      Terrible business, attempted to cancel contract and was told essentially I couldnt until the last two services were completed, so I told them I wanted my contract ended as soon as the services were done (scheduled for September and December). Then company showed up in March unexpectedly and billed me yet again for a service I have been trying to cancel since last August. Apparently they auto renewed my contract after I specifically demanded it be cancelled and did not want any renewal. I attempted to resolve this with the person who showed up and was referred to the customer ********************** line. It shouldnt be this difficult to cancel a service you dont want, nor should the company be able to automatically renew a contract and show up and bill you when youve specifically demanded you DO NOT WANT the service. The customer ********************** team refused to simply conclude services and I had to argue and explain the situation to multiple people who didnt even communicate amongst themselves. This company is incredible shady and I would not recommend anyone do business with them. Even though *** now been told they will no longer come, I was told that once before and dont believe it. 0/10 stars, do NOT do business with this company!!!!

      Saela is a complete and terrible racket that is a total rip off! They said they would allow me to cancel after 3 services but then have a ridiculous termination fee. Also, they are spraying on outside of my house during winter when there is ZERO bug activity. It is such a total waste of money. I would very much stay away from these con artists!!!

      This company has extremely bad business practices; they told my son (a younger man) to sign here for services after calling them for rodent trapping services inside the house. Afterward, they informed us his signature, which he provided believing an as-needed service engagement, is now expressed as a two-year contract for them to come out at their leisure and do something when we are not even home and bill our card, which they keep on file. Each visit, whether home or not, is billed for $129.99. They showed up when nobody was home, sending a text message from a message service that could not take responses and the text containing a number that could not connect through to them at all. When the technician texted from the house, I responded, "I do not authorize services when no one is home." He did not respond at all to the direct text that he had initiated, and Afterward, he sent the same bill without entering or doing anything inside the house. I phoned them from a number in an email and explained that we had engaged them for inside-the-house services originally and did not need pest services in the winter months and never when nobody was at home. I explained that they could keep me as a customer if we could schedule something in the spring when it made sense. The call center told me the contract my son had signed permitted them to come whenever and bill us every three months all year. Their further explanation said that canceling required paying half of all the missed visits for the remainder of the two years. I expressed I did not want any of their future services, and they have now sent me a bill for 50% of the remaining five visits, which they insist they have the right to collect.

      Very shady business practices! I will not renew my contract with them. Unless you are home to watch them do the service they do an awful job. No communication. I have repeatedly told them I need to be home to service my home and then they still charge my card even when the service is not completed. Very poor customer **********************!

      We are not even a customer and while no one was home, an employee was caught in my cameras entering my backyard through our closed gate (have to open from the inside-backyard side) this is blatant trespassing and I will be filing with the local police

      BIGGEST SCAMMERS EVER Called to have a spider problem taken care of and a guy came out to spray the house and as I stated to move stuff and he said I didnt need to do that, so he sprayed my childs toys and dog bowls so I had to clean those from the toxic chemicals and the spiders are still everywhere as I told them and they want to keep coming out to spray and charge me more and now I cant cancel this horrible work cause of a 24 month contract that I was told it was all up front fees and can cancel whenever so Ill continue to have to pay someone that didnt get the job done and it seems like tons of people are having the same problem with them. Hopefully people will stop getting scammed by this business.

      There was no difference in our spider and vole population after a year of service. I tried to cancel after a year of excuses, and I was told I would be charged anyway because of the contract, so I kept them and just continued to complain. Nothing changed. We moved out of state and Saela doesn't service our area. I was told that I could transfer my services to a neighbor or a friend so I wouldn't have to pay the remaining balance. What? Why would I **** such horrible service on to someone else? And why do I have to pay for remaining services if we moved and you don't service my area? This company is a scam.

      This Company has very deceptive business practices in regards to their contract. Once the contract ends they still service you and charge you and take money out of your checking account. Very very unprofessional. Stay away.

      So five months ago a Saela salesperson showed up at my door, I invited the young man (20 years old maybe) inside and we started talking about the service. I was going to go ahead and get service, as I was going over everything on his tablet I noticed there was a box to check for reoccurring payments. I told him many times that I was not going to initial that box because I wanted to try their service first before signing up for continued service. He began getting aggravated and began cussing at me in my own home, I told him to forget everything and get out of my house, even after leaving he was still shouting and cussing at me from the street! I then called the office and spoke to a supervisor and told him the entire story, I also told him that I was not interested in any service from them and he assured me that there would be no service and that I would not be charged anything ( I had given my credit card info on the tablet before the young man became unruly). Five months later now and I checked my credit card online to find out that two weeks ago I have a charge of $130.79 from Saela pest control. I call their office to try and solve this, they tell me that they have no record of my phone number or other info. After demanding that they remove the charge the lady told me to send a screenshot of my online credit card charge to their billing website, I do exactly what they told me only to get a message back after trying to email them with the screenshot that the email has been blocked, unbelievable! Everyone do yourself a favor, if you see a Saela person come to your house tell them to leave immediately.

      If I could leave no stars I would. They falsely represented themselves as being local. THEY ARE NOT. They attempt to threaten with erroneous fees for service if you attempt to cancel. DO NOT USE THEM.
