      If we could give 0 stars we would. If this company comes to your door immediately tell them to leave and not come back, or call the police. This company is a fraud and does not provide any service remotely close to what they advertise.

      I cancel the service from the first time that they came to my house.They came little kids and they said they did a full service and only sprayed for like 2 minutes so Im not happy with that company they just want your money

      I can't understand how this company and have a At rating with all these complains. I also would never sign a two year contract (thats what you have to do) before a single service is performed. $130 per service. My mouse issue was worse after they sold me an additional $600 fee, spending less than 15 minutes in my garage attic, then lost the second page addendum that promised to continue service with the dates and details. $600 for nothing! I reported them to the Illinois ************************* they dont even care. Stay away from Saela!!

      Writing on behalf of my elderly mother. We requested first service September 2020 to treat a new home we purchased for her to live in. We only requested one service but found that when they arrived they tricked her into signing a 18 month service agreement. We continued that contract and I cancelled that agreement at the end of the 18 months. Now over a year later I find out that Saela set up a service without our request and tricked her into another 18 month service agreement. There is a 3 day cancelation policy but in most cases with elderly the caretakers don't find out about the agreement for weeks. It is a very predatory practice to target elderly with poor memory and no understanding of what they are signing.DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY

      ***BEWARE*** Saela came to my 80 year old mothers door and talked here into a pest control service that she did not solicit. She is extremely deaf and thought she was only getting a one time service until they contacted her letting her know they were coming again. She contacted them and they told her she had signed a contract and she would have to pay $550 to get out of the contract. I have talked to them and explained she can not hear and did not know what she had done. They are unwilling to break the contract. I would never recommend them. If they are so unwilling to make an exception for one 80 year old deaf widow then they are not the kind of company I would support.

      Most HORRIBLE SERVICE a) First the Driver tells me he is coming at a particular time and DOES NOT EVEN BOTHER to text me when he was late. I had to move meetings to accommodate him. When I showed my irritation he just walked away b) When I called to re-schedule, they accepted the same c) Today when I called to find out what was happening, it seems they CANCELLED my contract. They did not even have the DECENCY to inform me d) Sales *** when he wanted business came running 3 times to my House and did not even give me time to think

      I've been a customer since 2020 and have had great ********************** and a significant reduction in pest activity in and around my home. Unfortunately, my budget no longer allows for this service and I recently closed my account. It took about 25 minutes, including a stint on hold to accomplish this. This is irritating but not different than trying to close most service accounts. My advice is to be patient (the people on the other end of the line are just doing their job) and clear that you want the account "closed" rather than "canceling" a service visit. Read contracts carefully because, like other service providers, there may be a minimum number of treatment visits required in the contract. Overall, I had a positive experience with Saela.

      Most awful uncaring company. My husband lost his job over a year ago, and we asked them if we could please put our service on hold or cancel our service because we had NO money to pay it, they continued to bill us, and basically said they didn't care. To top it off, one of their technicians left my gate open and my dog escaped causing a hellish day of trying to retrieve her.
