Incompetent, time wasting, ignorant customer service. To summarize, they have been telling my mother that something was wrong with her IPhone 8, but the problem was on their backend. It took my mother 3 months talking to different agents for them to figure it ******, my mother stopped having cellular data on her phone. She could only use it with Wi-Fi. She brought it to the ***** location and then twice to the ******** location. Everywhere, she was told that she has to change her phone. Finally, she decided to switch to iPhone 14. At the ******** location, ****** was helping her. First of all, when they were figuring out how much she would pay per month, ****** forgot to mention that there is a $35 upgrade fee. Art, the manager, later told us that everyone knows that. Ok, whatever. After my mother switched the phone, we were making sure that everything was copied ok. The new phone was on Wi-Fi. Thank God, my mother realized that she has to turn off Wi-Fi to see that there is cellular data. The data was not there. So ****** realized that she has to do some work instead of giving go away messages and called their tech support. Turns out the issue was on their end.We asked whether the old iPhone 8 would work now. Of course, ****** did not know. She started doing a refund and copying back data to the old phone. Yes, the old phone was working now. ******, presented as how great T-Mobile was able to resolve the issue. We have spend 3 hours there not to mention all the time my mother has wasted before. We asked to speak with the supervisor, and Art came to us. He was as little help as ****** though trying to overwhelm us with details that made no sense. He gave my mother $50 for her trouble. To Art, that was good enough.Avoid T-Mobile. There are plenty of other vendors that are cheaper like *********** with better customer service like **** or *******. They are bored at ********, they don't care about existing customers.Review fromKatie S

**************** inside the stores is great, but I'******* clear of the company. Sales associates were happy enough to replace my phone when the battery kept overheating so much for two of the phones of the same *******. But, why didn't T-Mobile take those off the shelves and why weren't they uptodate with recalls? Years later, I go to save money and try to cancel my line. They promised it automatically cancels after switching lines but I was charged unknowingly for months and finally, collections notifies me around the holidays. This company is sick. It was better before it merged with Sprint. We only switched to it because we took Sprint to court.Review fromIce C

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with ****s handling of a recent internet outage, which has severely impacted my ability to run two businesses from my home. The outage began on November 26, 2024, reportedly due to vandalism, and has yet to be resolved. Despite affecting only 72 households within a 9-block radius, this prolonged delay has caused significant financial and operational harm to my businesses and personal hardship.I rely on ****s 1Gb high-speed internet service for critical business operations, including meeting deadlines, processing transactions, and communicating with clients. This outage, especially during Thanksgiving week, has jeopardized multiple projects, resulting in financial losses exceeding $10,000. The personal and professional stress caused by this disruption has been overwhelming, leaving me unable to meet obligations. The $30.75 compensation offered by ******* *. in ******** was not only grossly inadequate but felt like an insult. This trivial offer in response to such substantial harm is unacceptable. The stakes for my businesses are too high to be dismissed with such minimal acknowledgment. While I understand that vandalism caused the outage, ***** as one of the wealthiest companies in the world, should have contingency plans to mitigate such situations. The labor delays cited due to the holiday week only further highlight a lack of preparedness. A disruption affecting only 72 households should not require over 10 days to resolve. In an era where connectivity is vital, this failure is deeply troubling.I urge **** to take immediate action.Review fromJuliana c

I ordered an iPhone from this store in December 2023, and it has been a complete scam. The phone was never delivered, yet they continue to charge me. I repeatedly contacted the store, but the managerwho was pregnant at the timedid absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. Her dismissive attitude made it clear she didnt care about the situation at all. I only ordered to be delivered because they didnt had the color available at the store. This is a total fraud. Do not trust this store or order phones for home delivery. Save yourself the frustration and scams. Thats affecting my mental health.Review fromAriel Q

I traded in my galaxy flip 3 phone and asked for a phone that didn't require additional payment. She asked me what phone I was looking at, I said the ****** pixel 9, which is the worst phone I have ever had, well it is ****** so I should have known. Days later I checked my account and found that I owed $750. I spoke to **** at ********'s customer service, I'm not sure if she's real or AI as she came out with every cliche in the customer service handbook. She told me that ********* couldn't give a new phone for free. So why was I told that I could. I feel that I have been scammed. Also my phone is locked and I cannot leave ******** until 40 days have passed since I got the phone and I pay the $750. I am going to pay just so I can get shot of ********* it'll be worth it. I will never have anything to do with ******** ever again. Not only that their coverage is c***Review fromR S M

******** has some very dishonest employees, at least the last three I talked to. I wanted to add a third line to our existing account. I was informed by two of their employees on the phone the third sim card would cost $20 extra per month. I was told that I had to pick up the *** card in person at a local office. So I called the local office to confirm that it would cost $11 for the *** card and $20 per month for the unlimited services for the extra line added. So I got it done and the next day, I received an online bill off the T-Mobile app for an extra $60 dollars for the first month pro rated I suppose. This raised our monthly bill from $130 to $190 dollars. The rest is irrelevant to me, because I don't deal with or support liars. I'm a honest Christian man and I am good to my word. So if I am lied to them any contract or understanding has been breached. Credit is something I can rebuild and honesty is a given to any honest person. Credit or Money is not longer an issue I'm concerned about.Review fromMargareth P

They only care about getting the most money out of you.i joined 3 months ago. On a month to month basis. I went on a guise for 5 days, the phone was not working so were those of my friends . It was completely off: than the last day of the cruise, I received several calls from my family, which I didnt answer, not feeling well, even though it was my birthday, thus, the calls.i try to call everyone back today, and was told that I owed them 197$ because they were international calls.although they were made from the us using US phones and were not answered. . Apparently T-Mobile rules : all calls made while on a cruise are international. Facts that I learned of today. No script or email or verbal information when I joined.they also suspended the service. After talking for hours with the company, stating no reason for interruption, since the bill was not due . Only then did they resumed the service.Dont I have the right to know bout any rules before they were put in effect?
