I'm a former Sprint customer who migrated to **********************. There are too many issues to write into this review. Our latest problem is our last two payments apparently went to Sprint. Tmobile and Sprint will not deal with each other. We're waiting for Sprint to send us our money back so we can give it to Tmobile. They've shut our phones off twice while trying to correct this issue. Two days ago a supervisor with Tmobile helped us and said the problem has been resolved. This morning we're getting phone calls AGAIN that they're shutting our phones off for non-payment. But they have the money already! Never have we ever experienced so much frustration and incompetence with a company. As soon as we're able we'll be switching to a different company. We've been with nextel, Sprint and now Tmobile for 16 1/2 years. When you hire cheap labor who aren't capable of doing their job this is the result. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!

My complaints are similar to the other ones that Im seeing.Ive been a customer for 4 years and Ive been going through the same things. First off DO NOT SIGN UP FOR AUTOPAY. Sprint/t-mobile starts to attach charges that I know nothing about, resulting in my **** being $110 over charged. Thank God I pay attention to my **** before autopay was taken out. However, when I contact sprint about the charges, they have no explanation as to how they got there. After being on the phone with sprint for 1hr 19min with them, they credited my account for the unexplained fees.BUT EVERY MONTH since Ive signed up for autopay these charges keep returning to my ****,resulting in me repeating the over 1hr phone call process to have these charges removed. I advise anyone who is stuck in a sprint/T-Mobile contract like myself, to pay attention to your phone bills/statements especially if youve signed up for for autopay.

I had purchased a phone from Sprint/Tmobile and was sent a defective phone. I had to send this phone back because it was defective and received a replacement phone. On both phones I was charged the taxes for the phones. I was told I would receive the refund on the taxes for the phone returned. I never received my refund and they did receive their phone. I called in many times and was only given the run around. When I was told they would call me back to help fix the problem, I never received the call. Lies and manipulation is never good for any business. I do expect to get my money back.

I am only rating a one because I know that the people at Sprint, now a part of ********* that helped me deserve credit for listening to me rant about this... Whoever helped me in ******* is the person I have issue with.I am writing this review because I was completely lied to by the original representative at Sprint, now a part of ********* Originally, I was persuaded to upgrade to a new phone for "free." They were supposed to apply an amount up to $800.00 to the new phone and take my old phone, that phone was in perfect condition. Great deal, right? Nope!! The scam is that they put you on a contract for 30 months; the contract was not mentioned to me, at all. I asked her several times, if the phone was paid off she said "yes." But I was never told that they would **** me for the next 30 months and charge for the "equipment." WHAT KIND OF SCAM IS THAT? This was in *******. In June they changed the charges and I didn't notice because I auto pay. This last week I noticed and called. Why someone agree to a new contract for 30 months and they "paid" for a new phone and gave their old phone? I am a responsible person who would have never agreed to that. And I got a IPhone Watch because they said it was free due to a promotion... NOT. I am livid. Today I paid the phone off which means that they got my old phone and I ended up paying $800.00 +. This is not right!! I thought I owned the phone outright after paying an additional $200 + for the Iphone 13 Pro. Basically, I let someone talk me into something I didn't need and my other phone has probably been sold by them....

TELEPHONE UPGRADE PROMOTION FRAUD! I got an email promotion on Feb. 2022 to upgrade my iPhone XR to an iPhone 13 Pro for $6.67 a month in exchange for my perfectly working iPhone XR. I accepted the offer online and got my current phone by mail. I tried to return my iPhone XR to the Sprint store close to my home to make sure they could inspect my phone and confirm it was in good condition. They did but told me I needed to return it by mail and helped me to pack it in the return box. I called Sprint or ********* whatever it is now, a week later, and they told me my phone was received in good condition. The next thing I see in the app is that the promotion hasnt been honored, and the leasing charge for the phone is $33.34 instead of $6.67. I called ******** and was sent to Sprint and the rep investigated the situation, and he told me it was corrected. Then, I got a text alert that someone was trying to use my Apple ID, I called ********************** again, and the rep assured me everything was fine. A few days later, I got a new text message saying my phone was reported damaged. I called one more time and they assured me everything was okay and to ignore the text messages; the promotion was in my account. Five months later, the promotion is removed from the account again. I called AGAIN, and after more than an hour and a half on the phone with **** and asking her about 20 times to pass me the manager, she told me that they need ten days to do a device promotion review. Finally, after insisting on talking to the manager, I passed to ****, who repeated the same story and could not resolve the situation immediately or provided me with an email to Spring/******** Headquarters to put a formal complaint. The situation hasnt been resolved and I am tired of wasting my time.

Im tired of everything they are doing. I have 3 active lines. I used to have 4 but I had them cancel the 3rd line. Originally, the associate in the store (which has since been closed) offered me a free 3rd line and I never had a phone associated with that line. One day I called to have them use that credit on a line which has an active phone which I own and I was told that wasnt possible. That same store promised me a buy-one-get-one half off price on a pair of high priced speakers. The credit was never applied to my account. I had paid the entirety of the contract, essentially, before I was able to have them retroactively credit my account for the price I had been promised. I also traded in an iPhone 8 and was promised a credit for a new phone, essentially crediting my account for the remainder of the contract, and that never happened because they deemed the phone damaged at the warehouse. I sent a perfectly good phone. It was worth $200+ at the time and now I have NOTHING to show for it. Im so fed up with this company and I could not be less satisfied with their customer experience. Do NOT but a ******** or Metro PCS or any other carrier associated with this corporation. They will not do anything but take your money and try to explain away why they cant help you when they cant fulfill their end of a promotional promise.

I have a free state assurance wireless phone. This is a replacement for a piece of c*** phone they gave me earlier. I can't get on the internet even though I have data. It has not worked since I received the phone. I call them and go through 4 different phone calls to get a replacement and they finally tell me it's on the way and it will be here in 3 to 5 business days...2 weeks later I get a box with just an envelope in it to send this phone back. I call them and tell them I received a box with an envelope but no phone and after I go through all the hoops they say okay and they are sending out the phone now. Of course I never get the phone so I call and now they are telling me I have to buy a phone. After having me wait all this time and telling me twice the phone was on the way. First of all this is the state's free phone and I'm on disability and I can't afford to buy a $800 phone. Somehow this seems like a scam to make you buy phones. Why did they tell me twice they were sending me a phone and make me waste all that time!

It's difficult to relay in **** words the frustration that has absorbed the past 5 months of my life. Our situation started in March when we were informed that we would have to upgrade from our 3g phones. Originally, the offers were fantastic: two new phones, our current rate, a forever-free-no-questions-asked third line (for whatever reason). We signed up and placed our order and within hours it was cancelled. When we called back the next day, they said that we had "tripped" some fraud safety protocol and that we needed to "talk to the fraud department" (which is not open on the weekends). After some conversations with other operators (not from the fraud ***** Actually, I'm not convinced there is such a department), they cleared this block, but then it happened THREE MORE TIMES. Meanwhile, our service is being shut off and on. Finally, by April (about 18 hours into conversations with operators) I had had enough. I wanted them to discontinue our service but THEY WOULDN'T DO IT. There was no way to prove that i was me so I said I would simply stop paying my ****. Finally, by June our 3g phones no longer worked and they happily shut off my service, sticking me with a 500 dollar **** for the two months after April and the unused "forever-free" line which somebody forgot to make "forever free". We never received the hardware, yet we still got charged for the services. Appalling. I created a complaint with their billing **** and though they eventually cut some of the ****, they never contacted me again about the remainder until they day I got notification that it was headed to collections. All in all, I wasted 23 hours of my life, dealing with these people who were unable or unwilling to furnish the most basic of customer service. I had been a loyal ****************** customer for over ****************************************************** their thrall for so long. But if ******** is trying to ruin the Sprint brand, they are doing a fantastic job.
