      We called to cancel their services in January 2022. They insisted we "email" it to them.But, every month they take money from our account. And every month we have to call and tell them to cancel. We no longer need/use their services.For nine months now. Every month they take money. And every month we call AND email them to cancel.Neve use them again!

      I bought 1200 dollars of equipment from them. I signed a contract stating I would pay 180 a month for 5 months after the first payment. They charged me the whole 1200 upfront and did not care. Then after 16 long days I got it back and they said they fixed it. But come this month 2 weeks after I got my money back. They charged me 1314 this month. This company is a scam. They do not care about there customers. They have terrible communication between staff members. All around terrible experience. If you don’t want to get screwed stay far away from this company. Thank you *******

      SERVICE POOR or NON EXISTENT from a live technician. Although the company promised stealer customer service, and were very aggressive in selling the system, since the system has been installed and I encountered problems, they have disappeared. I have called 3 times and spent hours on the phone with customer service and each time they have concluded that they are not able to fix the equipment that is not working and that they will escalate my case so that someone will call a schedule a technician. Its now been almost 3 weeks, and despite another call back and escalation nothing has happened. Now I am leaving for an extended trip and cameras and sensors are not working and yet I am getting billed every month. I gave 2 stars because when the equipment worked initially, the system seemed good. BEWARE

      I was swindle into a contract in the beginning with the understanding that discounts would be applied to my account. That NEVER happened.... Don't trust those sale people!!!

      You call on the phone and cancel the service. They tell you on the phone that service is cancelled. Don't believe it. I have cancelled on the phone numerous times and they keep charging me. I cancelled the credit card they were charging after I verbally cancelled on the phone like any other company. This company has a NOC Notice of cancellation that must be filled out and accepting by them. You must pay all charges even though you verbally cancelled plus they will still charge you a pro rated monthly fee until they approve the **** The attorney General needs to look into this business practices. ****** from ************* **** They get no stars but BBB needs a rating to send and Post the review. Don't do business with them. I have an account in ******* and they did the same thing.

      Customer service is terrible with this company. I am trying to cancel my account because I have sold my house and am moving. I've been on the phone, mostly on hold, for more than 20 minutes already and they person who does come on the line will not cancel my account or connect me to someone who does. I have no contract with them, am on month to month service, so there is no reason why they shouldn't just cancel my account per my request. I had a similar problem shortly after starting our service. The door cams, which we bought from them along with sensors for windows and glass breaking, could not discriminate between people and anything else; a shadow passing by, anything. My choices were to either get alerts 100+ times per day that the camera saw something or get no alerts at all. We disconnected their cameras and reinstalled the cameras we had previously. When I called to get my monthly bill adjusted to not include recording/data storage for the cameras it took several phone calls, several hours and eventually sending a note to someone who finally paid attention. The workers are so highly incented to keep you as a customer that they won't proceed with anything that reduces your bill or now it appears cancelling my account.

      Beware seniors! Vivint representatives dont care about your age, your understanding of the system , how it works, that you need internet to use the cameras, and that you have memory or speech problems. There only interested in the money they receive by opening as many accounts as possible. They also do not let you cancel the contract without a doctors note without a specific condition, which your Dr might or might not be willing to divulge. Do not answer your doors to them. They will take advantage of you

      This company should not be allowed to sell anything Salesman came to my door and was nice but then very quickly became aggressively pushy and gained entry into my home. I ended up getting 2 home cameras, door locks and they installed a nest thermostat. They said installation would take a couple of hours. When he left, almost 4 hours later, neither of the cameras worked. He said it would take an hour or so for them to get online. The next day I checked and they were not working plus my house was 77 degrees and it was set on 73. I check to correct the cameras and got on a chat with customer service. After being disconnected twice and loosing my internet connection I called the person who sold me this worthless system. Left a message and he emails me back saying to reboot and send him pictures. Aftet putting up with his shenanigans he said he would have the installer contact me. I have heard nothing. It is 105 outside and my house is hot hot hot. I am going to cancel any payments going to them even if I have to close my bank acct. something needs to be done. They are in our neighborhood and frankly giving out specific names of people they have sold systems too. Please please help me. I am retired and on a fixed income and this just isnt right. They also blew a breaker in my box and now i have to pay an electrician for that as well *************************

      If I could give this company a negative amount of stars, it would at least be a negative 5. The equipment never worked properly. I was told at the time on installation that once the equipment was paid off, I could cancel the monitoring. I paid over $500 to pay off the equipment loan and they will not honor what they said they would. They keep telling me 2 more days and the cancellation will take effect. Yeah right. That was 7 calls ago and they continue to lie. THIS IS A SCAM OF A COMPANY AND THEY ARE HORRIBLE. RUN!!!!!!

      Service is not good at all. Got cancelled 3 times . Trying to get my moms alert button replaced and still waiting on that. Button is broken. She is 89 yrs. Old and she needs asap but still waiting. Also trying to get monitor moved So can hear it . Every time they were suppose to come and do the job they cancelled for one reason or another. I had enough and dont know what to do.
