God. If I could give them zero I would. I cannot stress this enough. Do not touch *************************** with a ten foot pole. I cant tell you how many times Ive ended ** in tears from frustration trying to deal with customer service.We recently upgraded our phones and added watches (truth be told we should have known better by then than to get locked in any longer with them) there were multiple promotions related to these upgrades that should have resulted in a bill of about $210 ever since this the bill had been all over the place but usually around $260. Every few weeks Id call them in order to get this fixed. Theyd say they see where the promotions are supposed to be and that theyd manually apply them and have it fixed for the next cycle.After another high bill I message them again and refuse to end the chat until this promotion debacle is fixed. They say its fixed (well see) and I inquire about a credit for the last few billing cycles that have been wrong. They then tell me I will receive that credit once the devices are paid off (22 months from now) I pointed out that thats absurd because its their mistake and they need to credit the difference of their repeated errors. They say they cant give that credit and the promotions so Ill have to wait.Not for the first time I just said thanks for fixing the bill and ended the chat because I was losing my temper and I knew that agent wasnt personally at fault and didnt deserve my ire.Run dont walk in the opposite direction of this company.Review fromShanay R

I was with Sprint for 20 plus years and I have never had my phone cut off. Sprint was very understanding when it came to hardships, Holidays ect but, ******** is one of the most insensitive companies have ever came across. I talked to 4 customers service reps 2 managers and one supervisor and none of them would help me with anything, one went as far as to say hard times happen you still have to pay your bill as if I was telling them I didn't want to pay the bill. I think is crazy that you don't have corporate number to contact anyone just the same people you keep getting transfer to. This is the worst phone company ever I told them I had death in my family I needed another week they told me no and cut my phone off for week. I cant wait until my phone is paid for i will be leaving this companyReview fromShawnte J

They wouldnt give me a phone and I have an active service with them. Never had such problems with a company.They told me my phone will be here, it wasnt. Then they said the order wasnt completed. And kept giving me the run around. Im still without a phone. Now I have to find another carrier. Been with this company for over 10 years.Review fromKristin M

Sprint is a poor company!!! We had a plan with them for two years. We moved to ******** because Sprints service was so poor. When we did we mailed back our cell phones to them. We had the tracking number that showed them delivering. Yet they still charged us $1900 which I refused to pay.Review fromRaychel C

I have a few things to say about sprint customer care the 1 great experience I had was tonight with the most patience understanding customer service rep they have his name is ******. Not only did he fix my problem that I had been working on and had called about for the past 2 weeks and 14 other so called associates. He was very kind and patient he worked me through the issue and fixed it all the other people were rude very short and hung up on me bit nope not ALDRIN HE WAS THE OPPOSITE .All I can say is give this man a raise and promotion he fully deserves it I give him a five star rating and so should everyone else who speaks to him.Again ****** keep that smile and positive outgoing attitude your what makes the customer service enjoyable I know I would choose to speak to you over anyone.. Applied to the service, the processing time was prudent, and got the phone. The service is deficient, drops call, neither can hear people nor people can hear me during a call, the phone neither gets nor send text messages, the data is objectively drained to make you buy more, the calls do not connect sometimes, the phone freezes or acts crazy, etc. This is not a good service, when calling for technical support or assistance, the foreign agents drop the calls, give the run around for 25 mts, the agents play the game of "system update", phone "update", the foreign agents over the phone done understand when explaining the phone issues, they are quickly to say it is a free service, wrong it is paid by taxpayers, they ran my debit card 4 times, got my info but never process the payment, not send a replacement phone. They have replaced the phone 3-4 time already, and it is the same, bad. The refurbished, badly functioning phones freeze or go crazy when pressing a bottom, people call, it does not ring, ETC... save yourself a headache, look for a better cell phone service, a client from January to June so far, tired of this horrible phone service.Review fromCarolanne T

Cancelled my account about a year ago and I am still be charged and sent a bill every month! I will not be paying this and I am setting up a court date to have this handled. I would give them 0 stars if I could! I have been going around and around with them for 3 weeks now. My phone stopped charging so because I was on the *** plan I should have had no issues receiving a new phone. They told me it was going to be sent but that there was also a promotion I could get in for $.87 a month for unlimited data. I jumped on it! Well, I was not informed that when I did that it would me remove me from the ***. Not only that, They charged my card for $10 without telling me that he was doing a year up front. Basically stole the money because I did not authorize it! I never received my phone either. I call back. The next person I spoke with said it was going to be expedited within 1 to 2 days. I wait. Still no phone. I call back. The person I spoke with then said a ticket had never been created for a phone to be sent and had no idea what I was talking about! I moved my service to QLink (since I had already been removed from the *** it was fine). I am trying to keep my number and the wonderful agent at QLink actually did a three way call asking to port my number over because Assurance had not responded in 24 hours which is standard apparently. The person at Assurance kept going around and around, LYING to the agent and myself about there was no supervisor in the whole company we could talk to and no agent in porting we could talk to. She stated she had never heard of such a thing after we were told it would take 7 days to release my number! I let him know that we knew he was not being truthful and he became so rude and basically told us that he was done with the call. Please investigate this company. They take peoples money, they do not honor anything they say and are just very deceiving. I would suggest NO ONE give them their business!Review fromAlan H

I had been a customer of theirs for 5 years and now they said that if I want to replace a broken phone that I would have to pay $10, so I did. No phone was ever sent. I call them again and now I am told they need $65 for the government phone plus another $25 to ship it to me. They do not know what they are doing, the most incompetent customer service I have ever seen.
