Terrible. False pretenses. No termites like they claimed. They were ants. And terminix came back out and didn't get rid of ants either! No call back. No local service and no way out of contract without paying full fee. This is fraud and lTHE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH!!!Terminix

I have been paying for almost a year for a service that has not been completed with minimal phone calls and conversations with anyone in management. I have called and emailed multiple people about the situation and it still has not been resolved. They came out and sold me on an exterior protection package sealing off the house from wildlife and blown in insulation and the only thing thats been done is the insulation and the flashing for the siding. The last time I talked to someone who said they were a manager was over a month ago. Now we have something In the attic and bees in the exterior walls. Consistently late for appointments or no show. Company has cancelled services 2x in a row without any contact or explanation.I have had to take multiple days off of work waiting for the extermination appointment, it has been 6 weeks since our initial establishment to get somebody out here. Every time that I contact Terminix directly they "forward this information to the supervisor" and nothing ever comes of it. Poor businessTerminix

Hi, a person for Terminix came to my house. I told him I don't need the services and thanked him for coming. Now I'm getting a bill saying that he did the services. I called customer ******************** and I also explain the situation. They keep saying that they will handle it and they are going to send the information to the ***************************************** so they could waive the bill. I have 8 cameras in my house to show proof. Now I'm getting another bill. I will never use this company ever again. Now I will have to get a lawyer. This is how they steal from people.Terminix

I have dealt with terminix for years and very unsatisfied. They don't try to service when it's needed, they're excuse is a technician will not be in the area for over a week. Horrible customer service. Im moving to Orkin, and they can come the next day only because I called after 12.Terminix

Terrible customer service.My mother passed away.Called to cancel service.Talked to someone, then he transferred me to Retention, (whatever that is) the guy was rude and puts me on hold. After a long wait, I hung up and called back. The guy I got this time was really rude. I told him what I had went through with his Retention guy and that I didnt want to be sent back to that extension. He tells me he has to.He then puts me on hold.Buyer beware.Review fromChadaela L

My complaints from entire experience in summary:The initial appointment agent. Every customer service who verified each scheduled inspection. The field guy who kept not showing up (office agent each time: "we cannot get a**** of him, unfortunately"), He never called, himself to apologize. The person who scheduled me for labor day. The person who put the note in yesterday, AND did not call to cancel my appointment for today. Every customer service agent that verified my appointment each time. And lastly, the person who answered the call on Labor Day, as I was awaiting the inspection. They seemed upset that I wasn't aware they were closed.0 Stars I was so excited for a good company to come inspect my home..but they did not show up. I received calls and texts reminders. I even had some senior VP text me about offering to come sooner. Had to call to reschedule days out, it was their earliest time. Let's see.update-Called to verify, she said my appointment is scheduled for tomorrow (labor day) but there are no field techs working. She repeatedly said this. She did not reschedule because it's possible some locations have different rules, but again mentioned no one working.Update-~Update ~They did not show up and when I called the customer service immediately got an attitude and said "uh, no were closed" After he looked at account he apologized.Update-Did not show up again, lady informs me there is a note requiring only my leasing office is to set up the appointment. No one was going to call and cancel or inform me what was going on? Since the first phone call we've discussed this many times. The initial man told me, even if office did not approve, they could still send out inspector. I had my leasing manager on the line at one point, at my own discretion, to verify. When asked if she could transfer to a manager, she said they don't have managers and everyone would say the same thing.I have been nothing but nice and professional, because I really liked them.Chadaela L

My local branch called me today to see if he could come inspect my home. I informed him of everything I've been through and confused on why I was being called when they could not come out. He apologized and said the *********** is known to say crazy stuff. He repeatedly apologized, and without question said I could absolutely send a picture of a bug, I took to the number he was calling from. He is expected to come later today. During the beginning of the phone call he did mention the reason for his call was to apologize for the field agent not available. He said his normal agents weren't available for weeks so he would gladly come out. As of now, I'm exhausted from these bugs so I'm happy they are coming out. I'll update my rating, since now I have a number to call and text my location directly. He also told me the prices over the phone of possible cases he may find.Review fromJJ V.

Had them put their termite bait systems in my backyard. Oh My God, what a joke. They lead people to believe that the termite bait system attracts termites and it does not. The story they told me was that termites get attracted to their bait systems and then they carry whatever it is supposed to be in it back to their termite family (the ones in our wall) and then they die. WHAT A LINE OF CROCK BULLCRAP) Oh my GOD! How do these people get away with such C*** LIES! Well, I lost $1088.00 and I hope that anyone reads this and saves themselves from wasting any money. Oh and also I paid $150 to them to spray my house for bugs and the guy that came in my house stayed here about 5 minutes and sprayed but it did nothing. So, please don't waste any money with these thieves, because that is what they are.Review fromD/D B

Poor level of treatment service and poor customer service. Whenever ********************** came to do a treatment it was always "too cold" or "too windy" or "too whatever" to completed the treatment so they would just check the bait boxes and that was it. I can understand if they are not able to spray due to weather, but then come back to completed the job. With Terminix it is the customers responsibility to reschedule for them to come again to actually do the treatment. I don't need to reschedule, just DO THE **** Recently, they charged my card but they didn't send me an notification of service or a Service Inspection Report as they always do. AND my property was so covered in ants that I'm sure they didn't even come but charged me. When I called and emailed to complain they said they could come back to fix the problem a month later. So I am supposed to have thousands of ants for another month when I have already paid? I phoned & emailed, asking for a refund AND for a manager to call me to which they just ignore me and nobody follows up. Still no refund or call back. I had to hire another company to come and take care of my pests which cleared it up immediately.Review fromHazel H

We spent $2000 for them to treat or ENTIRE house, 6 beds, 4 bedrooms, 6 bed ***********... They were only here for 15 MINUTES, sprayed ONE bed/mattress, but laid it against a NON-INFESTED AREA AND SPREAD THE ******* DIDN'T leave the 6 bed protectors, AND LIED TO US SAYING THEY LEFT THEM ON A CHAIR!!! We called to schedule a time for them to come out TWO WEEKS LATER AND FIX their S**** UP... AND THEY NEVER SHOWED!!!! We called again, rescheduled to have them out AGAIN, AND THEY DIDN'T SHOW A SECOND TIME!!! This is ridiculous!!I will NEVER use our recommend this company! We're waiting on a manager, AGAIN, and we want a refund...Terminix
