LAST 20 YEARS, ALL OF SUDDEN TMOBILE TOOK OVER SPRINT AND IT HAS BEEN HORRIBLE SINCE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, THE WAIT IS VERY LONG AND THE REPS DONT SPEAK CLEARLY . RECENTLY, I RECEIVED A STATEMENT SAYING MY **** INCREASED OVER $60 PER MONTH ** A PLANNED I HAD REQUIRED ME TO SHOW PROOF OF AGE AND DIDNT SHOW PROOF. NO NOTICE WAS EMAILED OR MAILED TO ME THEY JUST CHANGED MY PLAN TO A PRICE I CANNOT AFFORD. I HAVE CONTACTED THEM 3X VIA CHAT.EACH TIME I WAS ADVISED I WILL BE CONTACTED VIA PHONE BUT NO1 HAS CALLED ME. WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO CALL I WAS ON HOLD OVER *************************** REP TO HELP. I HAVE REPEATED MYSELF VIA CHAT 3X AND STIL NO RESULTS. THIS IS STRESSFUL. HOW DO I GO FROM $160 TO $205 FOR PHONE LINES FOR A FAMILY. IT DOESNT MAKE SENSE. Hello, i have been with ******** for a year and had good cellular signal.. but about a month and a half my cellular signal has been very bad.. i called about a month and a half ago to inquire about this and had every story put to me as to why but upon calling repeatedly was i told they wear up grading the towers in my area and to keep my phone on roaming and service would be fixed well like i said a month and a half and my phone is still using ******** if i turn off data roaming i get no service.. i would like a month and a half of my money back!Review fromLiliana F.

My issues is pretty much the same as all others . This company seriously needs to be put under investigation and the *** should take a good look on their accounts. They should be Audited!! We are all getting robbed, were dealing with FRAUDULENT CHARGES!! Unanswered questions, issues not being properly resolved in a timely manner!! My son has a phone his sister got him for his birthday 1 YEAR AGO THAT HAS BEEN USELESS! A Sprint/ ******** employee cancelled the lease on that device that made my **** go over $1200. NOT ONE PERSON IN ACCOUNT SERVICE CAN FIX THE PROBLEM. My **** keeps escalating my service keeps getting shut off . Several supervisors Ive spoken with have admitted error on their end and have promised it would be taken care of . This issue started in January, it is now June!! This is wrong on so many levels. I have spent several hours, days and months trying to get this issue resolved and nothing has been done. This is ruining my credit, making it difficult financially because every time they want me pay a ridiculous amount that is wrong because a canceled lease and already having to over pay what is actually do. My account was current on payments in the first week of April, my **** is still showing past due over $1400. SOMEBODY PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO HELP ALL THE CUSTOMERS DEALING WITH THIS SERIOUS PROBLEM!!! IT NEEDS TO STOP!! PLEASE LISTEN TO OUR COMPLAINTS MAKE THE COMPANY FIX WHAT THEY ARE DOING WRONG!! I think all of should start think a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT, maybe then they will start to care about s******* over loyal customers that they have wronged !!! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!! In Feb. of 2022, my husband and I switched to TMobile - I was with another provider, but we thought we could get a better deal if we were on the same plan. This company has swindled us out of over $1100 from Feb to May. We were to pay around $112 per month and also receive ******** They kept telling us it would happen any time to switch their "new" systems over. This is **** and it's still not switched over. Somehow they added my husbands son to our account and in one of our trips to their store, the girl said "you have 8 on your account"! REALLY! They have charged us almost $400 per month and after 7/8 trips to their store, it is still not fixed. I personally never wanted to do this b/c Sprint is the worst company out there, but they kept saying Sprint was going away. Guess what, our bills still say Sprint when we get a text. So, it hasn't gone away, they haven't fixed anything and we do not have ******** There is no way I can remember every mistake they have made b/c there are so many. I want money back that we have overpaid as well as they to pay for ******* as promised.Review fromAndrew C

I was told of a $30. fee for the first 20 days then $55. I paid the $30 .Right days later I received an e mail stating $ ***** was due approx in 3 weeks . I called them they told me an error had occurred then they credited my statement to $ 70. This is after talking to a ******** Expert Should have been $ 30 and back to $55. No it's $70.00 So I was given wrong info at business store and then by expert !! Now I have to call again. Another mistake I brought my phone, she gave me another Phone #. I said what gave you the authority to not use my current number. She should have asked me whether I wanted to keep or ***** #. That took 3 days to put back my number. She told me wait 30 minutes. When I went back the next day she was surprised it was not altered. That's when I called to speak to a supervisor about original $$ 55 and problem about number error. Sprint customer service is the worse ever. I have been a customer for many many years. I got a free offer for a iPhone 13 and they continue to charge me monthly for the phone when I should not be getting charged. Three months I have called and same lies and nothing is changed the next month when I get my ****. Same charge. They are refusing to fix this issue and supervisors are worthless. I get told the same thing every month by someone I can barely understand and they absolutely never do what they promise they will do to work out my billing. I dont know what else to do. I am beyond frustrated but I refuse to let them win and keep my money when they have no right to it. I hate sprint and ******** and it doesnt matter how long youve been a customer. The same worse service ever. I would switch carriers in a heartbeat but dont want to give them any excuse to keep my money they have charged me already. I am however going to call other carriers to see what I can find but guess I will continue to fight with sprint. Truly the worse customer service I have ever run into. Dont trust anything they tell you.
