      I was told I would be paying $30 a month. After they got their sale. I got two bills. One for 39 and one for 40. Also I had multiple problems which took moths to fix. The main problem they cant fix is. My camera only record for 15 seconds when it detects something. Nobody can tell me how to fix it. Ive missed someone trying to break into my garage because of this. As If they new they had a 15 second window. I also missed kids stealing out front because it cut them off and their voices.

      This company continues to bill me for an address I have not lived at in over a month. I have tried since May to get my service cancelled, but the bills keep coming. I can almost never reach a person who will help resolve my situation. Then the technician they sent out when I needed a service done earlier in the year never replaced my camera. I waited months and still never received the camera. At that point my house had already sold and he just threw on a standard doorbell which is NOT what I had been paying for. Terrible service!

      The only good experience was with the sales person. System would not work with our phones. First notice to cancel was sent evening of Day 1. The response was cancellations are not accepted via email and to call. Called in, was then told to email in statement to cancel. Recieved email confirming all was received and cancellation would be processed. SIX DAYS LATER, receive an email asking to confirm address. I confirm address and then recieve notice that the notice of cancellation has been received on DAY 9. A brazen case of defrauding a senior.

      I purchased this system in May, and the equipment was finance with Fortiva. The door-to-door sales should have been a RED FALG, but I still allowed them to fool me. This equipment has not worked properly since instalation in MAY 2022. I have made several attempts in getting this issue resolved. Vivint has made several appointments, was a no call no show. I missed four hours of work each day thr appointment was scheduled and nobody showed up. I asked for the office of the President and was refused that request. The poor service and faulty equipment is going to ruin my credit as I refuse to pay on something that has not worked properly since having it. I have provided ample opportunities to uave this corrected, and to no avail, the problem has been unattended since the last no call/no show. I have been calling and feel as if this company is getting over on innocent, and hardworking people!

      The salesman came at 330P. I told him I was unemployed and receiving public assistance. He pressed a "two-day free trial" on me - in case I might be interested in a Vivint security system once I get a job. He asked for some of my personal information to search online "for discounts" for which I might be eligible. A technician arrived immediately and installed the equipment, not leaving my home until almost 1100P. They arranged that the tech would return in two days to de-install.The same tech returned in two days, but claimed he could only install additional equipment. He said that he could not de-install without an additional work order. I called and emailed Vivint immediately with my cancellation. Now, after many telephone calls and an additional tech visit, I believe that I have canceled the "contract" (which I never agreed to) and I have returned all of the equipment. However, besides putty and paint to repair the install, I still have concerns:* I was never told that I would be entering a contract. I explicitly said that I could not enter a contract, that I could not purchase the system. I was not told of the $4,000 cost until the end of the saga.* The salesman in fact, without my knowledge, applied for a Citizens Pay line of credit in my name. I was not made aware of this; I did not agree to this. I became aware only when Citizens Pay began contacting me regarding "my" loan and payments due.* The salesman told me that his search "for discounts" would not affect my credit - though now, several days later, I find that indeed Vivint/Citizens Pay checked my credit on Experian.* The sale and install were classic coercive business practices. Two men were in my home from 330P to 1100P. It felt threatening to my daughter and to me; we were trapped and unable to enjoy the dinner and evening that we had planned.In sum: illegal and fraudulent. I hope that this report helps others to avoid a similar experience.

      I am writing in regards to an incident that just took place at my home.. a representative for your company came to my door and would not take no for an answer to the point that he actually wouldnt let me decline politely.. I tried to thank him for his time to which he sharply declined the thanks and insulted my polite efforts because I was declining what he was going to show me regardless of my flat telling him no. I asked him to leave and directly confronted him about his behavior. I live in *****. We can defend our properties from trespassers. The second I told him to leave, he became a trespasser by law. He stood his ground in my doorway when I retrieved a cat he let out. He called me crazy and belittled me as I shut the door Im him. He was in an upper middle class retirement neighborhood. If he behaves that way to an armed 62 man.. I wonder what he would do to a widow or widower. I placed a police report, and will repeat this story of harassment to every site and agency I can. I felt threatened in my home by a representative of your company.

      Do not support this company. 3rd time they have nocked on my door. I tell them no every time. I don't want your door to door sales service. First one walked away after explaining I wasnt interested. Sure not a problem. I do have a problem. When they try entering my home without my permission. Or like the guy that showed up at 9 at night. Would not take no for an answer. Kept talking over me when I told him I wasn't interested. Got very rude with me. Telling me that I have to put a sign in my yard saying no soliciting. How would I know that he could read since he couldn't read the massive sign at the front that says no soliciting. When someone doesn't want your service learn to take no as an answer.

      I was approached by Vivint for a solar system. Unfortunately, the solar didn't go through for technical reason, not because that I didn't want the solar system. I was offered a free alarm system, $200 gift card, and 3 years of service. I was never told by the sales representative that the alarm system was in contingent to the solar system. Today, I received a 3K for the alarm system, never get my $200 gift card. I have cancelled ADT and incurred a $900 cancellation fee due to this and now I am stuck with Vivint worthless alarm.

      We have had nothing but issues when it comes to faulty equipment and poor customer service with this organization. Weve had to have multiple items of faulty equipment replaced, and they have tried to charge us in conceivable direction for any services rendered, even when its their own products that have failed. Now weve had two additional items that have stopped working and they wanted to charge us shipping for the new ones. No way! Stay clear of Vivint. Every interaction is a bad experience. I dread working with these people on anything. We will be paying to end our contract early as soon as humanly possible.

      I have been a customer with them for 3 years now. They came to our house stating if we installed Solar Panels through them we would get a $25 credit on our Vivint security system monthly service. It has been a year that we have had the solar panels and have yet to see the credit. I have called 4 times, continuously transferred because no one knows where to send me to resolve this issue, then when I get someone who understands what I'm talking about states he will have to send a message to the higher ups and I would find out within a week how we can get this issue resolved. NEVER heard back. On hold with them now and still no resolution.
