      I see all of these reviews and would think that they would do better but I'm just another person and they took $6000 from and never provided and solution to the problem someone's been out here two times they did a half repair with mortar and the rats are eating through it like no tomorrow Terminax needs to pack its bags and closes the doors for good because they are not reliable. This is not acceptable the rats have taken over this house and Terminax is charging astronomical numbers and did not do anything about it this. This not what I expected from such a reputable company. I understand why people are leaving their reviews because they just don't care and have no regard for human life. if something was to happen to me in this house because of this pet I hope they can live with it if I get bitten by a rat or anything like that I don't know how I would recover from that

      I made an appointment last Thursday for Tuesday between 8am - 1pm. I called the day of around 7:45am to confirm. I was told by a representative that my appointment had been canceled and moved to September 26. I stated that no one contacted me and I didn't receive any email regarding the appointment or cancelation. I asked to cancel the order and any remaining appointments and refund all monies with an email stating cancelation. Well I never receive the email for cancelation or feedback to let me know nothing else needs to happen even my refund

      Waste of money. I called for ants and a rodent being in the home. The appointment went nothing like the initial conversation. The **** didnt have the type of traps the csr and I discussed, he sprayed for ants which returned sooner than they do when I spray myself, the inspector never showed. Later he called with excuses as to why he didnt need to come out. I basically paid $200 for horrible service and lies.

      Have something in wall. They put some chicken wire underhouse house over vents to keep critters out. Did nothing to two of them. Put bait under ***** said would draw critter out. Well surprise i still have critter. They did put nice access door for under house but..it cost me $2000 cause they did nothing else. I was scammed big time. They talked the talk but s*** in my face. Im more disappointed in myself than even them for being scammed. This was in Middle Tennessee. Wish i had just tried local small time guy. I was stupid. It would have been worth the money if they had gotten critter out if wall. Now *** got to find someone who can do something and put out more money

      We've contracted with Terminix annually for over ten years. In the beginning, they were excellent, and thorough. Now, however, customer service ranks at the very bottom of this company's concerns. We still have a PREPAID contract for both pest and rodent exclusion. Recently, we noticed some possible activity and asked Terminix to send out a tech. They scheduled for Friday between 10 am and Noon - and sent the confirmation email for the appointment. They did not show up, nor did they call. Another appointment was scheduled for the following Friday, 10 am-Noon. Again - nobody showed up, and nobody called. We called the company to complain and after being disconnected by their end before getting past their taking our name, we managed to speak to an agent, explained the problems, and demanding to speak with the *** or whomever is in charge of their company. No word thus far. ... Terminix has now taken to just scheduling visits when it suits them, they just show up with no consultation with the customer's schedule. We will NOT continue to do business with Terminix. We've NEVER encountered such horrible service from ANY company. We would give them ZERO stars if possible.

      I have nothing but a scattered and disappointing experience with this business. I signed up last day of June 2022 , first service contract that says I will be billed every 3 months. But 2 of September they bill again. 2Months. They say thats how they bill me because they have to schedule my payment! B.S. so this home is 90 days old. Brand new. So they tell me I should have a termite inspection, its free part of the service. So Ive actually had 2. My home is concrete walls and steel framing , only wood is in my attic . 2 inspectors came out neither inspected the attic. The second one stood on a ladder, never climbed in the attic. Then said I have termites and I needed a total treatment that was $999.00 . So I called and told them I want to see the actual problem and scheduled a appointment with a Manager. No show. No phone call nothing. . Sat here all day. This is a senior community. They are not to be trusted. Disappointed and not old and stupid . Rating *****

      I wish there was a no star category. I will give them one star for coming on time to their appointments.Horror 1 We had a mice problem and called in Terminix. They charged us over $600 and never took care of the problem. They put down traps that were of no use. They never addressed the problem. They side step them with their flimsy traps. The ones I bought a ********** did a far better job than the ones Terminix provided. We ended up having to pay an additional $750 to another company to solve the problem.Horror 2 They discovered we had termites in the house. They came in and according to them treated the termites. We are currently redoing the basement only to discover that the termites are now feeding on the cross bar that holds the first floor in place. The termites were found in the kitchen walls, the bathroom and the small section of our basement. Their team came and spared three or more times and none of what they did helped. They only sprayed the panels which was an absolute waste of money and time and energy. Here is the kicker - one of their representatives came by two weeks ago to check the boxes in the ground and told us that everything was fine! Having paid Terminix over $1.200 for this so called treatment of termites, we are now going to have to pay another company $2,500 to treat our entire basement!I thought of suing them but I was told that their disclaimer protects them from a good conscience when they rip off senior citizens. I wish I could share the pictures of what we are now dealing with and we have been paying them a monthly fee for over two years!

      These people will not leave me alone. They performed an u authorized service. I contacted them immediately and they said that it will be resolved. Then I began receiving emails and statements in the mail again for the service. Called them again and they said they would take care of it. Continued to be billed. Called them a third time- said that they would resolve the mixup. Am still getting late notices - emails and mail from them. They are at the point of harassing now. Dont use this company!

      My ****# ******** - If I could give them a big fat zero I would. It has been about a year when I first started the service with Terminix here in *******, **. The first couple of times they came out with no problem. I would get a text from the Technician to let me know they were coming out, and if I didn't need the service then I could just let them know. Then I started to notice that the young man that was coming out always had an excuse as to why he couldn't spray outside the house and why he had to reschedule, mainly due to it raining, I said okay, understandable. Then it got to the point of where the tech just didn't show up. I called on a scheduled day, and was told that the tech had notes in the system that the "customer" had cancelled the appointment. I told the ******** Service agent that was a lie, I even text the tech to confirm the appointment and no answer, I should have known something then. Mind you, I'd called them the day before to confirm my appointment for the next day which was a Saturday, and they told me everything was all good and setup. Now, they just don't show up, straight no call, no show. Today I had an appointment, and nothing. I called the office and ******** Service was able to connect me with the tech, he told me that he let his boss know that this isn't his area. Spoke with someone (*******) in cancellations today, he told me that he would give me a 100% discount off of my next service, but no telling when my next appointment is. I'm just ready to cancel altogether and wouldn't recommend them at all.

      Worst company ever! Every time they come to spray my house and knock down wasp nests it isnt done, also I was sent a text saying he did it but its a lie! Im reading these reviews and Terminix just keeps repeating the same response! They dont care about any of their customers. Im so disgusted with this bad business. The guy came to my house and it was pouring rain and severe weather and then sent me a bill when he obviously wasnt able to do anything! Ridiculous. I will be warning anyone who wants to use this service because its a joke.
