      I have been experiencing issues with my remote work set up recently and people working phones couldnt fix, so they scheduled me an appointment for a tech to come out. The soonest was 5 days out. I took this and schedule my day around it. I never got the text the day before but was busy so didnt think anything of it. With 30 minutes left of my window and no tech, I checked online and it said I had no appointment! I was using the email confirmation link to check too! I chatted with Yash who was very helpful and tried to get someone out still same day, but I had to leave. They scheduled for the next day, so well see. However I did tell this *** that Id be leaving a review because of this. I have been a long term customer and this is just extremely poor service to essentially make a promise with someone and then not keep it. I will consider looking for other providers if they miss another appointment. With the amount I pay a month it will be with the headache if this isnt resolved soon. If they miss another, I will file a complaint but for now a review. I hope they read these and can essentially get their p*** in a group, fool me once.

      I set up payment arrangements with Xfinity Comcast. Xfinity disconnected my internet and cable services due to none payment. If I had set up payment arrangements, which I did, why was my cable disconnected for non payment? Xfinity stated they were justified turning off my cable, because I was not eligible for a payment arrangement. If I was not eligible for a payment arrangement, why did the system offer a payment arrangement option?

      Its disgusting to see that BBB or anyone else has not demanded that Xfinity provide better service and deliver upon what was agreed on. This is now my 4th service visit in two weeks learning that while I pay for 1100 mbps Im only receiving ****** mbps. Xfinity is robbing people and there should be an audit of the services they are actually able to deliver based on what individuals are paying. Class action lawsuit and put them out of business let another company take over.

      i absolutely hate this dirty thieving scamming company.i ordered a phone on a offer they sent me which is free on them then im billed for $800+ so 8 told the damn stupid foreign idiot to cancel it he said he did and id be getting a refund.cone to find out,the lieing bainchod taliban lied and when you call,you cant get past the useless stupid dumb automated pos.they double bill qnd always coming up with ways to rip you off with there pos useless service.we need an honest cable company.why do these pieces of shit have a monopoly on cable internet?damn thieves.im switching my services from these thieves xfinity.i wish someine would hack there system and shut them fools down.id do it if i could.#fuckyouxfinity

      I canceled my subscription with Xfinity. They said I owe them $41. Dollars I paid 21. They went into my bank account and took the rest out now my credit is ruined. I dont think its fair. Theyve done nothing but lie to me. I would never recommend this company to anybody else. My credit is ruined and Ive worked very hard to get it up there.

      Worst company ever. I had to reach out to Xfinity 3 times to cancel my service. Every time I contact them, they said the cancellation was not confirmed and I would get a refund. Guess what, nothing confirmed and these pieces of s*** are still charging me! What kind of company does this? You guys play around with customers and their money. Dont support these scammers.

      Xfinity just throttled my internet service. Less service same price. They then send an email stating they've 'upgraded' MY service & made MY service faster. I just need a new gateway. I call - the place order for the new gateway. No mention of $15 shipping charge OR $20 raise in price. So apparently they didnt 'UPGRADE MY SERVICE' after all , they created a NEW service and then tried to scam me into it. ZERO full disclosure from the rep. I found out about the shipping charge and the bill increase in the confirmation email. This is out & out fraud. Whenever there is a change of service AND price it is a NEW service, NOT an 'upgrade'. This is a bait & switch' and is fraud. I cancelled the 'upgrade' & will be looking for a new provider. They should be reported to Consumer affairs.

      The worst cell phone company out there. Unqualified employees. Terrible service. Misunderstood customer service. I do not recommend it. You will be frustrated with the terrible customer service this company has.

      To Whom It May Concern,My name is ****** *********, and I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable experience I had with Xfinity customer service and technician scheduling.On Saturday, April 19th, I was told a technician would arrive between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM. I specifically rearranged my entire day and took off work to be available during this time. Not only did no technician arrive, but I also received no communication regarding a cancellation or delay. I spent the rest of the dayhours of my timereaching out through both chat and phone calls to get answers, only to be met with conflicting information and repeated reschedules. Despite my efforts, the appointment was pushed back even further, and I am now being told I must wait until April 22nd to receive service.This experience has caused more than inconvenience. I lost income from missing work on April 19thsignificantly more than the cost of the installation itselfbecause I was led to believe a technician would arrive. I feel that my time, finances, and trust were all disrespected during this ********** resolve this issue, I am requesting the following:1.A formal explanation for the failure to honor the April 19th appointment and the repeated scheduling changes without notice.2.Compensation for the wages lost due to the missed appointment, as well as for the time I spent attempting to resolve the issue.3.Waiving of installation or activation fees, as this situation has already cost me more than the service itself.4.Confirmation of the April 22nd appointment, with a guaranteed technician arrival window and appropriate follow-through.I have chat transcripts and the names of the representatives I spoke with, which I am willing to provide upon request.I expect this matter to be handled with the seriousness and urgency it deserves.       Wi fi service is horrible with constant service outages and you can not reach a human being
