      I had an extremely frustrating experience with Goldman Sachs and the Apple Credit Card regarding a disputed transaction. I returned an item to ******, but the company went bankrupt and kept my item without issuing a refund. I disputed the charge multiple times, expecting Apple Card to protect me as a consumer.Despite providing all necessary evidence, Goldman Sachs repeatedly denied my dispute and recharged the amount to my account. Their investigation process was unhelpful, and they refused to take responsibility for a situation where I am clearly at a loss. This is the worst credit card experience Ive ever hadoffering no real buyer protection.I strongly advise against using this card if you expect any level of support in disputes. Terrible customer service and lack of consumer protection!

      I enjoyed this credit card for a while until I had a fraudulent transaction. It was for an online item for which I never received. I disputed the transaction 3 times. I provided proof that the online company had shut down their website, falsified the tracking number they provided, and provided claims from other victims. I even have video proving the package was never delivered as claimed. Despite these efforts Goldman Sachs sided with the online retailer each time.I have never had a credit card company with such bad support of their customers. With so many other options out there I dont see any reason to stay with Goldman Sachs Bank. Best to stay with companies that support their customers.

      Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had this acct for about 1 1/2 yrs. My account was frozen twice then hacked then they locked it. The only reason i found out was because my direct deposit bounced. My number changed and they couldnt verify me, They asked me for an affidavit which i sent and they took a month to receive, in the meantime they closed my account sent me a letter but couldnt give me a reason or answer on why my account was closed until they reviewed my affidavit . I was locked out of my account for 3 months before being told they finally reviewed the affidavit and still cant tell me why they closed my account. They will be mailing me a check with an undisclosed amount, and without me being able to review the last transactions on my hacked acct. Also this was a high yield savings account with 4% return which was held during the three months they had my money and locked my account. Insane and unbelievable

      DO NOT BANK WITH THEM. I deposited over $40,000 dollars from my wedding into Marcus and have been banking with them for years. They froze all of my accounts due to my phone number needing to be verified which they need to do when you call and when you log into online banking. It has been a month now and I still cant get access to my money. The affidavit was sent already and still nothing. I now will not be able to go on my honeymoon (will lose all my deposits), and missed a payment on my mortgage because the money was locked. (auto draft failed). This is a sleezy bank.

      I had an online savings account for 1 month and then they forced closed it. They will not tell me why they closed the account. I asked them to return the money I had in my account. They said my account was under review. After the review is complete, they will return my money. It's been almost 5 months! They will not give me a timeline on when they will finish the review. I've never experienced any bank like this. I've never had a bank force close my account or keep my money for months on end.

      Terrible customer service- requested a one time waiver of late fee due to issue with ach auto pay. I always pay my balances in full. This was an honest technical issue and they would not credit the account for the late fee. Will never do business with them again. They lost a good customer over a $30 late fee.

      terrible customer service. long time card holder but when I could not cancel a simple subscription they were of no assistance, after 45 min of dealing with customer service I closed my account they literally were zero help

      DONT BANK WITH THIS BANK. THIS BANK WILL TRY TO KEEP YOUR MONEY. This bank is a horrible way to bank. This have the worst customer service ive ever had. They have my money held and will not issue it back to me. This unheard of and has me regretting opening this savings account. I never expected such lack of professionalism from such a name like Goldman Sachs. Very disappointing to say the lease.

      My experience with this bank has been nothing short of frustrating due to their poor customer service and lack of transparency. Ive been trying to move my money to other accounts to explore investment opportunities, but every time I initiate a transfer, it gets reversed. When I contact customer service for an explanation, Im told that my funds need to settle for an unspecified amount of time. This is incredibly confusing and misleading, especially since their website clearly states that my funds are fully available for use. This pattern of behavior raises serious concerns about how they manage customer accounts. The lack of clear communication and inconsistent policies make it nearly impossible to trust their processes. It feels as though they are deliberately putting barriers in place to prevent me from accessing my own money, which is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others against banking with them. The lack of professionalism and transparency is deeply disappointing and not what I would expect from a financial institution.
