      They have not resolved any of my problems with pest, the guy that came over to my house did not spray any of my rooms when he was here I still have insects. I called because they left my side door open my dogs ran away, I called and filed a complaint. They didn't care what I had to say they said I still had to pay. I am not on a contract. I tried cancelling because everything they said has not been done. I paid for 3 months of nothing and they still don't want to take care of the customer when their employees, are not following protocols. They show up to my house when I have asked them to call me and schedule appts so I can be home because of the dog situation that happened previously. I need someone to call me and be removed from their databases. This is ridiculous. This has been a damage to my whole family. You had a duty to reasonably protect my property and pets while providing your services and you didn't. I have called many times and have not gotten anywhere they don't care what I have to say and they argue with you and scream at you.

      Terrible customer service! **** is awful! Told me I have screenshots from your husband and will not close the account until I speak to him and hung up on me! Then he tried charging me closing fees for a service I NEVER signed for even after I told him I have my sercurity camera footage of myself telling them I didnt sign and turning them away! Safe to say I ended my services that day!

      DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. They will juice out all they can to get the money out of you. I signed up for their trial run **** cancelled the same month. 3 Months later I get another charge in my account so I call to ask them why when i cancelled it back in September. The Account manager stated they would waive the fee and take care of it, no problem. To my surprise that same day I was charged not one but 2 $129 transactions, Fast forward to January/February, my bank declines it because Brooks provided proof that I had no cancellation proof. How would there be one if they didn't cancel it? So now I have already lost $129. I then receive an email from Brooks stating to change my payment method because they tried debiting my account for $35 It was very frustrating and complicated. They do not make it easy.

      I signed up for Brooks Pest Control services after noticing rodents in my attic. They were able to come the earliest so I wasnt as careful as I should have been before signing the dotted line. All the Brooks personnel are very polite, now I realize too polite and consolidating which is all a sales pitch. The service provided is only half a service. Setting traps and retrieving dead rodents does not eradicate the problem. If the entrances are not sealed so the rodents cant get in then there is a revolving door of visitors which turns out to be great job security for Brooks! They do not do any attic inspections and only walk around from the ground to look for possible rodent entrances they found none. Two months later, only a few rodents were caught and the traffic increased with the bait odors from their traps. I have cameras set in my attic so could see that the rodent visits increased from under 10 to 3040 triggered videos hits a night.Before signing with Brooks, I did ask if this doesnt solve the problem can I cancel because a year is a long time to pay a monthly fee and still have the rodents in my attic? I was told no problem, if its not working you can cancel, but no mention of the fine print of an almost $300 cancellation fee. So after two months of more rodents in my attic than ever, I finally hired a company who not only set traps that actually caught rodents, but also sealed up all the holes in my roof so the problem was solved in less than two weeks. Learned an expensive ****** because I not only paid Brooks for two months of no solution to the problem, but an additional $300 to cancel a service that in no way was ever going to be able to fix the problem.

      They have not resolved any of my problems with pest, the guy that came over to my house did not spray any of my rooms when he was here. They told me that i am going to be sent to collections for $245 i asked if i can speak to somebody about the situation and been on the phone for over 40 minutes on hold because they cannot answer any of my questions about it being sent to collections and affecting my credit. I was originally told the full year will be $260 and i will be billed $65 every 3 months and now they tell me i have a contract for $800 and pay $65 monthly which makes no sense. By the way i hope they get their act together and stop going into peoples house while the gate is locked just to desperately try and sell something.

      I had Brooks Pest control out to my house 3 ********* still have Ants, Spiders crickets along with other bugs. I tried to quit their ************** wont let me and are trying to charge me a $249.00 cancellation fee that I know nothing about! They are a very dishonest company DO NOT USE THEM!

      Brooks are so full of it they said i signed a 1 year contract and its been 1 year 2 months and they say i cant cancel service until they come out 1 more time. But yes its a 12 month agreement not 14 months. but thats there bad they didnt come out on the 12 month so thats why i cancelled. But aparently my acount is still open

      Dishonest Sales Tactics and ************************* I had an awful experience with Brooks Pest Control. Their salesperson, ******, blatantly lied to me about the services I was purchasing just to make a sale. Its clear theyre only interested in making commissions, with no regard for what theyre actually selling or how it impacts customers. Once theyve secured the sale, theyre gone.When I tried to resolve the issue with the account manager, ****, he was completely unhelpful. Instead of addressing my concerns, he only mentioned a $250 cancellation fee and made no effort to accommodate me. It feels like this company just wants your money and couldnt care less about providing honest or reliable service.This has been one of the worst experiences *** had with a company. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from Brooks Pest Control. They are dishonest, and their customer service is practically non-existent.

      I quit the service as they overbilled me and their service was of low quality. Paid like 400 dollars and got 2 visits. When I quit *** service they had the gall to say I had to pay a fee to discontinue. They are total ripoff. No wonder they don't join the bbb or other similar organizations. I am 72 and hope there are laws to protect seniors

      Brooks Pest Control is a *********************** They are "Rude & Disrespectful" to their Customers, especially when calling to make a "Complaint" about the services rendered!!! They "Force" You into staying with them, by telling you, that "You signed the Contract stating you Agree to the terms applied", but also, if a "Customer" such as myself is calling you sharing my ************** Unhappiness" You as a "Professional Employee" with the Business should "Accommodate" my Complaint, even if that means,"Terminating" my services and move on, but instead You all "Force" & "Threaten" the Customers into staying by telling them your gonna ***** them for breech of Contract!!! But it's Ok if You "Overdraw" the Customers account trying to get payment for Services that have not been "Completed"!!! Where is that Right?? Then you tell the Company you "No Longer" live at the Property and you want to "Terminate" the Services, they try to "TWIST" your arm even more to get you to stay with them, by saying they can "Freeze" your account until you get into another place of your own and then you can resume your Service... Also They will ask to Speak to someone to see if you are telling the "Truth" about where you are currently living, in order for them to "Terminate" your Services!!!! Now to make things worse, finding out that they are not even "ACCREDITED" is even more a Definite "RED FLAG"!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE "Do Not" use their Services!!! Please Please Please stick with House ************************************** Such as, "Orkin, Terminix, ***** Pest Control, ***** Pest Control, & Corky's Pest Control etc... So "Not Happy" with their Service!! I just want "Out" of the contract and move forward!!!!
