      No Star concerning this Organization. I move into a new home and Terminix that sprayed to keep out pest however after receiving service my family and I constantly found lizards and spiders in our home.I terminated my service with Terminix and well doing so the Terminix representative told be to shout up. After terminated by service I found two days later Terminix charged me service when I call to have my funds put back into my account I was told "no you can't get you money back when; when Terminix has not given any service in three to four months. Terminix service is Deficient and they give no service but charge you to pay. To abusive in their customer service.It's no Stars for this ********************. I have filed against Terminix with the ******* Attorney General.

      I cannot believe the level of BAD SERVICE I received from this company. If I could give them NEGATIVE stars then I would. I called for my friends house and the guy who was sent out arrived late, left early, spent ***** minutes just talking about things unrelated to the work he was doing. After going on and on about an infestation of roaches he did nothing but lay a single sticky trap. He was SUPPOSED to spray in and outside the house, move the appliances and spray under them, lay ***** bait, sticky traps, etc. I was contacted by another employee and was told that Id be getting a call from their local manager and received no such call. After 2.5 MONTHS I finally got a call from a manager who was rude, dismissive, and rendered just as awful customer service as the original serviceman. I genuinely have never received such AWFUL service from any company, and I do a LOT of shopping.

      I totally agree with the below reviews saying there should be a zero star option. So quick to arrive and take our money and then had to call or email to have anyone come back again, even though we had continued service! Their traps killed 3 field mice total in 6 months, their sticky traps for spiders killed more by far, which their worker had just offered us as an extra because he had them on hand. I bought old school snap traps from the dollar store and have easily killed over 30 for under $10. Clearly I wasted my money with this company, as Ive done a better job myself.I tried to contact them, as we hadnt seen anyone since April/May and they told me my contract ran out in July so they had no interest in helping me. Well what about May and June min? My poison traps were empty for months, I had no contact with anyone from the company during this time, and you would think you would have a final visit regardless.**************** was absolutely horrendous when I tried to express my frustration. Including saying that their service was just to maintain the population and not eradicate the problem umm arent you an extermination company?! **************** had ZERO interest in helping me. I would NEVER suggest to use this company and in fact will happily tell everyone to actively avoid it.

      I live in ********* ** and had a rodent problem this morning. I was not a customer and they had me speak with a technician named *******. I explained my situation and he came out 2 hours later. No one else would. Not even the pest company where I was a customer.(which I no longer am). They said they could come out tomorrow. Some would not come at all because I was not a customer and some wanted ****** up front just to come.I had a mother rat and about 8 babies on my porch. Not something I wanted to wait until tomorrow for, ******* did not care that I was not an existing customer.,He just wanted to help me. He took care of the situation and saved the day! He was super nice, knowledgeable, kind, answered all my questions and educated me on a few things. He went above and beyond! He was not pushy and did not try and sell me anything. He went over my options and told me to think it over. He was honest and absolutely amazing! He had an awesome personality as well. Talking to my grand daughter and playing with my dog. He had a smile the whole time and removed the rodents for me. He knew I was petrified. He also had compassion for them. Eewww! Lol! When he was leaving I asked him how much and he said I was passing through this way and told me nothing. Again, never trying to push a sale and in the end wanted nothing for saving my day as this was my biggest fear! Rats! Thank you ******* for being an exceptional worker and an even better person! Now a days no one does anything for free! He did not expect anything in return. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Terminix is very lucky to have such a great employee and awesome guy working for them!

      I called the end of May and ask for a inspection and then they came out and inspected my house no termites they said so then next thing I new the next month they took money out my bank account then my house burned down and I was told that I had to pay regardless so now I get paid and they take my whole check out the bank and I have no place to stay no money and they keep saying someone will get back to me every time I call my jhouse burned July 22, 2022 and I called and told them it burned the next day they took a payment then today they took *******,84 I cant with these people Terminix is the worst I will be getting a lawyer to solve this issue

      I only know one thing about Terminix and that's that they use foreign email spammers to find new customers. My wife and I each get 4-5 Terminix spam emails PER DAY, and always from a different sender so they can't be blocked. i don't have to know anything else about this company. If they're willing to stoop so low as to harass potential clients then I can't imagine what their customer service is like.Avoid!!

      Terminix hey anchee. Thanks for the absolutely rude person you had call me. His excuse is your people don't mess up and you have my signature so if I don't pay good luck with bad credit. Outstanding way to talk to customers. I will be canceling the account you guys have and you will never see that money. And since it's good luck with bad credit to me. Good luck ever seeing that money while I Co tunue to spread how horrible your co.pany is and continuously prove how bad you are. It's funny your website has ****** reviews but here you can't leave a ****** review. Seems like false advertising.

      Do not trust these people. We called down out to find out if we had termites. Without ever going up underneath our house they looked under our porch and deck and told us we did have termites. We could see no signs of termites at all in these locations so we called two more companies to come out and look at the property and both told us that we did not have termites. This man made no effort to even go under the house and look. But was perfectly willing to charge us hundreds of dollars for a problem that didn't exist. I repeat, do not trust these people.

      Seriously worst people I've ever seen make a appointment with glad we did a down payment then finance. I knew these were some real idiots but thus guy took the cake first thing that caught me was the guy says the total job will be ***** dollars then says he will need at least 20% and said that would be 360 something I said interesting but that would be 200 but good guess anyway. 4 appointments later and no show not to mention when the down payment was ready for them they showed ** in 20 minutes but cancelled 4 times for the labor funny how people are so quik to make payment so urgent and there work not up to any standards at all long story short had to cancel them and wouldn't you know it still waiting on the refund! What a joke 0 stars
