      I went in initially to get assistance with my **** since its been going crazy and being wonky. I think overall the lady that assisted me, her name is *******, she was very nice but she was very condescending. very abrupt with no empathy on my situation the fact that I have endured all kinds of wrong information, she just tells you how it is and thats it. Very Condescending to the point where she even had a smirk on her face and looked me dead in the eyes with a grin saying that I am basically stupid and that this is what my account says. My account can say whatever it wants but when an agent on the phone is telling me one thing and youre actually believing what theyre saying whatever they dictate in my file and whatever they tell you, its gonna be two different stories. Ive done customer service for over ******* and am certified to the point Im telling you right now she was not empathetic , or understanding on anything of my situation and made it very very difficult for me to understand why she works there . Like I said very nice individual Im sure but for the job that she was doing I really really wanted to go off on her but me being a good person I didnt but I think it needs to be addressed. Although she knows her job very well and she knows what shes associated with what she needs to be a little bit more understanding when the customer is telling her one thing but your system is saying another . shes very condescending ,rude in a way to where she has no empathy for her customers in whatever situation theyre in during regardless of what information they were given and what there telling them . they should still have empathy and understanding that we are getting the runaround and we just needed an explaintion given to us correctly but with an empathetic and understanding mindset like the operators o.       Be careful when they offer you a good deal over the phone because it can cost you more and they dont back up there promos to the point that I call multiple times to get my situation clear and fix the last customer service rep that took my call told me that she even dont understand how they have the promo done even that there is a mistake on their end and I still have to pay more now than before and the promo that they offer me to pay the same that I was paying but with better phone didnt happen. Until this moment I am still waiting for a supervisor that it was going to call me to get this fix and nothing has happened. My advice to everyone is that do not trust any offer over the phone from this company because at the end they dont deliver. Thanks

      Have had perfect service with Sprint until ******** took over. Now Ive had no service since the beginning of the year. Have contacted them on numerous occasions and they have yet to fix the problem. Cant make or receive phone calls and never have any 5G service. Cant use any of my services yet continue to be charged. I would NEVER recommend ******** to anyone. Save your money!

      Sprint wont let me keep my phone when I paid it off over a year ago and they keep charging me $45 a month for the device. They said that I signed up for something called "a forever lease" which they showed me the contract and the signature is typed in with my name. I bought this phone in person and signed in person so why wont they prove that I signed a forever lease showing my contract with my signature. its because I wouldnt sign a "forever lease". I signed for a plan to pay off the phone with payments which i have exceeded the amount required to pay it off. now they tell me I can upgrade but i dont want to upgrade i just want to stop having them charge me for my device when i already own it.

      No stars for ASSURANCE. Made me pay for a replacement phone that I never received.They claim to have TWO addresses for me.Never lived close to one but the other is accurate. Poor, unprofessional agents.I only hope for a full refund.

      In November of 2021 ****** and ********************* received a letter from ******************************* saying that we must change our phones (2 -3G Cell Phones) which had perfect coverage to 4G or 5G Cell Phones. ****** got a 4G flip and ****** got a 5G Cell phone at the ******** store in *********** ********. We tried them at Home/Honeoye Lake, ******** and they did not work unless we connected them to the Wi-Fi of our Sprectrum system. I contacted ******** service reps over and over. I was told that the tower that I can see from my house would be upgraded to 4G/5G. Nothing has happened since October 27, 2021. Sometimes ******** service people will take off some $ off my monthly **** and sometimes they will not. I finally found out that I could reduce my plan but that still does not give us coverage when we are out in the boat or at the nearby ski area. CAN NOT GET HELP. Yesterday we lost ************************** internet and telephone until today at 1 pm. We could not send or receive communications on our cell phones during the outage. I could not call my wife when I was in an area 4 miles north of our house where there is coverage. ********'s management will not respond to when the tower will be up and running or to my poor surveys that I have filled out. ******** will not explain why the tower has not been upgraded. The ************ people that you talk to in ***** have no clue.

      **************************** sales people are a bunch of liers. It seems like they tell the customer anything just to get them out the door with the phone. Late last year we were told at the store that we could payoff the phones up front so that cost would not be added into our monthly **** but we had to call customer service. So that same day I call customer service letting them know I was calling to payoff the phones we had just purchased and they tell me that wasn't possible because it was part of the plan. If I had known that from the start I would have taken my business elsewhere. I specifically told the salesman I didn't want a 200$ **** and was willing to pay the phones off. After being on the phone for 2 hours with customer service they applied some discounts that lasted 6 months and was told at the end of the 6 months I would get another round of discounts. This did not happen, so I'm back at over 200$ a month. Who wants a **** for 2 years paying 207$ a month, this is ridiculous. I've been a member with sprint since ****, after this contract they will not see another ***** from me or my family. Do not trust *************************** sales people, they are training them to lie to their customers then you are stuck with their phones and high a** contracts. I will continue to let people all through social media to be aware of their tactics of deceiving customers then they want good reviews for what being a lier.

      Worst service ever. Let me start by saying they I have not had an active account for over a year. It was cancelled and I was assured by CS that I would no longer get a ****. Well 1 year later and about 15 calls to CS I am still getting bills from them, and now late fees. They also told me that my account was being sent to collections because I havent paid them the $78 they are due from the past year of service. What service? I havent been a customer of theirs for a year. I was assured many times that the account was cancelled and I would not get a ****. Since they continued to auto draft a payment from my bank account I out a stop payment on the charges. That is when they told me that I owed them money and that my account was in collections. I door to the collection company, they sent me to CS, then CS sent me to billing, billing had me on ok hold for about an hour and finally I said that I would pay the $78 to make this be done. Tried to pay the **** - now they can accept payment and I need to speak with collections again! This is the most frustrating loop and I cant seem to get off this hamster wheel. Still no resolution. Yet another CS rep said to go to the store and speak with someone to make a payment. Upon doing this I was told my account was inactive and they couldnt help me. Ridiculous. Never again will I do business or will my company do business with Sprint / *********

      From my experience, my first phone would not keep a charge and randomly power off and the replacement phone was even worse. These may be refurbished phones but I use that word lightly because it seems they are just given a quick check. When I had to contact customer support again for an updated phone, I made it a point to ask if I could just purchase one of their approved phones. The rep assured me that a new phone would be sent as I am not able to use my phone (it's dead). After a couple letters stating they would be switching from the Spring 3G network and saying that I needed to respond, I called back to renew the application process and mail in the requested information (sensitive information) with their provided envelope. I still get letters claiming I need to respond and have made my last attempt at contacting them regarding the application status. I might get the phone or not but my main concern is where my information is going as they never follow up with anything and the call centers are not local so some reps are very difficult to understand.Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend anyone on a fixed income or short-term financial disadvantage attempt to apply for this service. If you need something for work or emergencies (ie: family, etc), it is better to find a cheap TracFone or similar and keep track of your minutes.

      I upgraded two phones and a tablet. All of them worked for one week. Five times repair over chat, two in store, and three online. Every week our apple devices go down due to SIM card and ecard issues. Wifi calling work and then is down. Apple and sprint need to get it together. Sprint then charged us tax on our returned phone and taxed us on top of the tax. $31 tax on a returned phone. I dont get it. Four chats later as our phones arent working again, 4 hours, 1 hour, and currently another hour and still holding. Wish we could find someone who can help with technical service and with billing. We were credited 146 and then she offered us 30 more as that is the ***imum she could give us. So in essence we were ripped off $9. Way to go ********* Please help me find someone. I asked to speak to two managers and was on hold 30 minutes. Now to find technical support to fix our one month old pros *** 13 phones and new tablet.
