    Fluent Home is a fraudulent security company! I was misled and deceived into a contract that promised one thing and delivered nothing. I have all the text messages and supporting documents showing I was deceived. As of now I'm being ignored. I've been trying to contact them by phone and by email sense July 8, 2024. When calling, I've been put on hold for 50 minutes at a time using the two different phone numbers provided. I've sent 3 different emails with no response. I've driven to the 3 different physical address' listed on their contact information. In every case the office or suite number is vacant, gone, does not exist! Fluent is scam operation with no customer service whatsoever. Do the right thing Fluent!

    I signed up with this security company on 21 June 2024. The documents were digitally signed but no date on document (Fluent salesman). A copy of the agreement was sent to my email address between 5-5:30 PM. If I had known at the time I was still under contract with ****, I would not have agreed to a contract with Fluent. The security panel was supposed to be installed that evening between 7 - 8 PM. The service tech called me and said he did not have the equipment and he would have to come on Saturday 22 June 2024. We arraigned for this to happen at 12 PM. The technician did not show up until after 1 PM. He installed the security panel and replaced other non-working components.On 25 June 2024, a representative from **** contacted me to inquire why I had switched to Fluent. I responded that the salesman informed me Fluent had replaced a company I had originally contracted for a security system. Fluent did have a lower price than **** by about $5.00. It was during this conversation with the **** rep ******** I was informed that I still had over a year to go to complete the contract with ****. I said I would contact Fluent to cancel the contract as I had 3 business days to do this.I called Fluent customer service at about 4 PM to request this action. I was on hold for over 1.5 hours. I finally hung up and decided to take a copy of the agreement to the address in ****** (******************************************) on 26 June 2024. Could not find the business. Was informed it was a warehouse.I called Fluent on 26 June 2024, hold for 45 minutes after being told wait time was 15 minutes. During the conversation call was dropped. I called again, hold for 1 hour and 20 minutes. I requested the cancelation and the customer service person said I had exceeded the 3 business day period. She informed me that Tuesday 25 June was the third business day as they count Saturday as a business day. Informed he I had tried 25 June. Want to cancel Fluent to fulfill obligation with ****.

    cannot get hold of anyone, we moved and wanted to cancel our contract, we were told at the time of sale it would be fine to cancel after two years because that is when we were moving, they can't or won't set up the system where we moved to, so I am paying $60 a month for nothing, and can't even get anyone to tell me how much longer I have to pay, I wish there was a negative star.

    My elderly mother and aunt and two of their friends ordered Fluent Home Security System at the same time. It took a year and six months to finish and complete one of the jobs. The System was paid for in full as a matter of fact the security system just was put in three weeks ago. It was supposed to the door camera and windows camera. We just got the window camera 5/7/2024 I was called a lie and was told that I am going to entrust my equipment to you as if we didn't pay for it. He had me to prove to him that we had ordered the system? And told me that he wouldn't be surprised what people will do to get something for free?? I had customers service on the phone over two hours trying to get an resolution to this situation. I was call a lier and basically a theft, but mine you my mother paid for a complete system installed. And as an black women and I am very Offended and assaulted by the racial discrimination that I had to experience, from FLUENT HOME SECURITY. And he stood outside and let everyone know that we didn't have the internet hooked up for the camera. **************** was rude as h*** too.

    **** did a good job with my issue. Found a work around for the problem. Only sour note was the lengthy wait on hold to get it done. Easy to understand and work with.

    This company has no sense of ethics when presented with cancelling it's services. I have been trying to get buy out information and I keep getting the run around. Not only that but they have a monitoring service (Fluent) and a n equipment service (Fortiva) so not only do you have to cancel one service you have to cancel two!. Was not represented that way.... So disappointed in this company

    This company has not lived up to their agreement. I tried to cancel service 3 months ago and was told to call the end of March. At the end of March I called and they still won't cancel my service. Everything I talk to them I get a different story. This company is completely untrustworthy!
