We closed our account with ********************** years ago. All devices associated with this account, were paid off. We are now being contacted by the third collection agency. If they looked, they would see that there was no activity for the period they are trying to charge us for. Each time they sell this collection to a different agency. We have to start over explaining ourselves. Sprint needs to clear this up once and for all. Also, During the period they are trying to charge us for. We already were a customer of *****

Scammed out of $300 because their agents did not disclose IMPORTANT billing information. In 12/2022, I was offered a free line promotion if I paid the activation fee. When I went into the ******** store to get a SIM card for my phone, the sales associate suckered me in to trading my phone saying that a great promotion was available that I qualified for. Little did I know this would start months long of speaking to ******** for countless hours. Everything was going fine with the free line and trade in promotion until 4/2023 when I started getting charged for the phone line unknown to me until 9/2023. I called repeatedly over the next 3 months getting no results until 12/2023. I was told I would need to choose only 1 promotion as I couldnt have both. I was not told of this at the store nor was I told I could only have 1 promotion at the time I paid $25 to activate the free line and now I have to pay $340 for the remaining phone balance when it should have only been a total of $36 after credits. I feel ******** does not care to correct or honor the errors of their employees and now I am negatively impacted financially as I do not have another $34 to pay each month. Be aware and make sure you are asking questions about the free phone line and great trade in promotions. If a good deal is coming out of ********s mouth it more than likely has a lot of strings attached to it. If I knew this I would have kept my old phone.

Got a new phone with an advertised promotion. After I sent in my old phone they removed the promotion, saying my phone was damaged. Which it wasnt when I put it in the box.

Tmobile is spending millions on tv commercials with money obtained fraudulently from unsuspecting consumers!!!They don't have any way fir the Consumer to verify that the calls are recorded! So they can deny Whatever they Want to regarding previous contact from Consumer about the same issue!!!!!No WONDER everyone is flocking to ******************** There's a Good reason they had to merge tmobile/sprint! Someone got TOOOO GREEDY and needed help before they went under!!!! And they're Both Still Operating with the Same Deceptive, fraudulent, Dishonest practices!!! Who gets charged for Future Charges!?!? Tmobile customers!!!

I upgraded my daughters phone with a customer service rep over the phone. Placed the order, payment made, shipping address confirmed. 2/18/2024. The order was shipped the next day.On 2/20 the first attempt was made for delivery. Again 2/21 2nd attempt made. 2/22 third and final attempt made to deliver phone and internet router. After the 2nd attempt I went online to *** to change delivery date but there was a $11.99 charge which I refused to pay. My issue is this, when my address was verified, why wasn't I told a signature of someone 21 and older would be required? If I had been told, I would've had the phone sent to my job. The day of the last attempt, I moved a patient in my schedule so I could leave work early to try to catch *** and still didn't make it home in time. When I called mobile today to resolve the issue, I was told my money would be refunded within 30 days and it is suggested to go into a mobile store to buy the phone. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I said can't you contact my local store to see if they have the phone? It's already been paid for. The response was my hands are tied. I have been with SPRINT now ******** for 22 years and this is the resolution I get? Spend more money util I get my refund. What if I am not able to do so? This is unacceptable.

Terrible! Bad ***************** their modem would not work with my older computer. They gave me 14 days to return the modem within that time frame, which I did, and they would not charge me. They INSIST on charging me $50.00 because I cannot provide a 7-digit PIN. What PIN? I refuse to pay them anything. They should have asked me for my computer's make, model, and year. They would have realized that their modem would not be compatible if they had. And I would not be in this position of owing $50.00 for something that does not work.

You can chat with a ******** representative and they can promise you anything but when you go into the store there are no records of the conversation on the account and all they say is Im sorry. I also turned in a WiFi box and they kept charging me. Only gave one star because I couldnt give no stars. They cant tract chats.

Service was good while I had sprint and then noticed a few minor changes once ******** stepped in. I have since switched carriers and have paid off all remaining balances on my plan and phone so I can transfer my phone and number to my new provider. The day of the switch I was told I need to wait 72 hours for the phone to be unlocked, okay I understand that. After 5 days the phone was still locked so I needed to purchase a new one, which I wasnt expecting to do. I then called ******** again and was told its in the process and another 72 hours was needed. So I waited again and had sent the old phone to a third party for purchase in hopes it would be unlocked by the time it arrive. This all happened on 12-30-23 and is still continuing today 2-9-24. I have called several times and keep getting the run around about unlocking the phone. At this point I have been promised 3 times it would be unlocked within 72 hours, well its been nearly 50 days. I own a phone that I can do nothing with because ******** isnt unlocking the **** number and the payment contract and I have receipts showing proof of payment and all their conversations with me are recorded proving that as all. ******** is basically stealing my personal property which has no more connection to them as a company. Its making me select at least one star for a review but they deserve none for customer service
