I been with the company for 5 years and i purchased a phone and finished paying it off 2 months ago and they never unlock my phone. I paid my phone bill and my service still isnt working at all nor my hotspot. They overcharge you for services as well. For 2 devices Im paying about 235 a month.Review fromNatalie I

This is one of the worse companies to deal with. I've been waiting over two months for my phone and the only information I received was a scripted response from their accociates because that's the only information they are allowed to tell customers. They always pass the buck to the National Verifer that they just approved me which is a lie, they had already approved me months ago. What's happening is they know they are the only company that gives free phone and service so they are so backed up they can't keep up with the orders so they just lie to the customers which is not only unethical it is really disturbing. I pray to God that another company would give out phones and service so that people like me who are disabled and on a fixed income can have a phone in case of an emergency. My phone I have now will be shut off by the 19th of August and when I told that to Assurance wireless they would not escalate my order and told me to just wait. I got a phone from them almost a year ago and had no problems for almost a year later BUT in the last 2 weeks I have had nothing but trouble. I was in the hospital from the end of June until the end of July. I finally looked at my cell and tried to make a call but got a recording that said I was no longer eligible (nothing had changed in that year) and to reapply. I did so on my laptop but no calls could be made (I still have money on my account). I next called in and the customer service person went on line to do another reapplication. Finally she had me to a test call and the call went through. This person told me to contact their 3rd party verification for the final step. The number she gave me was for some weird company. The next day I tried calling someone and got the same recording that I needed to reapply. I called on Friday as I use the cell to call for the Paratransit bus to pick me up and AGAIN got the recording. The only way I could call for the bus is by asking people to use their cell and ended up not getting a ride for almost 5 hours! I live in ** and we are having temps 105 and up so waiting outside is not an option. Yesterday I called in again and spoke with one man who was not listening to what I said. I finally got a supervisor who said the new phone was due today--I explained I needed the cell to work as I had a doctor's **** today (Mon). She did something and again I went and made a test call and it worked but today it was the recording again. Both her and the man said my new cell number was due to come today between 7 and 8 am. I said if the package was left by my door it would be stolen plus for safety sake I cannot leave the door open (plus the heat was already in the high 90's by 7). **** has done the mail and no phone. Twice also I have asked to speak to a supervisor or corporate and got disconnected both times. I will be filing with the *** too.Review fromMary B

I switched from ******** to another wireless carrier. I paid my bill, but still owed one *****. I could not pay my bill through my bank's bill pay nor could I pay them through their ******** pay my bill app. They keep sending me a bill for the amount due one *****. I do not feel I have to drive to their store to give them one *****. They are aggravating me for a *****. They spend more in postage sending me a bill every month. Worst customer service on the planet. I actually think they train their employees to lie. I have an issue that is too complicated to explain here, but every time I call them, they say they will talk to a supervisor and call me back. They never call back and when I reach out to them, I get a different story from every representative. This issue has been going on for weeks and I have spent countless hours trying to resolve it. I have been with this company before it was taken over by ********* Since then I've had many problems. But today just is the topper. I called them and attempted to have payment arrangements change due to hardship. I was told by customer service I was to borrow the money or give another card. I explained I didn't have another card or money to borrow and if you attempt to hit my card it will make the account negative so I wanted to cancel the payment. They stayed there was nothing the could do. The next I got a check in theail however the banks were closed and I wanted to go to there location to make the payment. I was told I will be charged an additional $5 for paying in person. Then when I get to the TMobile location there system was down. So I was unable ***** that payment there. And was told of I don't make that payment my phone will be suspended and I will be charged a $20 reconnection fee. Mean while I am trying to rectify this situation and I amet with nothing but resistance, this was shocking as a loyal long standing customer. I did not feel valued at all. I am actually planning on leaving this service due to this paying over hundred dollars monthly with no perks of any kind.Review fromCurtis D

Unfortunately ******** doesn't have good cell coverage in my area, specifically at my home. I was forced to switch to ******* (which I didn't want to do). While trying to transfer my current phones (family with 4 phone lines) they locked up my lines and it took 3 days to be able to turn on my phones with *******. Meaning my phones didn't work for 3 days. I run my business from my phone, this was problem #1.After they forced me to pay almost $200 to cancel the plans (even though my plan was concluded and paid in full), the following month I receive a statement saying my account was still open and I had over paid by $58.17 (issue #2). I called customer service and was told they closed the accounts, they would send me a gift card for the balance. Following month, I receive a new statement showing the balance had been reduced by $17.00 my account was still open and the NO card had been sent out. (Issue #3) I call back and get the same answer, they are closing the account and a refund of the initial amount of $58.17 via a gift card will be mailed out. This is now the 4th month in a row (Issue #4) this has happened. Today they wanted me to give them my checking account information so they can pay it directly. NO THANK YOU, so they can start billing me! DO NOT USE ********* their customer service is non existent.Review fromAlex C

Horrible company !!!! I got restoration fees and late penalties all over my bill. I got three tablets on a promotion and it has been the worse nightmare of my life. My cellphones are through ******* and ****** and they give me no issues. The representative asked me my information and my pin to look up my account and I asked her name and she told me that she can give me that information to me because it's private information. Then I asked her a badge or id and she refused. She was extremely rude and was overtalking me. Teen mobile has been a disappointment to me and I am going to pay off to end this contract as fast as I can. Ive been trying to turn in the iPad and come up with a settlement fee and they said that is not possible. They are just telling today that if I did autopay that my bill will take $15 off. I had this account since February and Ive been trying to get the nursing or the first responder discount and I have been having issues. All the documents that I have uploaded top teen mobile website has been rejected. It is no hope and tryin to talk to these people.
