      Have had an absolutely horrible experience! We had squirrels in our attic and called them. They recommended a full exclusion service, and came out to start the process by installing a one way exit tube. The squirrels were unable to access this, causing significant damage to our home (holes in ceilings, damage to soffit, etc). We called several times over two and a half weeks to report the issues and concern over squirrels being unable to exit and the damage being done to our home in the meantime. Each call was not returned, or appointments made and then cancelled by their techs. We have requested a full refund which we have yet to receive. Completely dissatisfied by the entire experience!

      Terminix finds it extremely difficult to schedule service at the right time. I'm on an annual Exclusion contract (Oct-Oct) so, when renewal approaches they should schedule an appointment. They never do. This year they first scheduled me for ******** then scheduled me for this month. I texted Terminix to not come now but to come right before Oct renewal. So, what happened? Technician next day e-mailed me he had done a complete inspection and attached a detailed 3-page service inspection report. That's in spite of the primary problem originally being in the attic and he never knocked on my door and certainly never entered my house -- instead he produced the just-mentioned 100% falsified inspection report. Terminix service has always been poor and have only maintained the contract because it's relatively inexpensive. Would not recommend Terminix to anyone.

      Never never again. Ive been calling for the past 2 months to get a contract canceled that I did not sign!!! One of their employees forged my signature at 12am on a contract for termite and pest control. When I first called in March 2022 it was for just pests. I stated I only wanted the exact same service I was given the year before. She said ok I can get your **** down to $66 a month. I said ok and we scheduled a day for them to come out. I had to call them 2 more times for them to come back out because what they were doing wasnt working. The second time I called to schedule something no one ever called me back to come out. Called the next week and nothing so I decided to cancel. When I called to do that they said I was in a contract for termites and I would have to pay ***** to terminate it. I never agreed to termite control, she sent me a copy of the contract and there was a scribbled signature on it. NOT MINE! So she said Im going to need a week to check your original phone call because we record them to see what you agreed to. Weeks went by and nothing! Ive been calling since then and the only person who ever calls me back is the person to collect on past due bills. The people I do talk to of course give you the run around saying they have to email the branch manager, who never calls back either. Ive even spoke to numerous employees and sent them this copy of the signed contract and theyve even said this looks way off. This company is a joke and a scam. Dont waste your time.

      Terrible company won't use their services ever again. They cancel appointments and their treatment is not effective at all. I hire a guy and treated my house and two days he got rid of bugs and didn't have to apply any crazy chemicals like this termini company and I didn't get my money back.

      I scheduled an appointment for between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., on their website. I received an email confirmation for that same time.My husband came home early from work, as he had questions about the termite problem that we had just discovered. We waited and waited and at 5:30 p.m. I called the company and got a representative. She said that the techs get their schedules the day prior and didn't receive it. I asked why I received an email confirmation and no other notification. She said she was sorry, and to have a nice day....to which I replied, "YOU have a nice day. I still have bugs eating my house". Never again with this company! Never again! (And one star is too much for the pay that my husband missed from work).

      ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! I can't believe they get away with this stuff! I called to have a large swarm of bees (cicada killers) exterminated. They sent out a technician who after a couple of sprays was obviously uncomfortable and said she had not encountered these types of bees and needed to get in touch with her supervisor on how to proceed. She said she would be in touch the next day. Received a text next day from a different technician saying he would be out between 3 & 5. He never showed. He texted to say he would be here in 2 days first thing AM. He never showed that day either. I was on the phone 3 times that day trying to figure out when he would be here. I got such a runaround from each person I spoke with. One time they even had me listed as being treated for termites. By 5:15 it was obvious this person wasn't showing. Tired of the runaround I was getting, I told the person on the phone that I wanted to cancel my service, and I wanted my money back for the job that never got done. She said she would do that and I would have my money refunded to me. Here it is days later and no refund showing in my bank account. Called and spoke with someone who put me on hold forever and came back on to tell me the manager denied my request for a refund since service was performed. They are counting the couple of quick sprays from the technician who said she wasn't comfortable completing the job. I argued my point again, and he put me on hold to once again talk with the manager. I got disconnected. Surprise, surprise! Called back and spoke with the nastiest customer service rep! **** I asked to speak with a manager she actually laughed at me! Then she said the record shows someone was out to the house today and took care of the hive. Wrong! I was home all day and no one was here! And since these bees build their nests in the ground, there is no hive! **** her lies weren't enough to shut me up, she put me on hold, and again I was disconnected. SO DISGUSTED!!!

      NEVER AGAIN...WORST EXPERIENCE EVER...HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL & NO REGARD FOR PEOPLE's TIME Had an appointment for bed bug treatment on 7/22 @1pm (paid for services in FULL prior to being able to book), husband took off work to stay home for the appointment. NO one showed up, worse NO ONE CALLED TO CANCEL OR INFORM US. I called and spoke to more than 12 "agents" only to find out Terminex decided to "reschedule" our appointment for 7/30 (AGAIN NO ONE INFORMED US OR ASKED IF THIS WOULD WORK). Spent over 10 hours on the phone from 7/22-7/26 trying to speak to a manager...apparently no managers are EVER available & are ALWAYS "in the field." STILL WAITING FOR A CALL.Finally decided to cancel the service (as none was ever provided), only to find out today that the service appointment was NOT in fact cancelled.STILL WAITING FOR RECEIPT CONFIRMATION OF MY REFUND...AND FOR A CALL FROM ANYONE. I won't hold my breath.

      I haven't even had my first actual service yet and I am not pleased. I have two dogs in my home and (obviously) they cannot be home during the initial treatment. I had to contact my kennel to get them in, in July (prime vacation time). It took two weeks for her to fit us in. No big deal for me. I contacted Terminix to reschedule our initial treatment and it was apparently a huge ordeal. They had to transfer me to a different department that informed me "instead of dropping your service we have you rescheduled for X date." As a paying customer I should be able to schedule MY service at MY convenience as long as it is in line with their operating business hours.

      They lie about there service. I was told my the representative and the technician that if I still have a problem after the first treatment that they would IMMEDIATELY come back out. Lies lies lies. I canceled my service with them.

      I had asked to cancel my account with no charge. Due to the fact they could not cover my attic like the sales rep. **** me they would. I had to contact customer service multiple times to try and get the matter resolved. I was told to give the manager of the branch 48 hrs to follow up with me. It took the manager 96 hours for the follow up. I was told from the branch manager the account will be canceled with no charge. A week gos buy my account got charge $107.49 , mind you I no longer had service done and still got charged. Then now July 25,2022 I get a notification for a payment of $1079. Why am I getting charged if the branch manager told me he would cancel my account with no charges. I called customer service to speak to the branch manger , or the regional manager or district manager. Only thing I got was I have to wait for their call.
