    It was super easy, super convenient to use. I even forgot to register my warranty until the last moment when my phone was already broken, they still helped me and sent my claim through just fine. Truly will use again, thank you guys <3

    Excellent Service and Great Communication Very easy to file claim! Warranty for my keyboard was handled swiftly and without ANY red tape! Super easy to start a claim and was answered back with a process time in a few hours! Great service!

    This would be a not-so-great review if it werent for ***********************- CPS is lucky to have him on their team. *** worked with a few warranty companies and they are always frustratingly slow and poorly organized, and CPS isnt so different, except that ****** was ******************** and diligent and worked hard to help me. He never got frustrated or lost his temper with me (which must have been difficult) and always answered my phone calls. I was actually on the phone with someone quite unpleasant when I asked for a refund on my policy and they transferred me to him. I didnt think it was possible, but he kept me on as a CPS customer. He deserves a bonus!
