Was told I could bundle my phone and internet and when I got home I noticed by billing had increased. I was supposed to pay $55/month for internet, not $75. I did exactly what I was told by ********. Every time I speak to someone with T-Mobile I get a different story. Now I am being told something different again, now I am being told I would have to wait 90 days before I could bundle, no one with T-Mobile said that until today. I definitely feel like I was not told the truth on what the cost would be, that is my complaint.Review fromJon M

Had requested for additional ***************************** had debited my account immediately the payment for the additional line request. After a week i came to know that the addition was unsuccessful due to system issue or human error done by their customer service representative. So i requested a refund of the money that I paid wherein we did not use the service..From Feb until Feb 25 I haven't receive my refund and their customer service keeps promising for an escalation for my refund. So upsetting and frustating to part. Tmobile will take your money easily without the a service provided.Review fromChris W

After i paid over $2,000 to switch over to try to save some money on our monthly bill, we should gave just stayed with **** to avoid this huge pain in the ass!!! I am very unhappy with the switch so far! I am so dissatisfied with this T-Mobile. I was with Sprint because T-Mobile box Sprint now Im stuck with Sprint. September 9, 2025 To get My iPhone 12 upgraded and a phone for my granddaughter, which was a iPhone 13. Five months later I found out that I was being charged For a phone number I had no knowledge of and was paying for it for five months. I went to T-Mobile to find out what happened. They asked me to wait two days until the **************** individual ****** comes into work to see what he has to say about why he did what he did to give me another line that I didnt agree to. Dont you call me two days later, asking me the same questions that I had told the assistant manager in the first place. He told me was gonna fix it and talk to the manager and I stated the assistant manager says she couldnt credit me with the amount that I paidfor for five months and they would have to talk to the manager. ****** tells me that the manager is out on *** time and its gonna take another two days for her to come in to work, which would be today February 18. I have waited all day and no one has called me and my son had to pay the bill because Im not working and I been scuffling to pay this bill for five months at this higherprice. It is terrible that T-Mobile took overprint because sprint was much better than T-Mobile. They take your money and then they take their time on issue and then want to turn your phone off if you dont pay it on time but they cant rectify your problem on time. If there was another telephone company that I Prefer to go to I would leave T-Mobile in a heartbeat mainly because they tell you one price and then a month later you get another price on your bill. Find another company and watch your bill because they will increase your fees without you knowing it.Review fromRichard L

These people charged my son and I for a 3rd line for over a year. I asked to cancel it once before. They did not. They charge over 70 bucks for each time I could not make a payment in time. That is usury...... I had to pay 570 to get reconnected for missing 1 month of payment. Horrible service. ******** contract. These people need to go out of business.Review fromDre K

Tried cancelling in November (phone is lost was not gonna replace it ) was told The line that I had did not qualify for cancellation where his exact words. He said I just had to go online and cancel my EFT. Well, I cant login because they wont let me put a password in. I just want to text me a code again. I dont have access to the phone. Fast forward today she said *** cant be canceled on my line while she was canceling my line so I literally got two different things told to me and they took my last $58 refused to give it back. Electronically Drafted money from my checking account, after the debit card had been cancelled, without my permission. She proceeded to cancel it effective the first of the month when I said I wanted service canceled today. Two people told me today they could not refund my money. Though not a stitch of data, text, phone nothing had been used by us since November. FURTHERMORE when I said *** can you tell me why I was told two different things I dont care about the refund any he continued talking over me and disconnected the call.Review fromMegan V

I can even give them one star!!!! I was given false information and given an additional line on my account that I did not ask for. The buyers remorse that I was promised isn't being credited properly because they are not an "authorized store". I have been spun around from 1pm on 12/31/24 till currently 7pm on 1/1/25. The store I purchased at told me to go to the corporate store and that store and customer service *** on the phone told me that is the worst store to purchase from. The extra line they gave me is linked to a galaxy phone that I don't even own. I get no service on my way to work or at work causing me to get lost and miss important messages. When I called regarding coverage the TMobile *** said oh that's too bad but there is nothing we can do. He told me that I should have checked that out prior. I am out $***** dollars because I was told I can get **************** to pay off what I owe with my old carrier. Well since I am returning the phones I am not eligible for that. So I can not even return to the company I came from without *****. Now I have to get a whole new carrier and spend another $300 on phone activation!!! DO NOT CHOOSE T-MOBILE!!!! I still don't have any resolution other than return my phones and pay $140 to restock them and only get $150.00 back from what i paid on the phones.
