I have been a Sprint customer of ********************** for over 15 years. when I opened my account I used my passport. During these 15 years, whenever I needed to be assisted by an employee of the sprint company, I presented my passport as proof of identity because until then I had no other proof of identity. But the last time I went to the store to solve a problem on my wife's phone, I was asked for an America ID and I didn't have it. I told the employee that I only had the passport. To my surprise he told me that he could solve my problem if I didn't present an American ID. I asked to speak to the manager who also said the same thing nothing could be done if I didn't present an American id. So I looked for the company ******* using my passport and I've been using their services for almost 4 years without any kind of embarrassment. payment for the services were duly paid. But today Sprint *** mobile charge me for breach of contract. ? The question I ask . How could I keep paying my monthly bill if the company did nothing for me and my family when I needed it???? My name is ******************Review fromKyle G

This review and compliment go to ********** call support, but mainly ****** at the: ***********************. Suite 150. ****, ** ***** location. The phone (nonlocal) support has been amazing the last year. Calling me back the next day to make sure everything is complete. I was having troubles at two other stores and ****** was the only one to take the time to figure out and fix/finalize my issue. Special thanks to him.Review fromSHAUNIKA H

I been a loyal customer of ******** for over two and a half years. This year at the end of March I looked at how much I was paying for my phone bill which is only $103 a month. I asked a ******** customer service rep to see what all devices were on my account and was told that I had a tablet in which I never sign up for nor asked to be added to my account. Now I started to understand where the late fees and and over payments were coming from. I asked to do a fraud investigation on my account. After a few months they gave me a credit for the money that I paid for the tablet which was $300. I then told them that I was owe all my restoration and late feed because I was over paying my bill and they agreed. I also asked for my bill to be adjusted do to the over payment, that was never done! They kept cutting my phone off after making lots of promises that this wouldn't happen. I knew this would become a problem so I kept asking but was told that this would change after the investigation. The first slap in the face was them offering me $30 for this mistake. Not acceptable! Then after another month of back and forth they finally gave me my money as a credit for the cost of the tablet. Then was promised I will be receiving a credit for all the restoration and late fee and I didn't have to worry about any phone disconnections. Now today I called because I was disconnected for the 7th time since this has happen. I was told that my bill was the right amount and that they wasn't given me any money or credit back for a mistake that was clearly made by one of there staff members. Im seeking a answer and some type of help to get this resolved because they have been very rude and beyond unprofessional as to help to resolve this issue. Now I have no phone service because if there mistake and this has rendered my business for months and has stressed me out to my **** These action and behavior are unacceptable. Please advise!Review fromSara S

I was told I would be charged $14 a month for a phone, was put on hold for 2 hours because of a system error, then told I would get a call back next day to put order through due to system errors. Was told not to sign any electronic email documents from ******** in meantime, which I never received. Got a call next day and was told the order went through and they charged me full price for the phone $700+ and they could not stop payment of change the agreement, which was not what I initially agreed to. They said I would have to return the phone in order to start a new order agreement that of which I initially requested. They said sorry, system error nothing else can be done. I had to call my bank to open a dispute with ******** to stop the payment, which is still unreconciled and I still dont have a phone. The saleman on the phone told me not to go to a store or try and purchase online because of system errors and then I went through all of this. Really unbelievable and starting to wonder if their system error wasnt them being hacked or something larger because the call volume and wait times were very long even per the ******** salesman, not sure I will keep my business with them after this, beware.Review fromEloise B

I purchased my phone at ******* under a 55 plus plan with Sprint. ******* eventually purchased the contract from Sprint and what appears to me that they have encrypted themselves into my ******** I was happy with the transfer at first. Then recently I received a text that stated they could no longer provide the $5.00 discount for auto pay if I did not change my payment method from my credit card to my bank card. Basically they refused to provide the discount without access to my bank account. I do not not conduct business in that manner nor did my agreement with Sprint require this. After pondering this decision I decided I no longer trust the company and began searching for a new provider. My decision is for Consumer Cellular. I established the set up for my new account with this company and received my *** replacement card package to establish service. The initial installation through the website did not work. I contacted a representative and together we worked diligently on why the new card was not working. I kept receiving a message that the *** card was invalid. The question here was if TMobil had locked my phone so that a new provider could not access it. During this process we did complete the Port of my old number. However in doing so I was no longer able to have service with TMobil. They immediately cancelled my account. As they should however I was unable to establish phone service and was left without a phone. I attempted a Factory Reset. Did not work. T-******* logos were still embedded in my phone and the *** card will not work. In the process of doing this I wiped out the Screenshots of my Tmobil account pin . They are now refusing to help me in this situation. I lost everything on my phone trying to switch. That of course was my haste and desperation to not be left without a phone. My resolve for this problem resulted me in ordering a new phone for Consumer Cellular that will be set up before I receive it.Review fromKacey N

On what planet do you live on that you can't purchase a new phone and not be given a receipt??! Customer beware!I work as a social worker at a nursing home no less looking after the elderly. There was a mishap by a staff with her cell phone and she didn't qualify for a free phone yet so we were allowed to use the company pay card to order her a new phone. During ordering I explained I needed a receipt for our records and was told no problem. We'll it's been a big problem I have tried 3 times to get a receipt I even asked for a manager and I'm told they can't provide me one for the purchase. I've gone through the residents text messages and email nothing! How can something so simple be handled in such poor customer service? Never again will I purchase a phone from this company.Review fromDiane B

After 21 calls with customer service for 6 hrs 18 mins ******** has not been able to provide me with a ******** ID and give me access to my account information or to subscribe to web services (like ******** Amazon Prime). They have been promising access with every contact and that they would not charge me due to the lack of service. They charged me anyway. This is their 5G Home Internet plan.
