      I would give 0 stars if I could. In May I signed up because the sales lady kept harassing me. I finally agreed & said I wanted mosquito control. They came out 2 days later to spray, but didnt have the mosquito control buckets. We had to call for them to bring it out, 2 weeks later. In *********** no one came & *********** never heard from anyone. Yesterday the guy knocks on my door cause hes ready to spray. I thought they quit on me due to my negative ****** review. I said No, Im quitting because no one has showed up in 2 months. I told them they broke contract, so it makes it void. My husband called headquarters to confirm cancellation to make sure we werent charged the cancellation fee. They kept trying to offer deals and free service, but we refused. The guy spoke to his manager & confirmed yes, we were correct on the contract being void because it was breached, & they said we wouldnt be charged. The next day (today) they charged the $210 cancellation fee on my account, even though I did not authorize this payment. I called headquarters again, and they basically said Oh well! So I had to file a claim with my bank, and am already getting papers to take them to small claims.

      Did a bimonthly contract with these crooks, my last initial service was in March and I received a text saying they would be coming out ITS AUGUST so I called them to let them know they breached their contract and its been over 5 MONTHS! They said all I could do was either pay my bimonthly fee or cancel and pay the cancellation fee! Not to mention the male I spoke with was extremely rude and talked over me every time I talked told me his manager doesnt take calls and their wasnt anything I could do other than pay my bimonthly or cancel! Horrible customer service and horrible company who doesnt abide by their contracts. They also restarted a new contract WITHOUT my consent til 2025!!!!!

      My experience is about the same as ************** I was looking for a new Pest Control company and they came to the door. I asked if the dogs would be a problem and they said no problem at all. The service was to be bi-monthly. They serviced the front yard on May 1 but not the back because of the dogs, they still had not come back a 2nd time on July 31. They breached the contract and still charged a cancellation fee. Horrible Company.

      Brooks pest control is a scamming people into contracts. They do not tell you this when you call that you are obligated to a *********************************************** the fine print. They also do not come and spray the whole perimeter of the property when they come out. Have just as much bugs as before. Will never use then again and they should not be able to force you into a 12 month contract with out telling you up front there is no month to month you will be required to a 12 month contract, guaranteed less people would use them if they were truthful.

      I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Brooks Pest Control. We signed up for a bimonthly pest control service and have been consistently making timely payments. However, Brooks Pest Control failed to provide any services for an entire month without any communication or explanation.Despite multiple attempts to reach out and resolve this issue, the company has been unresponsive and unhelpful. To make matters worse, when we decided to cancel their service due to this breach of contract, they insisted on charging a cancellation fee. This is completely unacceptable, given that they failed to fulfill their contractual obligations.The lack of professionalism and poor customer service we have experienced with ******************** is alarming. We trusted them to keep our home pest-free, but they have failed miserably. I would strongly advise against using their services and encourage others to seek more reliable and responsive pest control companies.

      I loved my service with Brooks Pest Control! They took care of my needs and my bugs for me. The person at the door was very respectful and genuine. I had ants and cockroaches and I havent seen a problem since. I will be continuing their services for me and my family.

      I actually signed up May 2024 anticipating to have a bug free summer at the home, everything was pleasant until they sprayed. It seems to have attracted more bugs and spiders. I reached out to have another technician come out and re-spray but got no response. I canceled services, July, 2024 due to being billed in June without my knowledge. And no one coming out to spray. actually, last week the salesman came to my door, trying to sell me services once again. I gave him a bottle of water and sent him on his way. Today, July 29 I get another bill saying that I owe. I contacted the number that was given. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told flat out NOmultiple times. And was placed on hold for over 15 minutes because the secretary did not understand customer service. someone who claimed to be the supervisor got on the phone I explained to him the harassment. Ive been receiving the stress that is coming and got nothing resolved. All payments in the bank account have been reversed. Theyve been paid actually for nothing and they continue to come for more after the cancellation process

      The first visit was ok. The second visit was a different guy who didn't go through my entire backyard. Mind you, we have 9 cameras to cover every side of our home and can see exactly what is done/not done. I complained to them and just said to make sure the next appointment went around the whole property. The next visit was yet another guy who didn't even go in my backyard. Keep in mind, we unlock the gates for these appointments and keep our dogs inside until they have rendered service. There was no excuse and we had major pest problems happening then. I called again to complain and cancel, they offered a discount and said they'd send a different tech... I agreed. The VERY NEXT appointment, the guy skipped the entire southern side of our house. I literally watched as he got to the corner of our house and turned around. At that point, I was done. Today I got notice for service tomorrow. I emailed to cancel. I got a quick reply that cancellations had to be done over the phone. The first *************** up on me rather than transfer so I called back. This time a guy answered, then transferred me to HIMSELF. I explained everything, he went into a sales pitch. I told him no, the people they contract to are unreliable and I don't have time to contact them every time. He claims that I'm in a contract (unknown to me) and have one service date left. My service is $117, but if I choose to cancel I will be charged $221 because of some kind of discount I received at some point. I never agreed to this, but even if I had agreed to it, they failed to provide the service as contractually required. This kid wasn't listening and went around and around, ultimately he hung up on me and said he would charge me the cancellation fee. I have yet to see it hit my card, but I will dispute it. This company should be fined.

      Sales practices are very questionable and possibly illegal. I was not aware that I was signing a one year contract that would result in an early termination fee. Upon signing up via the door to door sales person, I received an email confirmation which apparently detailed the contract terms and conditions. I did not review the contract terms or conditions in detail because I trusted that the sales person would have disclosed all relevant information to me. Huge mistake. When I called to cancel I was told I would have to pay $200+ in an early cancellation fee, which I did not knowingly agree to. This company is likely violating consumer rights by not disclosing all of the required fees up front and fully informing the customers BEFORE they sign on the sales person's mobile device. If I had unlimited time and resources I would pursue legal action.

      Bad service, charge for nothing, spiders continue in my house and they charge every month and comes every 3 months, cancelled and they charge me 270 plus *****, and the contract has nothing about 270 cancellation, we need a lawyer, they scammers.. please help!!!!!
