Dollars only, I have been contacting ******** by phone and at their local ******** store in Racine Wi but they made up their mind steal my money unless any of the government consumers protection agencies can help me to get my money I received from my social security benefits, If there are any laws that protect the consumers and tax payers; Please help to get my money back. I would give a -5 review if I could. I received my first phone DAMAGED and I was told I DID NOT have to return it. I received the new phone it worked for a few weeks and BAM!! No incoming or outgoing calls can be made, no service, cannot connect to Wi-Fi NOTHING. I called FOUR times in one week, did everything they told me to do - nothing works. Called a 4th time and said I needed a new phone. NOW they tell me I haven't returned the initial phone - umm WHAT??? I was told by ****** that all I had to do was return the phone and call in with the tracking number. I did that, called back and all of a sudden ***** says they have to RECEIVE the phone before they can send me a new one. WHAT?? So now, I have a phone that does not work. They don't care that I cannot make or receive calls, connect to internet. They don't care that something could happen and I cannot make any calls for help. I'm not calling 911 unless its an absolute emergency, if I sprain my ankle - is 911 going to help me get around?? NO. Supervisor *** claims they cannot escalate my order once the phone is received. I see below from another customer that their phone delivery was attempted TWO DAYS after it was shipped?! Sounds like someone doesn't know their process nor are they willing to help anyone.Review fromKk B

When trying to add a new phone line account, the sales person would add the device protection plan without discussing it, it was only mentioned when trying to confirm that the order for the day include the device protection plan. This is bad practice, Tmobile sales people are incentivized to add device protection plan without discussing it with people.Review fromQuindara M

My mother who is 86 years old had a free phone from Assurance Wireless and she did not do this year recertification and her phone was cancelled, not only this but I had to apply again to get her phone back and they told me to call the National Verifier, I did and it was approved after I submitted the documents they asked for. Then I called Assurance and they told me they were going to send a new phone because the old one could not be used for the new application, so they told me they would send the phone in 10 days and we never got it. I called back Assurance and was told that it was pending approval, I told them it was already approved and they said to expect the phone in 10 more days. Those 10 days passed already and no phone yet. Assurance keeps lying and have us waiting for the new phone since March 3/2024. I have no idea if it is because it's free or what is the reason for this nonsense. I think they have employees there that don't know what they are doing because they don't have the story straight, one says that it's pending and the other that they will send the phone in 10 days, and finally they never do anything they say. Absolutely Frustrating. Somebody please check out this people !!!Review fromPriscilla C

********, ** 80 ******** This is by far the worst ******** store I have ever visited. They lied, misrepresented the facts to make sales, and I'm going to go as far as to say they are straight up scammers.I went in on a Friday. While the woman was in my account she said I QUALIFY for the internet incentive AND that she, personally, has a "coupon." I told her that I didn't have time to sign up and that I'll come back Monday. She said she may not have her "coupon" come Monday. But that's fine because there's just an incentive.Monday comes and I'm dealing with another woman. I say I'm here to get Internet I spoke to woman 1 about on Friday. She said she recalled seeing me that day. Ok cool. Then she sells me the Internet but it was not until AFTER I paid does she tell me I DIDN'T QUALIFY (all of a sudden). I qualified FRIDAY so what gives. I know I don't qualify for the "coupon" but how did my qualifications change? Then she talks to me about my plan. She mentions another plan and I tell her I don't have the authority to make changes because 1. I am not the account holder and 2. I do not make the payments. She told me that there will be no changes to the amount because the plan is changing. I say "if it's the same price then ok because I don't make the payments"Well guess what....this person did change my plan to a whole other plan at a whole other price.Straight up liars.Review fromWendy G

If I could leave no stars I would. I went in to get home internet and the sales associate kept trying to sell me a phone plan. After three hours, he finally sold me on what I thought was an amazing deal. It was all a lie. He totally made up the plan he told me. When I called customer support after receiving my bill the guy literally made up a lie saying I agreed to it in my last call. I had never called before. I told him I knew he was lying and he proceeded to try and trick me into agreeing to confirm I accept my plan. My next call was with a supervisor who agreed to give me all my money back. I was so happy until I found out the next day he did nothing. When I called again, they acted like I was lying. I canceled my phone and watch happily. DO NOT TRUST ********* They will tell you anything to make a sale. They're all crooks.Review fromJanet J

It was my idea to get ******** for my son, and his family. I was hoping to get a better deal than he had with *******. The first person I talked to gave him a better deal than ******** The next day, that deal was unavailable. Now the price was almost the same. We still went with ******** and we were sent SIM cards to help with the change. Our phones, while compatible, did not use SIM cards. Then it took a week to change to ********. He had no phone service during that time. We were so unhappy with the customer service that we went back to ******* after canceling that service. We never had ******** service. The representatives we talked to were very hard to understand. We were charged for this complete failure of their customer service department. And now an additional amount for an outside collection fee, for an amount we should not have been charged. My family and I will never use ******** and I will encourage others to do the same.
