      ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EVER. PLEASE DONT USE THESE SCAMMERS. Almost all their ****** reviews are fake and paid for... 4000+ reviews? Come on. They try to hide the bad ones by making a ton of fake good ones. LOOK AT THE REAL SOURCES FOR REVIEWS such as YELP AND BBB. F RATING ON BBB. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!1.) They don't say anything about a 18 month contract. Absolute BS. Was locked in a contract that I didnt agree to.2.) Service doesnt work. Bugs still all over. They say its a slow process..yet I still have bugs for weeks...3.) When you make an appointment they give u a 4-5 hour window of when they arrive. Like I have time to wait 5 hours for them!!!!?? ABSOLUTELY DUMB.4.) This one time there was a SUPER stanky EXTREMELY obese male worker come and spray up my house. He smelled so bad that my house still smelled after he left.. IYKYK I HOPE THESE GUYS GET SUED AND GO BANKRUPT. I called angry saying I wanted to cancel and they told me I have to pay a cancellation fee of 175$. I said go F yourself and they force charged my card anyway.TRUST ME WHEN I SAY STAY AWAY!!!!!

      I literally just had the worst customer service with this company. They were scheduled to come to my elderly mothers home to close up and seal holes for rodents as well as to set traps. They came out the first time and said they did not have the supplies to seal the holes but would do it at the next visit. The second time they again did not seal up the holes. I called Brooks to cancel service because they did not do what we had agreed upon and they told me that there was no balance due. I received a text message today asking for payment so I called and spoke to a customer service agent who told me she showed me as pending cancelled and transferred me to a business mgr by the name of ****** who refused to give me his last name. He insisted that it was my job to let them know that the technician had not done his job, which i did, and that he would not cancel my mothers account and that she would need to pay an early cancellation fee. I asked to speak to someone above him and he refused to give me an email address or transfer me. The only thing I can think is that they are taking advantage of an elderly woman. The customer service once you get a contract from both the managers and technicians is absolutely horrible.

      Tried to cancel service that was never authorized by me, told them I do not authorize any further payment. After I hung up the phone my card was charged $251 within seconds.

      This place is about money scams, not good service. They care more about money than they do customer service, and basically tricked me into a "contract" to agree to services I didn't need. After two visits and successfully taking care of my fleas, the guy on the phone told me I either had to agree to 3 more visits or be charged $125 to get out of my contract. Why the heck would I agree to a contract for pest control when I don't know what/how long it will take to remove the problem?!The "supervisor" was also rude, condescending, and patronizing. Of course when I reacted to that by being firm and angry, I'm the one with the problem. I will be reporting this company in more ways than one.

      DO NOT USE! This company took advantage of my legally blind, senior citizen mother and then started charging her card for services she didn't know were in the contract. Called and spoke to an account manager named, *****. Did NOTHING to cancel the account but only threatened to send us to collections. STAY FAR AWAY FROM BROOKS PEST CONTROL! They're scamming senior citizens.

      Terrible service! I called Brooks Pest Control and asked to cancel after my contract ended, they said that I needed to send it in writing. I sent an email and now they are charging me $270 and I'm in collection. I'll file a small claim. Reading all the reviews from this company, it looks like we are on the same boat.

      This company lured me into an 18th month contract for spraying flies in my yard. They serviced my house a few times and it never worked, they offered to come out a few times for free but nothing worked. I told them that I wasnt satisfied with the service and I would like to cancel my contract. I have paid for 6 months of service and have seen zero results. They want me to pay a $250 cancellation fee or I am stuck in this contract for 18 months?? I dont even know if I will love in this house I rent for 18 months. They informed me they do not care and there is nothing they can do. I have checked multiple reviews on yelp and everyone is saying the same thing.

      Unfortunately it is not possible to give them less than 1 star. This company is not just bad, I would call it fraudulent. I called about a MOUSE problem inside the house. The first visit someone came out and sprayed for bugs without contacting me, then solicited a review. The second visit, someone came out and put rat traps out for mice. They do not weigh the same so the mice at the bait and didn't set off the traps. The third visit was a timing issue, which was our fault, but they were asked to call before coming out which of course they did not.My husband and I had to buy traps and catch the mice and dispose of them ourselves so they would not suffer.So not use this company, they SUCK!

      I would give zero stars if I could. I recently lost my job and asked if I could please cancel my contract as I did not have the money to keep paying. I wrote to their corporate headquarters and they authorized my cancellation. Still, when I called the local office to cancel, an extremely rude manager, named ****** said "I just charged your account the $175 cancellation fee. If you want me to credit you back, you can withdraw your complaint." So now I have to cancel my debit card and deal with all the inconvenience of setting up new payments. Thankfully, my bank was helpful and apologized for the horrible service I received. I was also told upon signing up that my contract was for six months with the ability to cancel at any time. This manager ****** said very condescendingly, "Well, if you read the fine print, you would understand you signed a 12-year contract." I said, "Well, I trusted the word of your sales rep that it was a 6-month contract." Worst experience ever. Do not use Brooks Pest Control.
