      Two days ago discovered my account was compromised, and of the 7 customer service agents I've worked with so far to report, only 2 seemed knowledgeable and competent. Surprising terrible customer service for *********************************************. A similar situation with ***** was far superior.

      my husband and i have a joint account and anytime he tries to transfer money out of the account, the account gets flagged and a transfer reversal takes place. this has been going on for the past week and we have been on the phone with customer service multiple times. we have done bank verification on his external bank to get this solved and it hasnt been solved. at this point, we are just trying to get all the money out so we can close the account asap.

      Terrible customer service. Seems like they really care about DEI because everyone I talked to was reading off a pre written script and couldnt even read it plus they sound uneducated. How can a company that is responsible for holding billions of dollars let people who cant even read try and manage accounts for us? It took me 2 hours to figure out why my account was locked and for them to unlock it for me. If I had a question they didnt know they would connect me with a different specialist. This went on 5+ times before I finally got my account back. Hire educated people who can do this bottom tier job who can at least read.

      I cant believe that in a country with so many people speaking different languages, this company doesnt have staff who speak Spanish. I manage my moms account for her online, but when we try to call customer service, they obviously need to speak with her directly. Unfortunately, they dont have anyone available who speaks Spanish. I dont understand how a company in this day and age doesnt have multilingual support. This is completely unacceptable!

      customer service is extremely poor even you deposit money in bank to bank .i have acc in other on line bank but services extremely excellent .

      We have been trying for over a month to get access to our money. Every person we talk to has a different excuse. We have done everything they tell us we need to do to get our money. Then they contact us later saying that they need additional information. We still have not received the money. No one's customer service can be this bad! They are intentionally holding onto our ******** was to the point two ladies from their security department couldnt even tell us why there was a hold on our account. we have answered all there questions, sent in. and statements and they always come back with a reason its good enough.

      Horrible experience with Marcus. We opened the account as an emergency saving tool under the impression that this account would allow us to make transfers when that money was needed. When attempting to make a withdrawal with one of the verified external accounts, they called and let me know they cant allow me to make the transfer to the account because it was not one of the original accounts that fund the account originally. We no longer had access to the original account, so they required us to do a three way call to that bank to verify that account was closed. Of course, they caught me at a bad time and wasn't able to do so on the phone that day. They placed my account on hold so that I could no longer make any transfers in the meantime. I've been on a goose ***** for the last 3 weeks trying to get in touch with someone by calling the general line and still they keep putting me on hold for over an hour. I called today to cancel the account and of course they placed me on hold for 30 minutes of a 40 minute conversation. We finally get to the end of the conversation and they say we need the joint owner to call in to verify this cancellation// transfer. Of course my wife works in the hospital and has to play the same game of calling into their general line and waiting on hold. They were not willing to give a direct line to take care of this quickly. Do not open an account with them if you expect this account to be any kind of liquid. If investing, you'll do better with mutual funds or your local bank ****. Not worth the time or hassle for the extra .05% interest.

      We have been trying for 4 months (over 20 phone calls to Marcus) to get access to our money. Every person we talk to tells us a different story. We have done everything they tell us we need to do to get our money. Then they contact us later saying that they need additional information. We still have not received the money. No one's customer service can be this bad! They are intentionally holding onto our money.

      Worst customer service experience. They can't do anything via chat or application. Everything needs to be done via a phone call. L1 agents can't handle effectively anything, which requires multiple transfers and multiple agents, dropped calls, 1+ hour wait time to achieve nothing.Highly recommend if you value your time to pick another provided for your ****************** Accounts.

      Horrible service. Got approved, verified the card. Went to use it, worked for a $500 purchase, tried to use it again and purchase denied, wasn't even close to limit. Called to find out why? Told that I had to verify my identity again? Used the card after. Payed the balance amount. Can't use the card again until they apply payment? Says they hold payments for 10 days after receiving payment to verify that it is a good payment? But I also set up a savings account and they took the money from the same account right away? This company is ******ed!Move into the 21st century!
