      I was told when I signed up for 3 phone lines that one was free and there would be no surprises. Since January my bill has never been the same. I called customer service and they said they would take care of it. Last month they told me I was out of luck I'd have to pay for the third line . They have lied to me from the beginning. Stay away from this company. *************************

      Manager and employees ***, they're unknowledgeable and lazy. I was told I would get $30. credit for having to be in the store for an agonizing 3.5 hours to set up both Revvl 6 5G phones. My husband was an hour late with no pay for work. Employees guess at setting up and transferring stuff from old phone. After I paid $40. cash, for a cordless charging pad, they couldn't get it to connect to our phones. Then they were unable to open the drawer to give me my cash back. Amazing they know how to open it to collect money. After 2 months of not seeing $30. credit and $40. refund, I called corporate. I was told they would send me another cordless charging pad but I had to call ******** store about the $30.00 credit. Another month went by I didn't receive the pad. I call the ******** store manager. She finally gave me $40. refund on my account but only gave me $5. credit for 3.5 hours of me and my husbands time. Over the past year, I have been to 3 different ******** stores when my phone wouldn't connect to service or Wi-Fi at all. Each time the sales people act like you're bothering them and tell you to get a different phone because many customers have issues with the Revvl 6 5G. I say that's not what I was told when it was sold to me and my husband. Then they will take the phone a do something but won't show you or tell you. I am stuck with the 2 year plan I signed up for but I will definitely move on to a different company. ***Also the Revvl 6 5G phone *****. Intermittently disconnects during conversations and sometimes I can't even make a call without shutting phone off and restarting. The camera is not consistent. So frustrating ?????. Note the Revvl 6 5G review from www.t-mobile.com ****Rating: 2.1 ?50 reviews They will more than likely sabotage my cell even more after they see this complaint but I lived during times when no cell phones existed and survived so bring it on bottom of the barrel ******** *****DO NOT USE ******** SO THEY VANISH

      No way to verify an account outside of pin. Requires customer to go to a store no matter the distance in order to get verified in person. this is after i provided them with a pin they sent me in a email. the customer service person **** ******* was very rude and unhelpful. they can still charge my account but cant tell me what the charges are for.

      Worst ***************** I think they are overcharging and we can never get a hold of anyone to talk with. Not worth using them as a ************** ever!!!!

      Charged me 500 dollars for returning a glitched phone and said it had a chip in it i dropped it off at store they documented it and said no damage done to it and if their was they couldnt ship it back they sent it back to distributation center and said it had a chip in it so from the store to distribution center it got damaged and i could have gotten a brand new phone and i am on social security so i have limited income i feel this a form of scamming the elderly

      ******** lied about ****** rebate card for $150.00 one for switch and for opening a new line. Got reduced to $75. Dont like be lied too. I would not recommend ******** to anyone.

      I have been trying to get a replacement phone for 3 months now and they keep giving me the run around to send it to me.Right down to mailing it to a cemetery after charging me $20 for shipping.

      I wish we had checked this site before purchasing a ******** phone. My husband who is self employed is losing money daily due to the fact that ******** refuses to unlock his phone so he can switch to consumer cellular to save money. First they said it could be unlocked in a day then they said 3 days well its been a week now and they still havent unlocked the phone. Now they say its a manufacturing problem and could possibly take 2-3 weeks to resolve. My husband uses his phone for business n every day his clients cant reach him is money lost. He is now forced to buy another phone to contact his clients. We would advise everyone to not do business with ******** since according to this site is not the first time they have done this. We are also going to complain to the ************************ to see if they can get ** help with this matter or at the very least bring awareness to this issue.

      It is with deep concern and frustration that I write to you to file a formal complaint against Sprint ************* During my relationship with this company, I have experienced a series of serious problems that have resulted in significant financial loss, property damage, trauma and psychological stress. I consider that they have incurred in deceptive practices, irresponsibility and a total inability to attend to and solve the problems created by themselves. I detail the problems and associated circumstances below: 1. Device Lock: After purchasing a mobile device from ********************** ************* this company refuses to unlock it even though I am no longer their customer. This action is unfair and detrimental, as it restricts my ability to use the equipment I have legitimately purchased and to exercise my right to choose a new telephone service carrier. 2. ********************** During my relationship with Sprint ************* I have experienced extremely poor customer service. They have shown a lack of responsibility by failing to properly resolve issues raised, ignoring my support requests, and providing contradictory and unclear responses. 3. Financial loss and property damage: As a result of the equipment being blocked and Sprint ************** lack of response and resolution, I have incurred additional expenses by purchasing new equipment and paying for duplicate phone services . These unnecessary expenses have caused significant economic losses and damage to my assets. 4. Psychological Stress and Trauma: Sprint ************** negligence and inability to resolve self-created problems have negatively impacted my emotional and mental well-being. I have experienced psychological trauma and stress due to the frustration and feeling of helplessness caused by this situation.
