I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received from T-Mobile over the past several days. I experienced ongoing signal issues with my original device, which led me to contact technical support on Sunday. After spending significant time troubleshooting, I was sent a replacement ************, upon receiving the new phone, I contacted customer service to activate it. During that call, an eSIM transfer was initiated, which resulted in both my old and new phones becoming completely non-functional. Neither device can now access cellular service.I then attempted to resolve the issue via T-Mobile's chat support over ************** I pay for separately, as T-Mobile does not provide Wi-Fi accessonly to be told that because I cannot receive a text message for verification, I am now required to physically visit a store to complete a task that should have been handled remotely, and that was caused by your teams mishandling in the first place.I also made it explicitly clear to the chat representative and the manager I was transferred to that if the issue could not be resolved through this interaction, I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Shortly after this disclosure, the chat session was abruptly ended, and I received no further ************* this point:I have no access to cellular service.I am forced to use the phone only through Wi-Fi as a glorified CPU.I am being told to go out of my way to fix an error I did not cause.I am still being expected to pay for a service I cannot currently use. This experience reflects a complete failure in service delivery and customer support. I expect an immediate resolution, compensation for the days without service, and a formal acknowledgment of this complaint.Review fromLaShanda B

I got new phone from T-mobile in March around the 20th. I wanted a new line for my grandson and I already had 2 lines , one was my sons and mines. So the *** said he could get my grandson his phone for free if I did the promotion which I did . He said I had 2 more lines I could use and I told him I was waiting until my husband comes from *****. He said I could get a phone for him when he comes. Well , I got an updated phone for myself and got one for my grandson which makes 3 lines because my son is on my plan . My bill comes and its ****** for 5 lines that I didn't ask for! ******** refuse to fix this and said its part of the promotion that I did not agree to. The *** is a liar and added stuff I didn't want . They said my credit was good with them and I could get the 4th line when I was ready , but now I'm stuck with 5 lines and so now they will be losing a customer because I no longer trust anything they say . When I pay my phone off , I will be going to *****Review fromErin R

This company and this specific store is a scam. You will be lied to. The employees including the manager do not know how to do their jobs. It appears that someone in the building is stealing, Additionally, they lie to make a sale, but then there is no follow through. I attempted to purchase two watches for my kids, only to be told AFTER creating the watch lines that there was only one watch in the store. I was told they do not keep inventory due to stealing. Who is stealing from the store in a back room safe? An employee, that is who. Now I have a crying kid, and the process to order another watch included downloading the app and purchasing and paying for shipping. At this point, I wanted none of this. I wanted to return the watch I just purchased within five minutes and to take off the watch lines. None of the employees including the manager knew how the system actually works (3 hours and still nothing to show for it, and then two more trips to not get anything resolved). I ended up having to call ******** two more times to try to get reimbursed for all of the charges and to take the lines off of the account. I still did not get reimbursed for two dollars worth of charges. Beware of this company! They are scamming customers. Don't believe any promotions they send out, additionally, the short time I had the app on my phone, it was not user friendly, and made it super difficult to use the product. This store needs to close!Review fromElizabeth M.

The customer service hotline is abysmal to say the least. We have had contact issues with our account that have included fraudulent lines being added, international calls that we were charged for that we did not make. We reached out for assistance to have the fraud lines closed and investigation on the international calls but were met with wall after wall. We have begged and pleaded to cancel our account and today we were met with a supervisor on the line who felt the best way to resolve our request to yet again cancel by hanging up on us. We cannot log into our account and have been blocked but yet we are still charged every month. An absolute nightmare.Review fromGina D

I had a horrible experience with T-Mobile. Called to get rates and switch over. I was sent *** cards with temporary numbers. I decided not to switch. I wasn't told that the activation was for the account not the *** cards. I was charged $120.00 on my credit card . I called to find out why I was charged, they said I had an open account and had to go to the store to cancel. The store said I had to wait 30 billing days to get a credit on the bill., then I would get a refund on my credit card. The manager at the store said he would try to get my refund done quicker. I called a few days later and they said NO can't do it. I received a bill yesterday with a $36.00 credit. I called and the woman said no, you only get that because you used the phone. I told her the store used the number, with their phone, to get into the account since I never used the *** card in my phone. The sales guy even said while he was talking to corporate that he was using his OWN PHONE, I never switched my number or add the *** card, it was never taken off the card. They outright lied to me on the phone by not telling me this was for a new account when she said it was for the *** card. I guess the manager and sales person were just being nice because I was in the store but then laughing after I left because they knew I wouldn't get the refund. The sales person who used the *** card in his phone must have known that any use of the *** card would show up on the bill as 7 text messaged under the temporary phone number. I had to call my credit card company to make a dispute. I doubt I will get the refund from T-Mobile and keep fighting them.Review fromLynda R

******** is the absolutely the worst company to work with. I placed an order on March ******* I was misinformed from the Sales******. Basically now I will say lied to, he told me yes I would get cable with basic channels. NOPE one of many lies! I am now on my 19th call on hold after 24 days of all items were sent back after my refusal to **** *** scanned it and placed a note on the tracking that customer refused delivery. It was returned back to the warehouse on the 17th of March. The items went through the process and was escalated 4 times they said. I have been lied to several times right from the start. All I want is my money back of $174.12. What is the issue, the reviews I have read are all the same complaints. The last two weeks I was told me, my money would be returned. NOPE!!! Tuesday March 8th I was told by a Supervisor that my money would be in my account today, March 11th. And that she will call me on Friday the 11th still no money and no phone call. I am now talking to the 3rd ****** including a supervisor that just hung up on me. Now Im on hold with the same Bull _ _ _ _!!! Its has legally been enough time for my refund. Considering I never even touched the box. ?? What in the name of lord is going on with this so called company. Ive put a dispute with my bank. Its like my hands are tied not a thing I can do. One customer care representative told me to step back and to call back when Im ready to handle this issue. Plus, supervisor hung up on me. Still no money back! So upset so sad.Review fromMONICA D

T-mobile is by far a company that scams it's customers.I just got out of the hospital my bill was due the night before and woke up to my services suspended. i PAID THE $50 BALANCE I asked them to wave the $60 fees and was told because we've done this for you before we cannot do it again, which is incorrect. So i told them to shove it and they will loose 4 customers and 2 new iphones since they're so money hungry. I could care less about collections lol T-MOBILE IS A *********** TOO EXPENSIVE FOR CRAPPY SERVICE 90% of the time i have no internet service but pay $250/month! S**** TMOBILEReview fromCasey B

The Assurance Wireless website is a scam with no option to pick a phone or use an old phone. So, after being forced to add my phone, I finally received a SIM card that made me eligible on the Assurance website. When I inserted my SIM, my phone said it was not a ******* SIM card, showing that the assurance SIM card would not work. When I called Assurance about the issue, they told me I would need to buy a phone, and I explained my mother had received a phone from them with her services. I explained I couldn't afford a phone, they got really nasty at this point and told me it was my fault for not stating I needed a phone on the website but the website never gives that option.Review fromJerann R

DisappointedNearly 12 years with Sprint when they were bought out by ********* Immediate change happened as they told me I needed to pay money for a new phone even though they gained access to sprint towers I still needed to upgrade my phone. I told them no. They sent me a free phone but it was a low grade phone with 5g compatibility so once it came time to replace the phone (as most phones don't last more than 2 years) I wasn't able to replace it as they had no phone at it's level thus they tried to force me to pay for an upgrade at that point instead!2 weeks ago I get a text saying "after a decade we are increasing some of our older plans so expect a 5 dollar charge per line to your current plan". I didn't call immediately. I didn't have to. Plenty of others called and complained. To apologize they then offered this "temporary promotion deal" where you get a FREE line of service. I don't need a free line. I just want to pay what I had been paying. So by me not taking advantage of their free line I am technically saving the company around 50 dollars a month! I'm not even asking for a 50 dollars credit per month I just want the 10 so I don't pay the extra 5 dollars that they randomly tacked onto our plans that were supposedly locked in. ******** customer service as they said it was nothing they could do about it.Review fromJessica L

We have been dealing with an ongoing issue with T-Mobile for years now, as the problem is still not resolved. We have tried to get our credit card company to do something, tried calling customer service (after which I was put on hold for 3 hours and hung up on), and simply ignored when trying to contact the original store. When we wanted to upgrade our phones, we went into the local T-Mobile store and asked how quickly they'd be able to ship the phones to our home. The sales associate assured us that it would be very quick, that we'd get it in the next week or so. The timing was very important to us as my dad had to go out of town in a week, and our entire family was planning on switching from ******* to T-Mobile and upgrading our phones while we were at it. Feeling reassured, we decided to bite the bullet and order the phones. Thankfully, the only thing we had to pay was the activation fees for the three phones, which totaled about $100. However, when the next rolled by and we hadn't even gotten a shipping notification, we knew something was off. When we called the number they gave us, the people behind the phone told us the phones hadn't even begun to ship yet. When we went back to the store, the associates were extremely rude and told us it was our fault for believing it. At this point, we cancelled the entire order because the phones definitely weren't going to get here in time, and asked for a refund on our activation fee. This is where the problem lies. It has been a whopping 4 years since this incident, and WE STILL HAVE. NOT. GOTTEN THE REFUND. They kept insisting that the check was in the mail (it wasn't) and that it would come soon (it hasn't). Yes, it's not a significant amount of money, but it's still money that rightfully belongs to us, yet we haven't seen a cent. The original store we went to literally went out of business and STILL we haven't seen anything. Stay away from T-Mobile. They will steal your money and run.
