Horrible company. Horrible ethics. I traded in a phone at the beginning of the year for a newer model. Everything was going swimmingly until I start seeing charges for equipment on my ****. I asked the lady and she said that the phone was not received in good condition so they are going to charge me for it. I said, "Okay, give me my old phone back" It was only fair. My phone was turned in on the understanding that it would help offset the cost of a new phone. Sprint says its in the trade-in contract that phones that are sent in cannot be returned and had been sent in for refurbishment. Long story short. They STOLE my phone. And will make money on it.Review fromElaine M

Total bait and switch. I was trying to use my promotional amount for a new Iphone with trade in. Everything I was told as a lie. I wanted to pay for my portion of the phone in full, was supposed to be switched to a senior plan and declined insurance. My portion of the phone is now being billed monthly at twice the amount I was supposed to pay, they did not switch my monthly plan and they were charging me insurance. EVERY single part of this transaction was dishonest. If I could leave zero starts, I would.Review fromRAYMOND E

I have had this low income service for 5 years through the ******************* program and have not had to pay for telephones or usage. The customer service reps that I spoke to in May and yesterday promised new phones were on the way when I requested larger screens. I called today to request a new cellphone since mine is old and very small and to request confirmation number from the call I had yesterday. I was told I would have to pay for one. I am below poverty level. I am disabled. I am a senior citizen. The customer service reps that I spoke to in May and yesterday promised new phones were on the I did not know my cell phone was a Sprint phone until I called ******** yesterday to see what phones would be available to me. They very very quickly got me off the line.Review fromShawn T

I ordered a replacement iPad on my account in February. In March, I got an email stating they received the broken device i was supposed to return. In April, $348.15 was added to my sprint account for the device i returned. (They were saying they didnt receive it, but i have the email proving they did). I have made phone calls to sprint/tmobile for 3 months trying to get this issue resolved. They keep turning our phones off. I keep calling and they turn them back on. (I have 5-6 lines. 4 phones and 2 iPads) Then sprint/tmobile keeps telling me i need to call assurant, which i did MULTIPLE TIMES and they tell me its been cleared up on their end and they submitted a case to take off the charge and it was approved April 15th, 2022. Its now June 27th, 2022. They gave them the case number and everything. The sprint lady said she filled a case and the money would be off my account tomorrow. I woke up the next day to our phones off yet again. I sat on the phone hours again to get our phone turned back on and Im sick of going through this. When my **** is paid. All of this is happening because of the $348 that should have NEVER been added to my account in the first place. I have the email verification proving the received the device. This has been a HUGE PROBLEM. Im getting ready to switch my service to a new provider. I've been with sprint/tmobile for over 15 years!!Review fromAmanda S

I have been with sprint since o hot my first phone. When I moved to the country the service was not very good so they gave me an airave that boost my signal for a better service. Since Tmobile taking over the service ***** and a mother with a terminal ill child who can not get a call out to the doctor when I need it is horrifying. Tmobile do not offer a signal booster. The wifi calling is even worse service. The home connect I had with sprint Tmobile even took that away without telling me but still charging me for it. I had to call and tell them to take it off. Not being able to use my phone when it is matter of life and death is terrible. I can not afford to switch networks when I have to pay off my contract then pay for new phones and new network. Tmobil has made my life a living nightmare.Review fromJayson M.

Our family has had Sprint/T-Mobile since ****. In the last 3 years rates have steadily increased and customer service has tanked. We had no resort but to look at competitors to find a resolution. After choosing ******* as our new provider, the start of transitioning 6 lines a couple at a time based on plan stipulations it began. First, 2 lines with no problem. Six months later the second 2 lines were also not a problem. ******* transferred the same mobile numbers with no issues. Finally, 8 months later the last two lines, which was seven months after an eligible upgrade, were moved. This time we weren't able to transfer mobile numbers. It appears to be the how they lock you in and your unable to deny your right to change providers. Sprint continued to **** the account. I called Sprint on a Thursday and told them we would pay anything owed for billable service of the phones. (made calls, texts, or data used) They said they would call me back on Monday. Only to receive a Convergent ***************************** in the mail totaling $696.97. On June 23rd 2022 I made an attempt to call the collection agency, only to immediately hear a message stating "Cannot take your call, Please try again later." I'm still willing to pay for services rendered.Review fromClayton D.

This companies CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES are the WORST...they play head games throughout, This has been ongoing since February, then i finally get the phone at the end of March, 2 days later it dont even work, so i call, explain, since under 7 day warranty they said they were gonna mail me a new one, gentleman i spoke with even gave me purchase order number, so 3.5 weeks pass and still no phone, so i call, hung up, call back, hung up on again, i call and finally someone doesnt hang up on me, but they dont document ANYTHING, so mind you, its extremely exhausting to repeat the story over, and over and over again, when asked to speak to supervisor your put on hold, and usually hung up on while waiting, so now call back and go thru same thing again, repeat the whole story even though you asked for supervisor again, you still have to repeat the story over and over, and then supervisor gets on and tells you there shipping new phone out to you since your phone was stolen, so now here we are June 23, and i just spend another 2 to 3 hours, being hung up on, or switched to someone else, i mean its absolutley incredible how bad this company is. ITS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, its not right, people are busy, working, etc people dont have time for this, so far since my phone was stolen, which was june 10, i believe i started calling there on Jun 13, it winded up taking me 2 days to get the matter straightened out, but turns, never straightened out, the supervisor i spoke to on jun 14, she lied, there was never a phone shipped out, apparently i wasn't eligible for one, but she didnt feel like dealing with me anymore, she told me what i wanted to hear, based off other reviews, this is what they do at Assurance Wireless, spoke to supervisor *****, who told me he didnt want me to keep calling back w/same matter, his words, I told him i was on comp with ************************* didnt even care, he didnt once say sorry for all the disconnections, nothing, no help from so called supervirs
