We chose the ******** plan three years ago, opting for the 55+ plan with three lines. Last month, we inquired about the monthly bill, and they told us it was $100 per month. We set up automatic bank payments and usually don't pay attention to the amounts being deducted. Today, we noticed that the monthly deduction amounts vary. We immediately went to the store in area code MA ***** to inquire. They told us that the three lines cost $150.00 per month, and there is an additional $16.00 monthly charge for a ******* account. We find this very strange. We never set up a ******* account for automatic payment, and we don't understand why our bill has increased from $100.00 per month to $177.00 per month. Sometimes it is $166.00, and other times it is $175.00. We find it very strange that not only has the cost increased, but also that the amount deducted each month is different.I asked them to check the bill. They only told me they could check the last three months. I looked at my own account deductions. From June 2023 onward, the charges have been over $150, and the amounts vary each month, except for December, which was $115.00. I hope you can intervene and help me get a refund for the overcharged amounts. Thank you very much!My name is *************************

I cancelled my account months ago and keep receiving statements with a credit but because I tossed their info after I closed the account I don't have my pin number and longer. I called, they said go to a store, went to the store, told me to phone, phoned, told me to go to a store. I went round and round with different suppose to be managers and was told go to store. It is a small credit and they have my credit card on file, but they are keeping my money. The ******** store is a drive which I already did once.

I was scammed by this company starting at this store location. I ended up paying $215.40 for lines and devices I did not concept to paying a ***** for. The store reps told me that I got free trackers and a car internet plug with my new account, when that was not the case. I tried to get ******** customer service to give me a credit on my account when I learned what had happened and they said it wasn't possible to do that. When I said I feel like I was scammed and if they didn't give me the credit, I would switch back to my previous service provider, she said that I had to do what I had to do. So, I'm switching back to ******** where I have never been scammed.

Back in November 10 of 2023. We transfer our accounts over to ******* cell phone service. We have been to this day getting a bill from ********* We have been trying to settle and tell them that we no longer have their service ******** had our Apple Watch line open and I have been contacting them to stop billing us they claim we owe them money for the watch. We have a receipt showing it was purchased at *******. They sent an attorney letter to us, threatened us and ruined my husbands credit. We have been with Sprint for over 20 years now with ******** never ever have we ever missed a bill and for them to do this to me and my husband is uncalled for I would never ever do business with this lousy company again and I would recommend that you dont either. They will not even admit they made the error on their end and yet we had to settled We have presented at a ******** store manager to show them the contract with *******, receipt for the watch and they said yes somebody in customer service made an error. Drop ********.

whom it may concern as you can see I have sent you pictures of everything that I was supposed to do. When I got the phone which was around the first week of July I got the phone before the letter I tried to activate it it said that my lifeline had ran out and as you can see I have sent you a screenshot of my lifeline application and it states that I still have lifeline until the 25th of July. For the past week I have tried to contact you all on all three numbers that you all have available no one bothered to answer my call. At around 9:30 tonight I went ahead and I quote topped up $5 just so I can have so-called minutes or time on it to actually activate the phone. Here it is at 10:24 and it is still not working. Now I want this matter resolved or else I can send you the phone back and I am going to be taking my $5 back off of my credit card Today, 07/12/2024, I received a message from ******** and was told my card had been applied and my minutes were on there: NO THEY WERE NOT! ALSO, assurance wireless customer care service BLOCKED my emails along with my proof (pictures) of all they had been exchanged with them.

Back in January (this is now July), I asked o just change my number. ***** decided to add another line instead. I've been fighting with Tmobile ever since while they seal my money every month, forcing me to continue to pay for two lines instead of my only one.

On February 9th, I initiated the process to port my three phone lines from ******** to my new carrier. However, I have experienced significant issues with this transition. Initially, all three lines were supposed to be transferred, but due to errors with the port pin provided by ********, one of the lines could not be successfully transferred. As a result, my phone has only been functional on Wi-Fi.My new carrier has contacted ******** multiple times to resolve this issue, but without success. They even resorted to a carrier-to-carrier written request, yet the problem remains unresolved. Despite these ongoing issues, I recently received a bill from ******** for $394.86 for the line that could not be transferred. This amount is extraordinarily high considering that my monthly bill for all three lines was $140.72.When I contacted ******** for clarification, their representative, *****, informed me that the charge is due to the fact that the lines were transferred before my new bill was generated. This explanation is both illogical and unfair, as it implies, I am being charged an exorbitant amount for a service that has not been provided.I feel this situation constitutes a form of robbery, as I am being billed excessively for a line that ******** has yet to release, causing significant inconvenience and stress. My Last Payment was on January 20th, if anything I should have a prorated fee for the days the line was connected.
