      Im extremely disappointed. Their service is poor and technicians are lazy!Find another service!Im cancelling.

      Saela Pest control (Formerly Edge Pest Control) is a legitimate business model. However, they fall short in their sales department and their contracts written for customers. I was sold a product of pest control and mosquito control services by a sales rep, who conveniently did not mention that both services individually had a 1 year minimum contract. The product is overpriced to have the techs only at your house for 5 minutes to barely apply any product, and when I requested a re-service, I never heard anything back. I tried to get out of my contract, but was faced with a completely astronomical canellation fee. Upon contacting customer **********************, they told me that it states in the fine print of the contract that I have a minimum number of services I must pay for. I felt blindsided by this and I would have never signed up for this service but now I feel I am trapped. While it may be in their contract, I feel that it is unethical to not have sales reps mention this and to set such a high unreasonable cancellation fee. For example, to cancel my mosquito service alone, it would have cost me well over $500. What If Im unhappy with this product after two months? With pest control, it takes a long time to see any sort of results to know the quality of service you are getting. They only agreed to lower the price when I told them Id have my bank deny the transactions, but they still refused to take me off of their service.

      Do not use this Saesa pest control i signed a contract for 5 treatments and payed all cost They texted me on July 13 saying i was due for another treatment i texted the back and said i didnt need or want there service, they showed up at my home i was not home Saturday July 15 and sprayed the front of my house and sprayed the front of my house and charged my **** acct. $127.99 . This service or withdrawal were not authorized. Talked with there service manager and they said replying to there text was not enough to stop O not use this company
