      Trying to upgrade 2 phone#. Given wrong info, put on hold for 3 hours ! Lied to ! No response from Sprint ! Its like I'm an alien !ATTPlease Help !Spectrum Please help ******** Please help !Don't use Sprint / ******** !They are Lost !!#

      Four months ago appx my paraplegic husband got one of these phones. He transferred his contacts. Suddenly he started getting spam calls. He stopped using the phone because so many calls are for another party. Apparently USED phones are the free phones.Two ladies tried to hardsell me an "upgrade" and stated clearly that the other phones could NOT have been from Assurance because they only provide "NEW" phones.I searched my photo history AND SHOWED THEM THE BADGES OF THE TWO LADIES FROM ASSURANCE THAT PROVIDED THE OLD PHONES. When I told them my husband must wheel his chair to answer phones they chuckled and said that must be OUR PROBLEM.All the hard sell and they blamed us for the crappy phones. Then they used the "I'm just gonna walk away" strategy to end the conversation.I am copying this complaint and getting a copy to everyone in the neighborhood. These people are liars and taking advantage of poor gullible people.

      I am in ** and I can not make calls in buildings and I have no service below ********* ** so no the ad is lying . Also their 4g is not 4g I am getting 1mb a second if I am lucky

      I just signed another person onto my account. I bought them a new phone. It took 4 days to get there phone number transfered to the new phone. Once transferred, I realized they didn't include a charger with the phone. I had to make an additional purchase of a charger so the new phone would work. That's right, they sold me a phone with no way to turn it on and use it.

      They make free offers and then they charge you. I was offered a free IPAD and got charged for it then I was offered a free phone and they charged me for that too. They are good at bait and switch. You cannot trust them when they say it is free and you wont be charged. I am almost ***** in the hole for these free items. Be caareful.

      WORST COMPANY EVER!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... THEY LIE AND FORGET WHAT THEY LIE ABOUT AND LIE AGAIN. TMOBILE USED TO BE AWESOME..WAS WITH THEM 11YEARS ALWAYS DID THE RIGHT THING..BUT NOT ANYMORE.

      Sprint now part of T-Mobile customer service made me wrong promise over the phone when I was trying to buy I phone 13 pro in feb 2022. Wrong agreement they signed and wrong information provided by the customer service. they just want to sell their product with wrong intension. which i tried by myself to resolve the issue through customer service chat. but no one is able to resolve my issue including their supervisor. they have all the records including my chat. then they charged my account 2 or 3 times without my consent. the last time charged me $114.75 from M&T bank account without my consent. when I requested to refund my money they made again wrong promise but I did not get my refund back yet. i would like to file against Sprint now part of T-Mobile.

      I would put a 0 if possible. This is the worse cell service ever. Do not, I repeat to not switch to them.

      Everything about them is a sham, offering help out of one corner of there mouth while refusing from the other
