      I just started with ******** and * Purchased phones paid **** the a couple of days later I get a text saying I needed to pay ,$137.50 or $109.(?) to avoid disconnection * Second line ************ phone was broken since 9th June 2022 and Just received replacement on/ or about 14th July 2022 which had ********** for this phone at ALL * 55 AND Over advertising $30 and $27 plans average Supposed to be $76.(?)* Billed (2) times each month $137.50 then $109.(?)EVERY MONTH

      Salesman gave false information. Paying on a phone for 29 month and still owe same amount. I was told 24 month own phone outright. Now I am being told I had to contact sprint/T-Mobile at 18 months to sign a new contract of 9 months to own my devices. We received no contact about this. Phone is paid for at 24 months regardless. The price of phone was paid. Now either way you look at it an extra 11 months pay off should at very least be almost nothing, not almost what it was at 18 months.

      Sprint has disregarded issue and blatantly transferred my called from the #i called from over to ******** when they said they couldnt help. Its a Sprint issue

      When I upgraded my phone to iPhone 13 in a local branch, an employee who served me told me that I was qualified for a $600 credit for the upgrading. However, when the bills came, the company only gave $200 credit. I called their customer service many times but the problem was never solved. The customer service was horrible. All the agents told me they fixed the issue but next **** showed nothing had happened.

      I got a free phone thru Assurance Wireless in May. I have done everything asked of me and when I woke up this morning I was locked out of my phone. This is the only fully working phone in our household. They won't fix their mistake. Now we have to go 2 weeks without a working phone. This is not fair. This is not what I signed up for. This is not what I was promised. Thank you.

      Horrible service, horrible tech support and no we have to pay over 2grand to take our numbers to another service. Have been on the phone more then 5 times trying to figure out issues with service.We have been with them for a month. My husband is a firefighter and his phone service would go completely out when at work. If he was unable to get ahold of back up, considering he is is a leadership position,and he couldn't and it would be on T-Mobiles head. Employees at the store located in Lagrange,** are not trained to understand or troubleshoot problems. And today (7/26/22) the manager who is the only one who has a clue at all( still not helpful) is not there today. Because of the ************** rules we can't port out until the balance on the phones is paid in full b/c there rules state 30 days and contract states 60 days if we had not bought in store.

      This company is very unprofessional and decieving on all levels. I was never given a receipt nor told about restocking fees of ****** if you decide you hate their service. They canceled the account before i could port it over.

      I did not activate my phone and Im glad I didnt. They swiped my ACP credit from my internet provider without me even starting service. I had to call *************************** internet company and have to wait 24-48hrs for it to be back on my account. Worst part? Their customer service talks down to you well you should have read the fine print you advertise yourself as a free government cell phone & plan. I didnt even activate the service and I have a mess to clean up.
