    I had this Fluent home security service since July 3, 2015. 5 year agree meant. Wanted to cancel my service. I was on the phone with Fluent in July 2021 and asked to cancel my service and was told you need to write a written notice 30 days prior to the contract date and we must recieve it before your contract date. I waited almost 2 hrs on the phone and transferred 3 times to hear this. On June 1, 2022 I faxed them my written notice. They just took money from my bank account again July 1, 2022. Fluent is a scammer and should be shut down in *******

    Im going to start with the techIm at AZ btw. Anyways it was 4:20pm when he arriveddidnt leave till 11:20pm and thats because I asked him to leave because I had to get up early for work the next day. That next day I received a message from a family member who was at my house and told me the alarm went off and later the fire **** showed up. It frustrated me so I decided to call and cancel. They asked me to sign the cancellation notice on the contract and email it so I did. A day later I received an email asking to fill out a paper with the same info that was on that cancellation notice (so I did). Called them the next day and they told me they still have to review eventhough it fell withing the 3 days I had to cancel without penalties like are you f*** serious??? smh. Days later I log into my credit karma and find out they still opened a credit account which therefore significantly lowered my credit score so I called that credit company and they told me they have not received any cancellation notice. So besides me not installing anything or getting service with this alarm company my balance is still almost $1500 unless they receive some type of cancellation notice. I call the alarm company and either they are always closed or unable to help me and I need to speak to someone and when they transfer me to them it immediately sends me to voicemail. Despite them saying theyve jst cancelled the account, the credit company still tells me they have not received any cancellation notice. Also their equipment still sits herenothing to inform me of whether I have to ship it somewhere or someone will contact me. Ive left emails and no reply. DO NOT GET FLUENT ALARM!!!

    Company is a scam found more reviews online stating they are scams. They told me that ADT had changed into there company so for the reason for the switch sales man let me k ow that they would take care of ADT payment for me and I have nothing to worry about and that I would be signing on for 2 years. I notice my bank account had been taken out money when called fluent to ask them why when they promised me they would take care of it customer service stated they never said that and to let me know it wasn't 2 years it was 5 years!! When I told them no I only got told 2 years they said no I was wrong when asked if I can cancel they said No I wasn't allow to and they won't do it and gentlemen hung up the phone and when 1hr passed he called back accused Me of hanging up when I told him I did not want to speak to him he said I wasn't going to get any changes when u ket him know I would report them he got scared and said he would call.back I never got a call back I called again and the aes people were rude and got mad when I wanted to cancel and hung up

    I have attempted to have a problem resolved since June 8. They will not fix my camera, you cannot get a live response. I have finally had enough. They need to fix my system or cancel my contract. They havent even called about the camera they are supposedly monitoring
