      Mi nombre es ************* Divorce en Redlands Ca me visito un representante de Beooks peat service y como yo tengo plaga de topos en mi yarda me dijeron que ellos podan controlar *** plaga me ofrecieron que lo podan exterminar nunca acepte ****r contrato pero al cobrar el servicio me pidieron que firmara electronicamente para realizar el cobro de mi cuenta de banco y con *** misma firma la usaron para ****rme un contrato de un ao pero ahora mi yarda est 3 veces ms ********** de topos es ms **** dos meses dieron el servicio y ni siquiera chocaron las trampas para topos la persona que vino a dar el servicio no dur ni 10 minutos en fumigar al rededor de mi casa y no reviso las trampas las iniciales que estn en el contrato ni siquiera son las que yo utilizo usaron Jj y yo uso J C que bueno fuera que cambiaran su modo de operar y ****r que los clientes estuvieran satisfechos pero parece que estn muy lejos de eso por que hable a sus oficinas y la persona con la que habl me amenaz con usar el contrato para forzarme a pagar aunque no los dejara **** el trabajo que no esta sirviendo para nada *

      Vino en junio 2023 un joven a ofrecer una especial 3 fumigadas la primera vez eran 70 dlares las otras 2 eran ****** cada una, firm en el telfono y met la tarjeta y para que se cobrarn, al final de qu **** pagado eso me dijeron que **** un contrato por 24 meses y para cancelar tenia que pagar 350 dlares y si no me iban a llevar a colecciones, somos personas mayores y retiradas no se que hacer me mandan mensajes me llaman que puedo hacer? Yo no quera un contrato por 24 meses me engaaron con la oferta de 3 fumigadas y no tengo dinero para pagar ms

      I was told it was a month to month contract I called them the day after getting service and tried to cancel and they won't cancel me worst place ever to go to

      Worst company and a FRAUD.. They will make you sign up and also do identify fraud by calling up the old pest control company and cancelling your service - with out your permission .I was sucked in.. then when the perform service they literally use just water i think.. All the spiders and the insects just stay where they are. No effects on any of the service but they will charge you even if you have a complaint visit from them to fix. I have several emails sent to them.. Please avoid these folks at all cost!!!!. If there was less than 1 star they deserve it... There are honorable companies you can hire - who will perform their business transactions in an honest way - Brooks is not one of them.

      Let me start off by stating this company does not deserve a single star. They have thought me to not answer my door to any sale rep. **** the sale rep offered and signed the the signup docs it stated it will be a charge of $50/monthly. Soon after i lost my job and called them several times to cancel because i could no longer afford it, they told me my contract ended in Aug 2023, come that time i reached to cancel and told me i needed 3 more services due to rescheduling (hence why i called i couldn't afford and mind you they came out twice when it was pouring rain and did the maintenance (they claim it still works even and it waterproof). They didn't come out to redo it like they stated over phone for making up coming on raining days. Let ******** that the price increased 2 months after signing up to $100. I am not sure why this company is still around. It's very sad.

      So this ************************* knocks on the door and sells you there bug services. Not a problem until they don't show up and spray for 4 months. No text, no email nothing. I thought that they must have not had enough accounts in this area to justify coming to this area. Not just because they didn't show up for 4 months but because when we first open the account, my husband also needed someone for their building, and ********* made an appointment to see my husband about servicing the building. He canceled and reschedule and then just never showed up. So this is another reason why I thought they might not this area. What business would not go to a 3 story building for a account? So now 4 months later I get a call telling me they were coming to spray my house lmao really by now I hired someone else. So they are charging me a $215 fee for canceling early. REALLY!!! The reason why I am canceling is because you didn't show up for 4 months, If you were professional this would never happen. But to be honest I am so glad I did canceled. The new company is better,(and spray is safe for dogs, plus the new guy won't spray anything with flowers so the honey bees won't die, love that ) way better than brooks pest control. In 1 spray my spider problem is gone and with brooks it was still a problem even a week after they sprayed. Brooks pest sprayed the house twice and we still had problems with spiders within a week. Now it's been 3 weeks and still no spiders. STAY A AWAY FROM BROOKS PEST CONTROL!!!P.S. Just was reading some other reviews and everyone who canceled had over a $200 bill $211, $256, mine was $215 why is everyone different?? do you just make up a number to charge people? Very strange company

      They promised a ONE -time pest control service. All of a sudden they say that I signed up for a year-long contract and that there's nothing they can do. This a very underhanded way of doing business.I am reading the other reviews and this is a common thing with this company!

      They don’t deserve 1 star. The sales man from brooks offered one time service I told him I didn’t wanted because I didn’t want to pay a monthly service or contract. He said no it wouldnt be a contract that if I didn’t want my card to be charged to cancel at anytime without a problem or fee. I trusted him I gave him my card and signed on the tablet agreed to that one time service. Everything was paperless. He left and repeated I wouldn’t have a problem or penalty if I cancel. I got my servíce, i saw an email after I sined saying I was contracted but he said I would be able to cancel without a fee because he was going to put a note there. Obviously I fell for it trusting that man. called to cancel and it turned out I was contracted, and to pay a penalty. I’ve gotten contracts before I never had a problem specially if the sales person explains to you that what ur signing is a contract then I would know what I’m getting my self into. This man never said it a contract I found out after I signed. It’s not ok I’m very upset that happened. I called customer service it was useless they wanted me to understand that what I had signed was a contract I told them I understood that, but what I don’t understand is why would a service man come to ur door and lie convincing to get service just to try it out and cancel at any time. They said that didn’t make sense obviously making me feel like I was making that up. They were unable to help at all specially when I was mad and frustrated at the point that the service man lied to me.

      Price switch. The salesman quoted a price. The fine print price was much more. AVOID BROOKS PEST CONTROL. Rip-off company.

      Per my conversation with dainel who gave false advertisement on product and services I was told that they guarantee there product and service and I was to pay 95.00 the first payment for services and that they will come back out for a courtesy follow up after a month free of charge then I will pay 129.00 every 3 months but instead they come out for the month follow up that I had to schedule after the month and do a 15 min half job over 2800 Sq ft house and did not hold up to they word because I've seen more bugs 2 weeks after the first service then I've seen in my entire 3 years of living here....spoke with manager jack who was disrespectful and abused his positional power talkn reckless saying that his worker that I spoke to before being transferred to him named jack told me he would wave the 129.00 today because of the tech that came out who half did the job but like I express to him that Daniel told me the first payment was 99.00 and I paid that then it was supposed to be a courtesy follow within a month free of charge but the tech today told me I had to pay 129.00 for a half job but jake told me todat that he would wave that fee due to bad services on followup that i had no idea i had to pay but when i tell him i want to cancelim not satisfiedand i was lied to about price he and manager steven threatened me about the falsified contract...I have video recording of today's services and the first service before that and I also have video of the conversation that me and dainel had that didn't say anything about me paying for a courtesy follow but the contact supposedly says it that I was unaware of which is falsified documents. I'm very disappointed in brooks customer service and there work with is not worth this hassle at all...I want to cancel and there telling me I have to pat 250.00 and I haven't even started my quarterly...bad business all around @
