  Manipulative and traumatizing experience with this door to door unethical sales practice. Despite my door stating NO SOLICITING, it didn't stop this man from bombarding me. What I thought would be a 3 day trial, turned into me signing an entire contract, and him taking my phone out of my hands to press "agree" on multiple instances I did not want to agree on in the first place! I finally had to chase him off when he said he was going to have a tech install equipment. I had ENOUGH. After he tried to manipulate me and tell me his job was on the line if he didn't get my 3 day business, I said that's not my problem and it took me 5 TIMES to tell him to leave my home and by the time I was angry, he scurried off to harass my other neighbors. UNETHICAL AND MANIPULATIVE. I had to cancel my debit card in case they were going to charge me with anything. I was a fool to let him get to my head. But the shock I was in that someone was putting me through this sent me into a dissociative state of mind. If I wanted your business I would seek it out myself! STOP HARASSING PEOPLE AT THEIR OWN FRONT DOOR! I am furious about this!

  My experience with this company was nothing but BAD THEY LIED AND SAID I SIGNED A CONTRACT WHEN I FINALLY PAID THEM UP AND CLOSED MY ACCOUNT NOW I CAN USE THE EQUIVALENT THE CAMERA WILL NOT RECORDED SO I CAN SEE WHOS COMING IR GOING YOU CAN TAKE THE EQUIVALENT WITH *** IF *** MOVE BUT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE IT UNLESS YOU PAT FOR MONRTING IT STINGS TO H*** ?? totally bab ??

  The salesman knocked, rang the doorbell, and knocked again, completely ignoring our no soliciting sign hanging on our door. He was very pushy, tried to boost his credibility with a list of names of our neighbors as if that would make us trust him more. We told him we rented, and he insisted that they had a rental program. He tried to show us a presentation on his iPad, and joked that it was an hour long. My husband tried to shoo him away, but he wouldnt leave. We finally told him we had somewhere to be, and asked him for a card. He said I dont have one, but can I come in for something to write on? Absolutely not. He said he would come back on Monday, but luckily we havent seen him. It was bad enough that he wouldnt take no for an answer, but worse that he nearly tried to push his way into our home when we were obviously guarding the door.Especially after seeing the BBB and Reddit reviews, Im so glad we werent suckered into signing anything.

  So far the alarm system they installed has been great. My issue come with the fact that they sold my payment to a credit company without my consent. I'll be looking into the legalities of this, because I'm pretty sure they broke a couple if laws in doing this.

  Absolutely horrible! Our system was working just fine until we got the upgraded cameras. Now one of the cameras isn't working at all. I spent 5 and 1/2 hours on the phone with 3 technicians during this time I was hung up on twice and I couldn't understand a word two of them were saying. Now we have a technician coming out in more than a week to hopefully fix the problem. If we're going to have to pay for the technician coming out to fix the problem that they created I'm going to be very angry. I would absolutely not recommend this company not after what I went through today no way in h***

  I am not even a customer with this company but I had two men who claim to be sales **** come to my home on 3 different occasions to try to sell me equipment. They even came at 8:30 on a Friday night and I have told them that I am not interested each time. They need to stop soliciting in areas where they are not wanted.

  Very disreputable company both with the solar which they sold off and are being sued and now with their security product cancellation. Buyer beware you are not dealing a reputable company.

  After 8 years, we attempted to cancel our vivint service (we never use it) and they told us we still owed money for equipment. We originally signed a 4 yr contract, paid for 8 years, then they tried to charge us more money. Vivint is a FRAUD! I worked very closely with Vivint, **** ********, etc. for several years, they have created a fraudulent business practice. They gladly accept your money, but when you try to cancel.... WATCH OUT! They will try to strong arm you and fight you every step of the way. Only was to cancel is to report it as fraud to your credit card.

  worst company will say they'll cancel and wont do charging monthly until we call back they say they don't have the cancellation notes and we need to pay for the months not canceled BBB should investigate companies like this. its scamming and fraudulent
