      Renewal process is a nightmare. I spent no less than 6 hours on the phone with Assurance Wireless over a few days trying to resolve the issue. I was told I can add money to my account so I can have service at 10 cents a minute until my Government funded Lifeline went through. What they did not tell me is that after I add money to my account I have to call them each day to reactivate my line as it expires every 24 hours. Was told to keep my account open would cost an additional $10 which I currently do not have as I put all I had left ($9) which zeroed out my bank account. Every time I call for resolution to my account problems I get a different story. Its like there is no continuity as all the service **** say different things. So aggravating! I finally gave up and am looking for another cell carrier.

      Talk about terrible service wasn't able to use any of the benefits of plan. High High Bills always changing amount every month, no help from customer service and agents were rude . *********** mobile already there company is trash

      When I attempted to cancel my services with Sprint I was given the runaround. I went to the store and requested to cancel my account. The contract period was over and I wanted to cancel my service3s. I was told that the store could not cancel the account but I was given a number to call to cancel services. I called the number and a *** told me I could not cancel. I stated at that time I am requesting cancellation and ended the phone call. The next month I received a Sprint **** ***** the next month's charges. I again called Sprint to cancel services. Another *** informed me I could not cancel. I again requested cancellation and ended the call. A couple wees later I called Sprint to be sure the account had been cancelled. I was told by the *** that it was not and I could not cancel the services. I informed the *** to provide me with a number for an attorney to call as to have the account cancelled. I was put on hold and was informed that the account would be cancelled. Sprint kept accumulating the bill and wanted me to be held accountable for the charges when I was not using their services. Over time Sprint has turned this account to several collection agencies. I responded a couple of times but will not any longer. Sprint should not be forwarding accounts that are in dispute. I have recently talked to someone else who experienced the same circumstances. Perhaps this is a company policy to increase sales for the company for customers cancelling services.

      Horrific and scary. Rude, mean, disrespectful and ignorant. They shut down my girlfriends phone. She is on ***/other things because of concerns. They are unwilling to help of give her useful information. They hang up on her, laugh at her and ignore her. It is really strange. I have never in my life run across a corporation with employees who back to back were intentionally aaragont, belittling and unfriendly. We have been trying for a month. There is no other way to get in contact with them other than an overseas call center. She needs her phone..... I do not know what else to add..... Someone help? look at ripoff report or any major complaint board, group or ***************************. This is not a good company.

      AW is trying to be so shifty. I never received September minutes and called to ask why. This is a government free phone for ********** families. So I asked her why and she she kept me on the phone telling me Bullsh** about this and that and finally says, another company took over my account, I never got a notice. She gives me their phone number and then says to me " for just $10.00 we can activate your account again " It's a free phone with free monthly minutes, why am I going to pay. I'm ******. My rating is WAY less than zero!!!!

      ******** failed to change the ** address on my account after I gave charge of address multiple times. As a result, from November 2021 to July 2024 I was over charged ******. The only reason I found out was I switched to paper billing and saw the old address with taxes fees and 911 service. I have contacted 4 times and was assured it would get corrected. They have not refunded the charges billed in error! Do better ********. I alerted you to the issue and you even agreed the charges were wrong. So you are basically keeping (stealing) the owed funds!

      The service is horrible I am paying for service and I am unable to use my phone when I am at work.I spoke with *****, **** and ******* who were no help. Its saddens me that all three were trying to tell me to leave Tmobile when I was saying adjust my account being that I am not getting the full service. The excuse is the tower is not good and basically they are telling me to leave. AT and T has good service and they are able to receive phone calls. I am aggravated and disappointed in TMobile.

      Assurance wireless I would give zero Stars. The phone I had died and they will not replace it because it's no longer under warranty. Oh but you can buy a phone and we'll hook that up. BULL CRACKERS that is not happening. You should have told me that the phone was going out of warranty so that I could get a new one. The response are we sent you an email no you didn't. We sent you a text kind of hard to find that seeing the phone DIED. I WILL FIND A DIFFERENT LIFELINE PROGRAM THAT TREATS PEOPLE WITH RESPECT ASSURANCE WIRELESS *****

      While on the sprint plan, I purchased a ******* Note 10+ phone. I signed up to buy the phone on a 2-year payment plan from 08/13/19- August 13, 2021 @ ***** monthly charge.Sprint reset my payment plan to a lease plan without my approval. I wasn't informed about it. I've never leased a Sprint phone in my 22 years at Sprint. I was charged for extra payments instead of the original 2-year contract that I signed up for. I purchased my ******* Note 10+ on 08/13/19, I was being charged for the same phone until 12-5-22. I was being charged extra from August 13, 2021, to December 5, 2022, a total of 15 months and 22 days = $810.00 not including tax, etc To make things worse they charged me an additional $200.00 to end a phone lease contract that I never signed up for.When called Sprint/T-Mobile to complain about the issue all I got in response was we will look into this issue and give you a callback. Nothing was done to rectify the issue.

      I have been swindled by TMobile when I tried to purchase service advertized for $48 a month.The service never worked though I spend aeons of time at the office for customer help.Once they get your service on their billing list they do not care about customer care .. .Such rudeness! I canceled my service within a week - but they kept billing and billing me - multiplying the fee - harassing me - i am a senior so they assumed I would pay up ... I refuse to be bullied! I will fight back on my behalf and on behalf of my fellow- seniors.I chose Xfinity - at least they will help you get your phone started ...
