Complete junk, they send broken phones, with malware and loaded with apps that use up the minutes. They charge you for broken phones, and will not allow you to buy, same model phone that's new, not refurbished for the amount they charge, you can get from ********** You must buy they're phones which or over $300. They are contracted from the ****************** and should loose they're contracts, including ******** which is when the company went south. This program are suppose to help low income and they are abusing the very people they suppose to be helping. They know the "Shok" phone is enormously flawed. Your putting your sensitive personal Info in the hands of people who care less. Don't use this com pany

******** is the worst!!! I took a cruise last month. I called customer service to let them know l was traveling and l asked if l was going to be charged if l used my phone during my vacation. Representative said no. My phone got disconnected because my bill was $536 and they charged me to connect my service $300. I checked my account this morning l own $916 because they are saying l continue to use my phone during my vacation. I told them l use my phone when l got out of the ship and they are saying lm lying. The representative was useless. I never got any alerts from ******** giving me warnings of my account. I was a ********************** customer and never had any issues like this, l have always hated ******** their customer service skills are horrible and they take advantage of their customers. This is how ******** makes money stealing from their customers. They claim they sent me text messages alerting me. The only text l received since l came back from my cruise was yesterday and l came back on Oct 14.

I received the Schok Volt SV55 Model SV55216 from assurance wireless and had high hopes only to be sadly disappointed. No doubt they new that the Schok Volt SV55 Model SV55216 wasn't dependable at all, slow as could be, poor reception and not only that, a customer service agent I called said she was going to set the phone to a different cell tower? ********* wasn't born yesterday.. What if I am out of range to the tower she set the phone to. Just thought others need to know how this bad assurance wireless is. Wish I knew. I have another service now

I upgraded one of my phone lines and was promised a credit of $350 and after I turned the phone in, I only received $325. After contracting customer service they stated that because I had done a previous claim on the phone that it was it was not the original phone and I was still going to get charged for it even though I turned it in to them and that now I had to pay for two phones instead of one that I have. After more than 30 minutes of trying to get a reason as to why I'm getting charged for a phone I don't have, he said he was going to do me a favor and give me the original credit on the old phone which was $25 difference, I told him that that was not going to fix the the issue that they are charging me for a phone they received after I upgraded, he then continued to yell and stated that he was not going to give me anything then before he hung up the line.

Been a loyal customer of ********************** for over 10 years, they recently switch to TMobile and noticing my bill has some extent fees. I realized I been paying for a line for than 2 years and its not even an active line so I have no idea why I was even charged or who authorized this line. Tried to resolve this with tmobile and see if they would help a loyal customer for refund for those two years and they said no and can only go back to 3 years. This is ridiculous finding out I been paying 2 years for a none active line plus data on that line. Over $700 of charges and they won't refund that to a customer that they have had for over 10 years.

Had boost for numerous years without issue. Then I became ill and needed the government phone. Signed up with assurance wireless with free phone and unlimited text, talk and data. Then this last month issues arrise when data message pops up. Contact them and they state I changed my service. I did not! Assured it would be fixed in 7 to 10 days. 6 calls later and a month, not 7 to 10 days the problem is still there. Now they state it won't be corrected until mid month. Assured it will be fixed. I have 5 dollars on my account and they accessed that for wifi? Serious issues going with this. I asked to speak to management and got hung up on twice. HELP!

They expect me to ay another $20 on a phone. I sent the first $20 to get a defective product and they won't ship me out another one until I send another $20. They scamming money on us old folks instead of just sending a phone to make up for the inconveniences of the defective phone they sent to me

I was a Sprint customer for 20 years, and as soon as we got changed from Sprint to ********* the bill went from $260 to $400, and no phone promotions got transferred, so we had a hefty price to close the account to get transferred to ******** Every time I called ********* my phone conversation would get disconnected. Firing a phone company after 20 years was a sad day.

We finally bought our way out of our service with TMobile. We were long time customers, 20+ years, but over time the service completely degraded while charged increased. We paid our way out, at great cost 7/2/23, and we thought we were finally done with them. But, we received a bill for $340 on 10/25/23, 3 1/2 months later, for equipment we supposedly received 9 YEARS AGO! They said we would be taken to collections, which would hit our credit, if we didnt pay. They could not say if this equipment, a cell spot enhancer, was ever activated, and did not provide an actual signature as proof of receipt. The threat was maintained about ruining our credit if we did not pay. We were on the phone with them for over an hour, then they said we had to go to a physical location to resolve dispute because the account WAS NO LONGER ACTIVE. It was there they continued the extortion saying TMobile would take us to collections and ruin our credit over 9 year old equipment they didnt mention when we closed the account or ever listed on any of our previous bills. This company is beyond crooked and we are hoping they will finally leave us alone.
