    My doorbell camera failed. Due to an apparent misunderstanding a replacement was not sent. After a followup, a new doorbell camera was received. A customer service spent an hour on the phone with me before it was finally working. I later determined that the inside chime wasn't working. On a third call, customer service was able to determine that the problem was with my home equipment. I took their recommended corrective action and the problem was resolved.Customer Service was always courteous and professional.

    I have had Fluent home security for almost a year now and it has been the most DIFFICULT company I've ever had to deal with in my life! One issues that is irritating is I reset my wifi password and no one ever said I'd have to go through so much trouble and it'd cost me $149 for something they couldn't do. First i needed to climb up to my 2nd story in the front and back of my home because there is a camera on the front, back & inside of my home which costed me $5K for the system and to be installed, also with a password lock on my front door. When installed the tech never gave me any information especially if I'd change my wifi password to my home that I'd have to climb up dangerously to hold a reset button that is tiny for over 20 minutes, my hand cramped, i have arthritis, until the light turned solid white, the back camera did so after 20 mins then they had to delete & reinstall my back camera, after being on the phone for an hour my wife left for work so we had to call today to finish the front & inside camera, I held the reset button for over 30 mins and it refused to turn solid white, it kept flashing from green to red continuously i finally couldn't hold the button any longer in 28 weather, on a ladder, hand cramping in pain. So we tried the inside camera, it got to flashing white after 30 mins but still wasn't solid white, also the phone tech tried to have me connect to the wifi on my phone to a temporary wifi called ADC which when I'd click on it, it would pop up to a sign in page for an *************** which he said it's not supposed to do, i kept trying over & over and same thing kept happening, he said he didn't know of any other way to reset and reinstall my cameras. I had already been on the phone 1 hour and ********************************************************************************** $149 I said just cancel my service then he reminds me I am in a binding contract until 2028, I've run out of characters to finish my complaint, that is horrible

    Do not use this company. They prey on the elderly. My parents signed a contract with them not understanding the contract would automatically renew. My mom passed away and my dad moved into assisted living. They will not terminate the contract without my fixed income father paying out the rest of the time on the contract. Their customer service is horrible; I tried to call several times and was on hold for over 30 minutes each time before hanging up. They've sent information and equipment to the incorrect address even after my changing the mailing address on the website and giving it to them verbally several times. Stay away.

    Do not use this alarm company, as most of the reviews state the company continues to take money out of your account even after the service has been canceled. I sent payments that have not been posted to my balance and I still continue to receive statement. These people are liars and thieves. Poor customer service as well.

    I would give this Company a minus 10 if I could. I have been a customer since December ****** sold my home in Jan of 2023 and they will not let me cancel the service. They continue to deduct the monthly payment out of my checking account. I have called frequently and asked for them to stop..I have unwilling paid back payments in November **** so they would leave me alone. They gave me a confirmation number stating they were paid in full. Now they continue to take payments out and now say I am in arrears again and that I am locked in until December of ****. (Even though I do no live there!). They said that I made my back payments 4 days after the renewal period. It is totally BS..
